L'hôtel a l'avantage d'être tout prêt de l'aéroport, à 5 minutes à pied. La chambre est correcte sans plus. L'air conditionné fonctionne très bien.le wifi marche bien.
Le petit déjeuner est servi avec parcimonie et est quelconque. Il n'y a pas de café disponible à toute heure.
Il y a la plage à 10 minutes à pied mais normalement interdite car il n'y a pas de surveillance. Il faut aller 10 minutes plus loin.
Il y a des commerces et des restaurants dans le quartier. Le quartier semble sûr.
The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.
Una estancia de lujo con vistas increíbles
El InterContinental Cartagena ofrece todas las comodidades. Las habitaciones son amplias, elegantes y muy limpias, con moqueta y una cama comodísima. El personal es muy amable y atento. El hotel está diseñado para eventos, con un salón de actos enorme y salas de reuniones modernas. Se nota que cuidan la seguridad en todos los detalles. Lo mejor: las vistas desde los pisos altos hacia las playas y su piscina impresionante. El restaurante es excelente y el servicio, impecable. Un detalle que me encantó fue el altavoz Bluetooth en la habitación para poner música desde el móvil, lo que hizo la estancia aún más acogedora.
Aunque es básico, cumple con todas las expectativas básicas. Bien ubicado, fácil de movilizarse y cerca al centro histórico y con playa casi privada. Todo el staff, desde porteros. El buffet de desayuno muy bueno y los consintieron haciendo arepas especiales.
It was good value for money. Not hot water (neither that cold, it is caribean weather just not heated) and a bit far from the main hotspots (i use uber motorbike so for me was ok, is around 1/2$ per trip).

El hotel tiene unas excelentes instalaciones,el Personal muy amable y servicial. Nos gusto mucho la ubicación cerca al aeropuerto. Tienen una oficina donde ofrecen los tour y las diferentes actividades en Cartagena.

Están en obra,.por lo que se debe desplazar más de 500mts para tener acceso a una. Los precios de los productos de minibar altísimos. Lo califico en general con 4.5/5
VVieraskäyttäjäThe Osh hotel has such an amazing vibe. As you enter the lobby, you are greeted by their lovely staff with a welcome drink. Check in was really smooth and they offered options for my room category, and the location was great. Literally walking distance to local bodegas, bars and restaurants. Osh is located 10-15 min from walled city, which made dinner options and tours easy to get to in the area. Prior to my stay in the Osh hotel, I stayed at the Hilton with my travel group for four days. In comparison although most tourist stay at the Hilton or the Hyatt. I would opt to stay at Osh every time. Beautiful pool on the main floor and rooftop. While there is not beach access, I believe you can simply book a tour for a beach day at Aqua Azul or Makani Luxury Wanderlust. During my stay also schedule a massage in my room which was a nice add on before I traveled back home. I highly recommend you experience The Osh in Colombia. Suites are also available to splurge a bit and treat yourself.

الفندق جميل والغرفة واسعه ويوجد احتمالة كبيرة في حال زياره المدينة مرة اخرى ساقوم بالحجز فيه مجددا ولكن مع خيار الغاء او تعديل الحجز
وجبة الافطار متنوعه ولذيذة والفندق مريح ومكانه كان ممتاز

No slippers or robe or waters in the room. Felt like just two tv remotes and an empty bar fridge. Bathroom provisions basic as well.
Location is convenient for the airport and getting places, but not much around the hotel itself.
Breakfast was fine tasting, but the scene was hectic. Things were constantly running out, the omelet line was slow, and tables were mostly unclean and without cutlery.
This may make it sound bad, but it was decently satisfactory

Eturannassa on paljon ruokamyyjiä juoda myyjiä, jotka joka 5 minuuttia joku tulee häiritsemään sinua, joka oli ainoa - kysymys! Ruoka-hotelli on suuri ja erityisesti uima-altaat olivat hämmästyttävä! Aamiainen on hyvä! Hyvä perheelle ja ryhmälle ystäviä!
NNATBOWe had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Baru Calablanca. The hotel is new, well-kept, with all you need to spend several days in your little paradise.
The food from French chef in Calablanca restaurant was pefect.
The beach and pool facilities can accomodate all guests and you don't need to look for a sunbed or an umbrella.
The only minor minus - hard to find the hotel if you are travelling with your own car, no signs on the road at all.

The restaurant was ok only and I ordered pulp and mash potatoes, very expensive and burn. The pools were fine. Why they covered the laguito view with trees ?So in conclusion for that price, not impressed.
