酒店設施不錯，而且酒店有免費班車去品川地鐵站，非常方便，附近商業購物不多。飯店就在一個漂亮的園區旁邊，飯店內還有全家便利商店，非常方便。設施和房間大小都比東京其他飯店好。

遊客不推薦住這，附近沒啥吃的

特別滿意，服務極好！少住一天給退房款，衞生好，請朋友吃飯也性價比很高，交通方便，下次還住此酒店

酒店位置很好，離羽田機場很近，地鐵也不遠，適合商務出行

房間很大，酒店有提供車位，方便駕車人士，只是位置距離銀座有點遠。

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt ok. Das Frühstück ist besonders hervorzuheben, hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen, es hat allerdings seinen Preis mit fast 30€. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Bett bequem, jedoch Einrichtung und Bad in die Jahre gekommen. Das Hotel ist nicht besonders zentrumsnah, verfügt aber über einen Shuttlebus zur Zugstation. Das Personal war super freundlich. Ein erfüllbarer Extrawunsch, den wir als kleine Gruppe hatten, wurde allerdings letztlich vom stellvertretenden Hotelmanager rüde abgewiesen. Ich würde dort nicht wieder übernachten.

This hotel is wonderful! Easy access from Haneda airport! A short complementary shuttle ride to the subway that will connect you to anywhere else in the city! The kindest service! Delicious breakfast! A club lounge with great food and views! We stayed at three different hotels while in Tokyo and our twin daughters said the breakfast here was their favorite. The breakfast servers and managers were fantastic, especially with the kids. We received a really nice room upgrade and such nice balloons and decorations in our room upon arrival. It was very welcoming and special. There was some confusion with a room service order we placed one night. It was mostly due to the language barrier, so I would be careful when ordering and asking for additions or adjustments - just make sure everything was understood correctly and there are no surprises when the food arrives. The free shuttle runs every 20 minutes. It’s very convenient. We found the station you will be dropped off at was a bit far from other locations of interest, but everything was very accessible if you don’t mind transferring trains. With the kids, we ended up using taxis many times as we were exhausted. There is a picture of a pool in Tripadvisor but there is no access to a Pool. Maybe they used to have one in the past. The gym facilities and sauna were really nice though. The concierge was also very kind and helpful. Overall, we had a really amazing stay and highly recommend this hotel!!!

Dejligt hotel i Shinagawa Tokyo Marriott ligger tæt på et trafikknudepunkt med tog døgnet rundt - og det kan man høre selv på de højeste etager. Værelserne er store og fine. Svært at finde plads til tøj i skabe og skuffer, hvis man som os skulle være der i mange nætter. Fin vaskeservice og stor hjælpsomhed i det hele taget. Vælg den almindelige morgenmad i lobbyen, den er meget bedre end den i loungen. Vi synes, hotellet mangler lidt i at være 5-stjernet, men var tilfredse med vores ophold.

Great stay in Tokyo The Tokyo Marriott is a wonderful hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and the location is perfect - walking distance to the Shinagawa Train Station.
