The location of the hotel is very convenient, and the room is very clean. The hotel could provide more bathroom eminities. There is also a big problem to use the TV since most of the user guide are in German.
The biggest drawback was the check-in counter service. The queue was very long and there were only 2 counter available that also serve as a switchboard operator. The check-in time took unbelievably between 20-30 minutes per guest.

在小鎮中心，離火車站不遠
房間有陽台，可望小鎮風情
早餐食物豐富，質數極高
跟很多小鎮酒店一樣，沒有電梯，房東見我們旅行箱大，特別安排一樓房間，不用爬太多梯級。

Pleasant hotel with fair spread of buffet breakfast. We reached an hour early and staff was able to have room prepared. Check in was a breeze. Only setback is room is not airconditioned and fan wasnt provided unless reqeuested. One way Shuttle service to airport costs 5 euro.

Stayed a number of nights during the past few weeks and all rooms have been spotlessly clean and come equipped with a really large shower area.
If your planning to stay during spring / summer try to book room 318. Its an extra large corner room which comes complete with a lovely balcony chairs....ideal for sharing that chilled bottle of chardonnay!
Any queries or need a taxi booked the extremely helpful front desk team will help.

My recent stay at the Best Western Hotel Tulln was fantastic. The hotel is super clean and modern, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. My room was really comfortable and quiet, which was perfect for a good night's sleep.
The location is a huge plus—it's just a short walk from the town center and the beautiful Danube. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options. I highly recommend this hotel; I'll definitely be back on my next visit to Tulln!

Location is between the historical town center and the Danube. Takes about 10-15 minutes to walk in either direction.

VVieraskäyttäjäThis hotel is only a 6 minute walk to the tram line which leaves you right in the centre. The self check in was easy and handy for us as we arrived late at night. The staff were very friendly. Clean room. Great shower!! Only complaint is the door of the bathroom which is also the door for the shower. Exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel!
