Good location. Room is stuffy especially in the afternoon.Air cond is not strong. The oxygen supply is available in the evening only, they switch off during the day.

High standard of equipment, you have to believe this hotel provide PHILIP hairdryer, SAMSUNG TV, KOLER toilet and more. Room is spacious, breakfast is good, view from the rooftop is good too. All in all, i will be back to this hotel no doubt. One thing to be improved: please clean the AC, too smoky.

The room is nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. As I had to leave early for a flight, the staff kindly prepared a simple takeaway breakfast for me because I was earlier than breakfast time, which I was appreciative of. Able to have a good night rest and wash up after a long day travelling, and being in a central location, I could just walk out and find a restaurant easily.

The room is spacious and clean. The hotel has a lovely courtyard. The service was excellent. We were offered welcome snacks and there’s a great variety of food for breakfast. They even offered hingjingtian drinks to sooth altitude sickness. It was all very thoughtful.

這次入住體驗遠超預期，必須給滿分好評！酒店位置絕佳，不管是出行通勤還是逛吃都超方便，步行幾分鐘就能到火車站和商圈。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟親膚，床墊軟硬適中，加上出色的隔音效果，每晚都能睡得格外安穩。 服務更是貼心到骨子裡，前台小姐姐CoCo笑容温暖，辦理入住和退房都高效快捷，最驚喜的是免費給我們升級了套房，還主動推薦了本地小眾景點和美食。房間設施齊全，高速WiFi、智能電視、迷你小冰箱。衞生間乾濕分離設計實用又整潔。早餐品類豐富，中西式都有，食材新鮮味道在線，連細節處的免費礦泉水和茶包都品質不俗。 性價比直接拉滿，無論是商務出差還是旅遊度假都超合適，已經推薦給朋友，下次來還選這家！

Great stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well located. Facilities were well maintained and the room was quiet and cosy. Special thanks to the reception staff, especially 燕燕, who was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. Her service made a big difference and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay again.

We stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options. The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again.

上次住的是亞朵，這次就換了一家。停車場有點小，不過有人指揮。總體的條件是很不錯的，因為已經適應高反，就沒有特別測試氧氣。距離扎什侖布寺有一定距離，我們去的時候碰到糌粑節，全身麪粉，回來洗澡試了一下熱水也很好。附近有神力廣場可以吃飯。在這裏住了兩晚，很不錯。

我入住當天提前給我打電話 問我對房間有什麼要求 剛開始前台小姑娘給我升級了愉夢的房間 很耐心的講解周邊環境 還加了我微信給我發了定位 很貼心的説入住期間有問題直接找她 不久後又給我發消息説她今天還有一次免費升級套房機會 説給我升級個套房 晚上我們要晚點到 就給他説讓客房阿姨把東西放進去就可以了 她很快弄完給我發了圖片 辦事效率真的很高 晚上我發現酒店水果有點問題 我就給她説了一下 她就給我從**上點了一份水果 真的很暖 房間給我多配了兩雙拖鞋 房間還放了氧氣管 氧氣濃度也很足 睡一晚很舒服 本來一路上很累的 看到小姑娘“保姆”式的服務 瞬間感覺不累了 推薦推薦 這是我來西藏入住的最貼心的酒店。
