I stayed on the 20th floor in a premium Fallsview room with two queen beds. The view was amazing, but since it’s winter, the window was frozen, so I couldn’t really see much in the morning. I think it’s better to check the weather before booking. Still, the night view was great, so I enjoyed it overall.

It was a good experience with good service, facilities, worth the price, well equipped and clean room, sufficient underground parking and a very good view from the room.

Location was good. Not impressed with the breakfast selection. Our room was supposed to have a garden view but I don't think any of the rooms actually have a view. Tiny window above the toilet that I think looks out into greenery is what i think they call the ”view” and that window and screen are covered in bugs. When we turned on the fan for the bathroom there was a stench of ****. On what I assume was like a mattress cover was covered in hair really disgusting. Toilet paper holder was broken. Shower was large and clean. the room was spacious with good storage. Adirondack chair in front of room could use a paint job and some cleaning. Overall not really impressed for what I paid for. 

Our stay at the hotel was highly enjoyable, primarily due to its exceptional location. The hotel is conveniently situated near both Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls, offering stunning views of the latter. Additionally, its proximity to the Casino and a shopping mall further enhances its appeal. We found the Italian restaurant's cuisine to be excellent, and the staff, both in the restaurant and throughout the hotel, were consistently helpful and friendly.

I was scheduled for a 3 night stay in Brampton.  The first morning I got to hotel to see if check in early and drop off bags.  Unbelievably, the room was clean and unoccupied. The manager says that their early check in fee is $95!  Since, I am sure, no one ever pays that, so it is not like it is a revenue stream for hotel chain.  All it succeeds in is pissing off customers.  What skin is it off their teeth if room is empty and I just wanted to drop off bags? Continental Breakfast was a disaster with no coffee cups or spoons and stale food.

Loved my stay Heater & MayQueen are and were amazing customer service, communication and more two amazing women who helped add to the stay I had planned for my mothers birthday. We loved our stay the view of the Falls were amazingly beautiful. At check in I was given discounts to help enhance our trip or give us extra things to do. The view from the restaurant on site was ok and having a wider range of options to choose from would have been nice but food was good. Overall great stay!

Hotel location: good and quiet , close to the casino and entertainment . The accommodation fee is very affordable, Staff is helpful and polite. i will stay at this hotel if I visited Niagara Falls again.

The view is fabulous, big tv and comfortable mattress. This place was amazing and close to all the shops and restaurants close to the Well and convention Centre and CNntower it was awesome wel be back for sure

酒店位置很好👍距離湖邊很近，房間寬敞明亮，清早可以看到日出，可惜陽台應該是長久無人打掃衞生狀況堪憂。早餐服務慢且第二天的土豆吃出了黴味兒，索性放棄第三天的早餐。

The stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites was a fantastic experience from start to finish! One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast included in the stay. The spread offered a great mix of options, including healthy choices, which was a bonus. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted amazing. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, making it a comfortable space to relax. As a special request, the hotel kindly accommodated our preference for a room on the top floor, which added a nice touch to our stay. The hotel's location near the airport was also a huge plus, with a convenient shuttle service that made traveling hassle-free. The airport was just a 5-minute ride away, making it an ideal choice for travelers like us. Overall, our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Toronto was great, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and airport-friendly stay in the city.”
