Location is a short walk from Dogo onsen station. The experience was amazing, rooms were huge and I was surprised to have a staff member show us around the room and explain the amenities available. The amount of hospitality is above and beyond any we've experienced at other places and ryokans. They also have a very beautiful outdoor garden, onsen and geta (traditional Japanese wooden shoes) and yukata to wear around the premises.

A good 5 mins walk away from the hustle and bustle of Imabari Station. That is a pro because the noise in hotel is less when you want quiet sleep.
I had a wonderful time here. Very clean and sanitary. Everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Netflix capable tv was a huge plus!
I will definitely stay again.

何度も利用させていただいています。
最寄りの今治駅からは少し歩かないと行けないのが⭐︎5にできない点ですが、快適に過ごすことができるホテルです。（タクシーに乗る程の距離でもないので、いつも歩いています）
毎回、朝食付きのプランで宿泊していますが、とても満足できるもので、いつも食べすぎてしまいます。今回は、団体客がいるので、通常は7:00スタートだけど6:30から利用できるとも教えてくれたので、快適に食事を摂ることができました。
今回宿泊した部屋からは、来島海峡大橋を綺麗に見ることができました。

Hotel is in a great spot for doing Shimanami Kado cycling route. Breakfast has a good selection. Room size is reasonably ok for Japan hotels. Room is able to store bike if needed

Se oli paras päätös, jonka tein valita tämän hotellin! 1min kävelymatka Dogo Onsen, hämmästyttävä palvelut, kaunis perinteinen sisätilokuva moderni kierros ja Dogo Street vain 2 min ja raitiovaunuja 5min kävelymatkan sisällä. Uskomatonta aamiaista buffet ja Roten-buro. Massage tuoli huoneessa!!

I like the design of the hotel building because we can enter from any side of the parking lot. Upon check in, the sign on the rooms were blinking and helped us to locate the rooms easily. Inside the room, you can find almost anything you need to comfort you during the stay.

11月20日前後に宿泊しました。高校生男子の数日の講習のため宿泊を選びました。私は冷え性ですが空調が良いようで冷えることはなく又、喉が乾燥することもなく快適でした。ダイヤルで調節するだけのものでしたが弱めに合わせてスィッチを入れたり切ったりして調節しました。スタンダードでしたのでロケーションが抜群ではありませんが充分です。朝食がとても美味しく息子はもちろん私もおかわりしてしました。里芋は薄味で柔らかくしっとりでした。受付でも声をかけて頂きましたが清掃が不要の場合はタオルを出しておくと新しいものを置いてくれます。毎晩隣にあるイオンモールで夕食を摂りました。徒歩で行けるし買い物もできるのでとても便利です。室内はとても清潔に保たれ夜間は物音が少なかったです。ハートネットワークのお祭りやローカルニュースが面白く楽しく過ごせました。

Brand new, nice Japanese designed hotel. 3 people room is so spacious and beautiful. An additional sofa bed can be provided for 4 people stay. Driving or taxi will be recommended for travel with suitcases due to location.

An excellently located hotel for touring the city. It is right across from the main shopping street. Located on the tram line with short rides to most tourist attractions in Matsuyama.
The rooms are well appointed and the parking is accessed from the rear of the hotel site. It is an automated parking system which requires you to drive it into and out of the elevator before it is whisked away.
I’d recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Matsuyama.

VVegan 美味しいDecent digs, but not without quirks. Squeaky clean and lively, plus a stone's throw from Taka & Macs! Breakfast is a delight, with 5 (yes, 5!) types of OJ and a DIY ”happy meal” with ice cream. 🍱🍔🍟
Power sockets aplenty and adorable hangers make for added charm… exceptional onsen facility, perfect for ultimate relaxation!
Sadly, the service left much to be desired—＞think chatty staff with little patience, and lifts slower than a snail's pace… this one takes the cake for lift lethargy…the stairs are off-limits, so patience is not only a virtue but an absolute necessity. lol

The staff there can speak English, and were nice. The second day I stayed there, the staff offered me to have hotpot with all the other people living in Fujiya, an unforgettable experience I treasured and will forever remembered. Even though it is a proxy of a Japanese family, it did feel like I have experienced the Japanese hospitality and friendliness. There were some interesting characters, who may or may not frequented Fujiya, whom I had the pleasure to have this hotpot together.
The facilities are not the best, but the basics necessities were there and no complaining from me, they have an AC there, comfortable enough for me.
The staff did explain that there is only one shower, so we might have to wait for the person to finish. However, since the location is so close to Dogo Onsen, they did recommend to go there instead, and after all, it was why i chose this location in the first place. Location is really close to the Dogo Onsen and the Yuzuki-Castle ruin, which was a lifesaver for me
I would say that all other sight-seeing locations are within walking distance as well since I did walk to all those interesting places. However, I do realize not all people like to walk like I do. To counter that, Fujiya is practically next to the tram station, which you can use it to go to many places in the city.

Every morning, we were treated to meticulously prepared, delicious breakfasts that set the tone for incredibly relaxing days. The Okami-san's (female inn manager) warm hospitality ensured our trip was comfortable and memorable.
We were particularly impressed by the introduction to Nagahama's charming local cuisine, which allowed us to truly appreciate the culinary delights of Ehime prefecture.
The attentive service and authentic Japanese experience made our stay unforgettable. We would love to return if given the chance and highly recommend this ryokan to anyone seeking a genuine taste of Japanese hospitality.

VVieraskäyttäjä여기는 일단 가격적으로도 메리트가 대박입니다. 저녁이랑 아침도 너무 잘나와요(양이 너무 많고 맛있어서 깜짝 놀람) 밥먹으면 일단 바로 와..여기 가성비 대박이다라고 느끼실거에요. 체크인할때 온천 언제 할건지 여쭤보시고 같이 온 사람끼리만 프라이빗하게 온천 사용도 가능해요. 저는 큰 욕조 썼어요. 물도 따끈해서 좋아요. 그리고 숙소앞이 바로 바다라서 뷰도 넘 좋아요
다만 시내에서 좀 떨어져있어서 차는 렌트하면 좋을거같아요..
남자친구랑 왔는데 다음엔 가족들이랑 오고싶은 기억에 남을 숙소… 직원분 두분계시는데 두분 다 너무 친절하십니다. 그리고 고양이도 있는데 넘 귀여워요….. 다음에 꼭 또오고싶은 숙소에요

VVieraskäyttäjäThe overall environment was great. However, there’s one thing I’m extremely dissatisfied with—the walls! The wall between my room and the next is incredibly thin, and it even shakes. I have no idea what kind of ******* is staying next door, but around 12:30 a.m., they suddenly started banging on the wall multiple times. My bed is right up against that wall, and it shook violently three or four times, waking me up in shock. After that, about every hour, they kept hitting the wall again, making it shake like it was during an earthquake. I honestly never expected a hotel room at ANA to have walls of such poor quality! Even now, thinking back to that night still frightens me.
全体的な環境はとても良かったです。ただ、一つだけどうしても納得できない点があります——それは壁です！私の部屋と隣の部屋の壁が非常に薄く、揺れるほどです。隣の部屋にど*****泊まっているのかわかりませんが、夜中の12時半ごろ、急に何度も壁を叩き始めました。私のベッドはその壁にくっついているため、壁が激しく揺れ、3〜4回ほどで目が覚めてしまいました。その後も1時間おきくらいに壁を叩かれ、まるで地震のように壁が歪むような感覚でした！まさかANAのホテルの壁がこんなにひどいとは思ってもみませんでした。今でもあの夜のことを思い出すと、怖くなります。

VVieraskäyttäjäThe staff was extremely friendly. It was a raining day. In case to get wet, he told me to park at their hall way and take the luggage in. I can either leave the car key to the front desk or park the car in the parking lot. It's so sweet of the staff. I do love their service so far.
Later on, when I got into the room, I found out that I booked a smoking room, the wrong room type of what I needed. I am allergic to the smoking room. I asked the staff to help out. He went to the manager and my room was swapped to ”301”. So Awesome!! I was upgraded to a huge family room with 2 big beds and a big long sofa. I believe that was their last non-smoking room since that was a Saturday night. Thank you so so much. I do appreciate that.
The hotel is across from the JP station. It is so convenient to get almost everything.

AAnonyymi käyttäjäThe hotel is not close to Dogo Onsen street and you will need to drive or get a taxi if you want to go there. There are no restaurants or shops nearby the hotel. There is a walk nearby the hotel you can take which offers nice scenery in the woods. The hotel looks a bit dated particularly the bedrooms and the corridors. I asked for a quiet room facing the mountain instead of one facing a busy road and had to pay an additional 2200 yen. The hotel has a number of onsens and I like the outdoor ones best. The buffet dinner and breakfast offer good selection and I particularly like the dinner which offered nice teppanyaki beef and sushi.
The hotel reception staff spoke very little English and the hotel did not reply to an email I sent them asking for transportation information to get to the hotel.
There are buses near the hotel which go to Matsuyama and Imabari but they run infrequently.

Room was clean and compact; but the double bed is quite squeezy if you're fitting two people inside.
Buffet breakfast is 1300¥ if you inquire the day before you intend to eat. It is 1500¥ if you buy it on the day itself.
Accidentally booked a smoking room; but the staff were kind enough to change it for us once they had a room.
