La Turpan West impression home stay ressemble à un petit palace. La chambre que j'ai occupée est particulièrement spacieuse,calme,bien éclairée,d'une propreté irréprochable .Je me permets aussi de préciser que la qualité de l'accueil est tout à fait irréprochable. Un bémol toutefois,le ménage est fait un peu tardivement dans la journée alors qu'on est déjà rentré de l'excursion.

This is a new hotel with perfect location to tour the Grand Bazaar and 金泉商城, with a local night market operating in front of the hotel on the weekends. Front desk upgraded us to a bigger room upon request, comfy bed and pre packed light breakfast for our earlier flight the next day. Love Atour for their efficient laundry room, 4 each of wm & dryer, if all are in-use, guests can request for staff to do the laundry. And it comes with shoes cleaning facility which is so convenient after touring any deserts in Xinjiang!

Urcove hardly disappoints. It’s a superb hotel with great hardware. However, location wise it’s a bit far from the east gate where the opening ceremony is (15min walk ish). Although you can use the north gate (8min walk), you land in a weird spot in the ancient city.
The hotels air condition also acted kinda weird when I was there. It stopped in the middle of the night even though I set it to heating mode of 24C, it dropped to 19C by itself.
The room I booked supposedly has a balcony to it. But the thing is, it’s pretty much useless cuz the BBQ smoke from nearby restaurants will overwhelm you.

I had a long layover at Ürümqi International Airport—my first time there—and booked this hotel the night before. It was very easy to find; you don’t even need to leave the airport. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the exit gate.
Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and appeared to be in a newly built or recently renovated hotel. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my short stay.
Breakfast was included in the rate, which was a nice bonus. I managed to get a solid 8 hours of incredibly comfortable sleep—something I really needed during my layover.
Overall, this is an excellent choice if you have an overnight layover at Ürümqi. Convenient, clean, and restful.

這是這次最貴的一間。物有所值。
1.位置獨佔優勢。在唐布拉孟克特服務區內。左手是餐廳，右手是加油站。加油站簡直大加分。出了酒店右手就是孟克特古道入口，往蜜蜂小鎮方向開車10分鐘馬路兩邊就是兩排吃飯的地方，個人覺得比蜜蜂小鎮好吃，還近。
2.服務熱情。車剛停在酒店門口，管家小姑娘就迎出來了。行李箱全程幫忙，免費升級房間，很快就辦了入住。有問必答，不管是有關景區的問題，還是住宿的問題，開發票問題。並且告知出門停車場不收費，出去玩之前告訴我提前告訴她何時幫忙開地暖。晚上睡下了還會問需不需要換厚被子，早上還幫忙把早飯打包送到房間。服務的十分周到。
3.軟硬件靠譜。房間寬敞，乾濕分離，燈光設計合理，床墊軟硬度適中，枕頭有乳膠枕，表揚。早飯部分，相當貼心，早上我着急趕路，帶到車上，走到服務區和孩子一起吃，打開一看真的被感動到了。一份小米粥，一份豆漿，兩個韭菜盒子，三個肉包子，一份小菜，一份紅薯玉米，連白糖都裝了一紙杯。

Hotel is new and environment is great. Service was also excellent. The only downside is the room has poor soundproofing and it is very warm. As it is winter, there is only the heater and you have to open the window to allow cold air in, if not the room is a sauna and impossible to sleep. With the windows open, you can hear everything outside. Even at 2am in the morning, I get woken up multiple times because of someone talking outside the room or room doors closing.

首先酒店位置很不錯，離滙嘉時代商圈就一公里左右吧，酒店對面有很多商鋪，餐廳購物都很近。其次是前台服務非常非常好，熱情又周到，幾乎是有求必應。再就是房間很寬敞，衞生也乾淨，這麼好的房間能配備冰箱就好了，外地來出差少不了帶些吃的，房間很熱放不住。下次來還會考慮這家酒店。

One of the restaurant staff has an attitude problems from taking the orders to paying the bills. She didn’t think that we could heard her & understanding Mandarin. She bad mouthed us with her rude & childish behaviors. We complained to the hotel manager & she handled the matter for us.

FF3lici@Overall, we had a pleasant stay with good service. I requested a room decoration for my husband’s birthday, and the hotel staff kindly helped to arrange it, which we truly appreciated. The hotel also has washer and dryer facilities, which were very convenient

The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the ski resort, which made getting around very easy and hassle-free.
One downside was that we had some parcels delivered to the hotel, and unfortunately one parcel went missing for reasons that remain unclear. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful — they shared the CCTV footage and made the effort to assist us in investigating the issue. Although the parcel could not be recovered, we appreciated their transparency and effort.

TTravis and ElishaWow! What an amazing place to stay and how lucky we were to find it. By far the best place we stayed in China. Mrs. Li (the owner) was so genuinely nice and caring, and we felt like part of the family staying there. One of my favorite things in Kashgar was hanging out with her and her family in the evenings. She always invited us at night to hangout in the common area where she would make us tea and share her fresh and dried fruits with us. She was really good at using a translator app, so we were able to have a good conversation with her through that.
She has a great little family. Her son speaks good English and was also very nice. She had a young daughter who also speaks English, but is more shy with it (though she will sing you a Taylor Swift song..she has a great voice). They have 3 cats and the youngest one, little tiger, is just the sweetest and the friendliest cat I have ever met.
It was such a good and warm feeling to stay there. We definitely wish we could visit again. A home away from home. And we were treated so generously in more ways than we can write here.
Mrs. Li asked us right away if there was anything she could help us with, without us having to ask, which we really appreciated, and she took the time to sit down with us to go over our plans. She let us store our luggage for 3 days and walked us out to help us get a taxi when we departed.
While it was the family that made it simply amazing, some might also be interested in the following information.
The location is great. On a quiet street. Close to the big mosque which is a good landmark to use to find the area. And of course close to the old city. It's also really close to the biggest supermarket we have found thus far in China (we have to admit it was nice to get a few ”luxuries” from home like cereal and hot chocolate).
The guesthouse is cute and has a Central Asian feel. The shower works great and is hot. We were there in the winter, and the room has heat if you needed it. Mrs. Li was able to arrange a driver for us to go to Tashkorgun and the Karakorum Highway, which was super helpful. The place was nice and clean.
Thank you so much Mrs. Li! You will be a highlight of our visit to China and will be remembered in our hearts forever.

SStAnastasiaMy friend and I stayed at the Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel during a layover in Urumqi, and it was the perfect choice for a short stay near the airport. The location is extremely convenient - just ~15 minutes away from the terminal, which made our transit hassle-free. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a great advantage.
Though the hotel could use minor renovations, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The room had all the essentials: slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a comb, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, cups, and bottled water. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important for us to plan our day trip and order a taxi.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options. Even if you're not yet accustomed to Chinese cuisine, you can find simple choices like boiled eggs and mantou (steamed buns).
For sightseeing, the city center and main attractions (such as the Xinjiang Museum, Red Hill Park, the Grand Bazaar, and the mosque) are about 30 minutes away by taxi. We managed to explore all of them in a day. Nearby, there are also local markets, convenience stores, and small cafés for snacks and essentials.
Overall, if you need a comfortable, budget-friendly hotel close to Urumqi Airport with good service and decent amenities, Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel is a great option. Highly recommended for transit travelers!

Llewis23Extremely well located, and great value for money. Happy staff who are very welcoming, and the room had everything it needed.
My only concern was some extremely noisy guests in another room, which continued from midnight until 6am on one of the nights. Admittedly, I did not raise this to the staff as it felt too late to do so, so I cannot comment on how well it would've been handled. I'm sure they would have helped to stop it. It does mean that the soundproofing isn't totally perfect, but everything else was very good.
Enjoyed my stay, will return if I come back to Kashgar.

AAkimi AkiyamaThe staff are very helpful, we couldn't find any money exchanges around, but one male receptionist kindly changed money for us at a fair rate, we appreciated.
There's a shopping building just at the corner across from the hotel, we loved the food market inside there, they have varieties of food such as fresh fruit, veges, bread, cakes and everything!
I liked their breakfast, not too much, not too little, freshly cooked local meals in buffet style, enjoyed eating the congee with a little seasoning. They have toast with nice flavoued jam and marmalade as well, it was more than enough❤️
We also slept very well, quiet and comfortable.
