"Bon hôtel, situé proche de l’aéroport. Le personnel a l’accueil était très accueillant et répondait rapidement aux demandes. Piscine avec accès aux PMR c’est vraiment top! Petite salle de sport mais uniquement des machines pour le cardio. Point négatif : J’ai du relancer à deux reprises pour obtenir le remboursement de ma caution (ça a mis 5 jours après mon départ pour finalement arriver sachant que j’utilise une carte directe/instantanée avec aucun délai ) ! L’hôtel est tout simplement injoignable par téléphone! Nuisances dues aux passage des avions vraiment juste au-dessus. Le nettoyage pourrait également être améliorer! Pas de navette pour l’aéroport c’est dommage ."

"Varasimme huoneen yhden kahden hengen vuodella. Saimme 2 sänkyä(((. Kun kulkimme rivin rekisteröinnissä päätimme olla irrota aikaa löytää ratkaisu ja nukkui yhdessä yhdessä sängyssä. "Room: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows. Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean. Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night. Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling. Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money."

"Decent Stay, but Be Prepared for Aircraft Noise. The location of Staybridge Miami Airport is convenient—very close to the airport and easy for early flights or quick layovers. However, the hotel sits right at the end of one of the runways, so you will hear airplane noise throughout the day. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this is something to keep in mind. Overall, the property is fine for short stays, especially if proximity to the airport is your priority, but the constant aircraft noise may not make it ideal for longer visits or those seeking a quiet environment."

"Excellent location with a Publix supermarket just across the carpark (2 minutes walk) to get easy daily stuff or snacks. Very close to Brickell city centre. Rooms are clean and spacious with nice views. Rooftop pool is nice but can get busy at times so have to avoid peak hours. Gym is spacious with great view of the city skyline. Love this hotel and will definitely stay again!"

"I always thought Hilton is a very high end hotel. I was totally disappointed upon arriving at this property. It looks very outdated and rundown. Toilet is way too low in the washroom. I didn't know gratuity of 15% is automatically included when I made a purchase at the lobby Herb N' Kitchen. That caught me by surprise. Free shuttle between hotel and airport is the biggest factor for me to book this hotel."

"Stayed here for 5 nights for business. Location is great with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. It can get a bit loud at night from the bars nearby, room is smaller but has all basic necessities. Staff is friendly and really helpful."
