Hallo, ich war insgesamt 5 Tage in der Anlage , eine Nacht in den vorgelagerten Zimmern. Die Zimmer im Hauptgebäude sind gut ausgestattet und der Service ist gut. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Die vorgelagerten Zimmer haben einexschlechtere Kategorie uns sind kleiner . Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und vielfältig. Das Personal versteht leider kein englisch, ein Übersetzungs Programm auf Handy sollte man haben. Negstiv fand ich dass sich niemand auf meine email gemeldet hat, da ich etwas in der Unterkunft vergessen habe. Sonst kann ich aber die Unterkunft in den Zimmern im Haupthaus jederzeit empfehlen

I had an amazing time at Wish Hotel da Bahia! The hotel is clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always making me feel comfortable and cared for.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of fresh options and great variety each morning. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salvador!

-Aamiainen buffet oli hyvin ylpeä, eräänä aamuna (muina päivinä se oli hyvä) meidän piti puhdistaa pöytä itse - ei merkkejä siitä, että kukaan huolehtii siitä.
- Vain toiminnallinen wifi (Unohda virtaus) joutui levittää tietoverkkovierailu.
- Uima-allas oli pieni ja pysyvästi ylisarvioitu.
Huomaa: minusta tuntui, että hotelli oli alihenkilöstön, ei valituksia työntekijöistä, jotka yrittävät parhaansa.

Minha Experiência foi excelente! É um hotel antigo, porém parece estar se modernizando! Nao senti falta de nada na minha estadia, levando em consideração que fui pra conhecer Salvador ! Entao ele atendia com uma boa cama, um bom chuveiro e um café da manhã completo!

A hospedagem tem uma boa localização, o que facilita o acesso a pontos turísticos e serviços. O ambiente é muito bonito, oferecendo uma boa estética, porém, os móveis são um pouco antigos, o que pode ser um ponto negativo. Por outro lado, o atendimento da recepção é bom, com profissionais atenciosos e prestativos. O atendimento no bar da piscina também se destaca, com uma equipe alegre e simpática, proporcionando uma experiência agradável. Em especial, Tamires se destaca por sua excelente atenção e simpatia, garantindo um serviço de qualidade.

O hotel é um paraíso se você procura conexão com a natureza, relaxamento e conforto. Com os pés na areia, o hotel tem uma área verde bem completa, uma piscina espaçosa que atende às crianças e adultos e com programação para entreter toda a família.
Os quartos são limpos e aconchegantes. O café da manhã tem uma variedade boa, com culinária regional.
Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, amigáveis e prestativos.

Péssima experiência no check-in. Cheguei um pouco antes das 14h, preenchi toda a documentação, porém inexplicavelmente só sliberaram o quarto por volta das 14:20. A desculpa era de que não haviam limpado o quarto e limpo havia somente triplo, o que não me atendia. O fato me causou imenso transtorno, como atraso em outro compromisso e terminei tendo que retornar ao hotel posteriormente para buscar ítens esquecidos devido à pressa com q saí devido a saga da liberação do quarto.

Nice hotel near the airport with solid breakfast and amenities. If you don’t speak Portuguese, the staff is able to accommodate you in English. The TV only had less than half the channels listed on the guide which was odd.
This being Salvador, urban planning is a nightmare. Although the airport is very close, you have to drive a long ways in the wrong direction and circle back around to get to the airport. Be sure to plan accordingly.

* spacious clean room
* good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options
* okay pool area (no greenery though)
Cons:
* the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...)
* no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob
* the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass)
* the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all
* out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English
* no laundry facilities
* no business room
* old slow elevator
* window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street
* the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

RRabsShowtimeWe had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.

Zimmer geräumig und bequem ausgestattet. Frühstück mit Terrasse, quasi am Pool. Tolle Gartenlage.
Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.

LLorne M.Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable, sheets and towels good quality, AC works well and is quiet, breakfast absolutely great with excellent coffee and outstanding offerings, check-in fast and friendly. I wish we were staying at Novotel Salvador longer.
We had Seafood Risotto at the restaurant and it was very generous with the seafood, but took about an hour so bring a book if you plan to eat dinner here.

Vou deixar duas observações mas que de forma alguma diminuem a experiência que foi espetacular.É que sempre pode melhorar.
Mas poderiam mudar a esteira da academia.Bao dava pra correr.Era muito estreita e instável.Pode até causar acidente.
O outro ponto é o barulho com as conversas dos funcionários em horários bem cedo comopor ex, antes das 07h da manhã.Ali próximo da lavanderia e por onde passam os funcionários alguns paravam ali próximo de alguns quartos e conversavam bem alto que dava pra ouvir nos quartos.Apenas essa orientação para evitar conversas altas até um determinado horário .Ficavam rindo e tal.Acho que nem se tocaram.Com toda a certeza voltarei a ficar hospedada no hotel.A minha avaliação é 9 por causa desse detalhe do barulho próximo ao quarto.

The hotel is OK overall, but it doesn’t really deliver what it costs. The breakfast and pool area are nice, but the new towel system — where they leave only two pool towels per room — is really inconvenient. The Wi-Fi is terrible and works only about half the time, which makes it frustrating if you need to stay connected. The property itself is clean but long overdue for an upgrade. With better maintenance and service improvements, it could justify its rates, but right now it falls short.
