Большое спасибо персоналу отеля. Хочется отметить, что работники доброжелательные и вежливые и поэтому создается атмосфера хорошего отдыха и отличного настроения. Все чисто, уютно, сделано со вкусом! Приятно, когда люди относятся к своему делу с отдачей и ответственностью!

L’hotel se trouve un peu loin du centre ville mais globalement il est quand même assez proche de l’aéroport

The hotel's reputation is greatly damaged when it accepts to organize a few trainings and does not clear the snowat the parking. People arrive in cars, groups in buses, and no one at hotel administration takes the initiative to address the question of why people have to damage their own vehicles. The hotel should have known from the evening weather forecast that it would snow heavily during the night, and in the morning a considerable number of guests arriving to the hotel by transport would be waiting.

Decided to stay here overnight because it was close to the airport (taxi fare is very reasonable in Vilnius) and also because I like this brand. Unfortunately, this particular Ibis Styles was very disappointing. First of all, it was very cold in the room (in the hallways as well). Seems that there's no heating or it's turned off despite +2 temperature outside. The aircon has a heating mode but it didn't warm the room even by a degree. Fortunately the bathroom had a towel heater. The room was very old and cramped, however the bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. The breakfast - too crowded (very small seating capacity). Food is lukewarm. And the most important thing: unfriendly staff. No smiles, no greeting. They did their job but didn't even try to look hospitable. I honestly regret choosing Ibis Styles over Novotel (the price for my dates was almost similar).

The room was a little smaller than expected, not cramped but felt as though a few corners had been cut and less space overall. Breakfast choices were reduced on less busy days, you can sit outside if the weather is suitable. Location is out of the centre with a holocaust site (Paneriai) next door. Access requires a U-turn on the busy dual carriageway in front of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, you had to request if you wanted your room serviced.

Hotel non centrale, ma con comodo parcheggio. Se siete in macchina è davvero buono. Stanza e bagno puliti, essenziali ma non piccoli. Buona colazione, in prevalenza salata. Unica nota negativa lo staff, eccetto le due ragazze al desk, gli altri non hanno mai risposto ad un saluto, ad un sorriso o ad una parola. Non è bello, mi son sentita in imbarazzo più volte. Forse era megio abbassare il voto, ma non mi sembrava giusto.

Hotel in posizione defilata rispetto al centro della città. Stanza nello stile della catena, funzionale con piani di appoggio per le valigie, bollitore in camera. Ottimo parcheggio sorvegliato. Colazione abbondante in particolare per quanto riguarda il salato. Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo.

We stayed here for a visit to Vilnius and the Rammstein concert in May 2023, so we needed just a place to sleep for a few nights. The location is very convenient - situated a bit further away from the Old Town, but you can easily travel back and forth with your car or by ordering a taxi. There is also a produce store not too far. The room was clean, there were various sizes of towels, shampoo and shower gel (2in1), air conditioning, hair dryer. For breakfast there were various options available. The staff was friendly, too. Overall, I would stay here again.

Отличный отель с хорошим завтраком, большая парковка автомобилей для гостей отеля. Приветливый персонал который работает 24/7. Очень хороший завтрак который не оставит голодным ни детей ни взрослых. Рекомендую данный отель который находится на въезде в город со стороны белорусской границы

We went for Christmas and enjoyed it again.. The Restaurant menu whist very good = excellent; is the same for at least 18 months; and needs changing. this time a difference room, which was cold! Staff as always are very helpful.
