Location, service and views were amazing. However, they need to invest money to refurbished the rooms. Shower and shower doors were broken, the toilet was flooded every time I was having a shower. The rooms are a bit cold and the curtains did not close properly the windows.

Parador muy bonito situado en lo alto de la ciudad de Alcañiz.
Habitaciones espaciosas, limpias y tranquilas.
Se puede llegar andando a cualquier lugar de la ciudad y dispone de aparcamiento en la puerta desde donde se pueden visitar los alrededores.

The service was adequate but “not with a smile”. Seemed more like a truck stop motel.
However we enjoyed the evening meal which was very good. The breakfast was basic and only cold food.
However it was close to Javalambre skiing which suited us fine.

Matkustimme ryhmän ystäviä, varasimme kaksi kaksinkertaista huonetta ja oli hauskaa, se on suuri sijainti, jossa on paljon paikkoja syödä ja baareja lähellä myös kävelymatkan päässä katedraali ja hotelli on melko puhdas ja mukava vuode, Suosittelen sitä täysin.

Hotel famillial haut de gamme avec un excellent acceuil. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Tres bien situe. Personnel tres sympathique. Piscine agreable en fin de journee par ces fortes chaleures en plein centre ville .

Personal muy educado y ayuda en todo lo que puede y más. Las habitaciones amplias y tranquilas,lo único que podría poner malo es que son dos camas pequeñas en una grande y eso se nota un poco. Pero por lo demás genial. La cafetería,las cocineras y camareras majisimas. Precios que están muy bien. Volvería sin duda.
Lo único que las peticiones antes de ir, las envié días antes de ir al hotel y nunca fueron respondidas. Es lo único malo que podría poner.

DDavid OhanaThe staff felt unfriendly from the start. Their attitude was cold and rigid. There was no sense of warmth or welcome. Interactions felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t wait to leave.
Booking anything was overly strict. The pool and restaurant required rigid time slots. It didn’t feel like a vacation. It felt controlled instead of relaxing. The rules took away the enjoyment.
At the restaurant, I wanted to look around and admire the design, but I was told to stay seated. It felt patronizing and unnecessary, like being treated as a child. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable before.
Only at checkout, I was told the pool cost extra. This was never clearly mentioned before, but regardless of this ”misunderstanding”, for a five-star hotel to charge extra for using the pool is very disappointing. It felt cheap and not what you expect at this premium level.
The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious. Unfortunately, the staff ruins the experience, and their attitude overshadows everything else. I recommend to visit it if you're passing by the area, but I wouldn’t recommend sleeping here at all.

KKen0821這家旅館是這趟Madrid, Valencia, Calp, *****cola, Barcelona, Zaragoza自駕遊裏住的最舒服，性價比也是最高的。酒店離Zaragoza裏大廟和主要景點都是步行距離，床墊被子枕頭非常舒適，房間大小和所有置物空間設計通通非常合理，地下車庫停車免費，延時退房每超一小時收10歐，早餐後城區景點逛完，回酒店洗澡，下午三點退房，開車三小時不到回巴塞羅那，超市買水果上飛機吃，簡單晚餐後機場還車，辦理登機，晚上航班剛剛好，不忙不亂，洗個澡換乾淨衣服舒服登機返程。

VVieraskäyttäjäOur second time staying at this hotel and it was good. We arrived with two small dogs. In order to avoid our dogs causing noise and inconvenience to other guests if we left the room, we decided to have room service. Reception advised room service was available from 20.30, however when we called ro place food order at 20.30 we were told the kitchen was closed because they were preparing for a wedding next day. A big disappointment!!.
The city itself is beautiful and the people are so nice. We hope to visit again in 2025.

On the bright side, there’s a small café by the reception that offers food and drinks at affordable prices. Amenities are very basic (only soap provided), with no slippers, shower cap, or drinking water.

The downside was that the swimming pool was closed completely in October despite warm weather and worst of all - we were charged EUR 1.90 for a tiny quantity of fresh milk to add to our morning coffee - that’s embarrassing for a hotel like Melia.

Great position to cross the bridge over to the cathedral. Perfect location.
Breakfast around the corner next to Mercadona. 7 tapas for 6€. Perfect.
Would certainly stay again.
