Clean and well located . Gentle and responsive staff.
Amenities seem old and dated ( position of shower knobs can’t be accessed unless you stand below shower) , had unfortunate incident of bathroom getting locked and unable to open and it was 2am typed . Staff did come and fix it within 5-7 minutes but was scary considering the hour.

Located on the main road nearby Khao Dii popular restaurant and 5 minutes from Dibrugarh University by car. I stayed for half-board plan and had both dinner and breakfast buffet. The food here is sanitary and very good. The room is spacious and clean. If you avisit Dibrugarh University, this hotel is recommended.

Отель оставил максимально приятное впечатление: огромные, уютные номера, которые каждое утро наполняются пением птиц. Услужливый персонал, который по абсолютно адекватной цене забронировал для нас все сафари. Расположение в пяти минутах ходьбы от центрального входа.
Из минусов отмечу только рестораны. Оба. Дорого и не очень вкусно, завтраки скудные. При том заказанная в номер еда была вкусная и дешевле, чем в ресторане, рекомендую пользоваться этой опцией на ужин

Неплохой бизнес отель - для тех, кто приезжает/прилетает в Джорхат по работе, определенно, отличный вариант; ну а для туристов возвращающихся из Казиранги, обилие людей в костюмах немного напрягает...)) Чисто, но шумновато; выбор блюд по меню нормальный, но в плане буфета - так себе... Если останавливаться на одну ночь перед перелетом,- вполне сойдет!

Arista by Ambition is Nice hotel with exceptional service and awesome food from Banquet. Very professor and standard banquet set up done by banquet staff.Banquet service staff are very courteous and professional.They maintain good hygiene and Standard service ,It’s really 5 star hotel in guwahati.Thank u all team member of banquet specialty Mr.Minhazul .

Security and valet was very good
Front desk not upto the mark they were not welcoming and not friendly even though its our second visit, checking in even after we have already booked one more room for our family member they said ”there is no such name in their booking list” inspite the rooms were all booked in the same name a day before plus no bell boy was provided during check out.
Restaurant service during breakfast was very good and all the staff was so sweet and very friendly.
Housekeeping was very good too and helpful but there was a stain on the pillow in room no. 606.

Everything that was mentioned at the amenities list was available, and the room allotted was clean, and the staff an the reception behavior were very polite and approachable. The hotel is good go choice.

AAnonymous Guest UserVery good hotel and the room is clean except the bathroom. The clerks are untrained and service quality is not good. They should stop making multiple calls to guest's room when nothing is ordered for dinner. I received 3 times of such calls within one day when I was relaxing in the room I felt like I was blamed for not ordering anything from the restaurant. They do not realise how rude it is and think that it is normal practice for Indian hotel but foreigners are very much annoyed by that ”Sir do you want to order anything for dinner?”.

AAnonymous Guest UserVery good clean hotel near ISBT Jorhat. From the airport it takes 20 minutes. I stayed at Annex building which is 250 m away from the main hotel building. Free shuttle service available between main building and annex but it is just walkable distance. You can take breakfast either at annex (set menu) or at main building (mostly vegetarian buffet), no extra charge. The only issue is that the window pane in the room has a gap and the outside noise came in from the gap space, so it should be fixed to air-tight. The wall sound-proof is good but window and door are not.

Food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and served in timely manner. Rooms were well maintained and hotel has DG backup for power supply issues. Service was prompt. Hotel permits food delivery via delivery agents.

AAnonymous Guest UserThe room is clean and maintained nicely, no mosquites or had no insect problem, yet with some musty and mossy smell. Air conditioner is very strong and had stable hot water for 24 hours. Bed is comfy but felt a bit itchy to touch on, perhaps because they didn't rinse it well and washing detergents were remaining in the bedsheet texture. The bathroom was terribly stinking and in the morning it was smokey also. Overall it pays well and not bad for the price.

VVieraskäyttäjäJust a short stay, hotel room was nice and comfortable. The location is relatively far from the Airport. The hotel surroundings is currently under going a major high way development so getting to the location is currently challenging as there were road diversion.
