"Very nice they let us check in early and check out at noon with no extra cost, nice pool area , comfortable beds and the area is safe front desk was friendly when we checked in but when we called asking about a late check out extension the person on the phone a little rude, other than that I would say it was a good stay."

"The hotel room was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the mattresses were soft and hard enough for me to sleep well. The air conditioning in the room cooled well and the internet was stable, which fully met my daily needs. The bathroom was clean and hygienic and the quality of the toiletries was good. The taste of the food and beverage was also very good. In addition, there are many snack streets near the hotel, which is convenient for us to taste local specialities. The location of the hotel is also very convenient to the metro station and bus station. "Hotel itself was fine. Was a bit annoyed that the bar was not open even for a soft drink if wanted till much later. When I went down to get a bite to eat I was informed that most of the menu was not available and my selection was limited to about three items to choose from. What I found most annoying was that apparently they had some type of youth group training going on on my floor which was right next to my room. Numerous times I heard the participants laughing or conversing loudly in the hall way. Whenever I decided to leave my room to go downstairs I had to run through a gantlet of participants who were having their break out session in the hallway of which I had to walk through disrupting their conversations. While they were polite about it, it did make me feel uncomfortable to leave the room while they were doing this. When I did mention to the desk what was going on they told me about the group which was fine but I wish they would have put me on another floor if this was going on. Overall it was just an overnight stay here before a cruise but honestly next time I would choose a different hotel."

"Got to Miami had a room right away  Coming off ship had to wait 2 hrs for a room but it gave me a chance to eat and go outside for a smoke and coffee which was great  Highly recommended  Will be going back"

"Room: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows. Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean. Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night. Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling. Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money."

Hotelli oli erittäin tiukka sisäänkirjautumisajan suhteen klo 15.00 tai myöhemmin. Ei lainkaan joustava. Vastaanottohenkilökunta oli epäkohteliasta riippuen. Toinen nainen oli mukava. Pieni kylpyhuone ja ovi oli erittäin raskas. Valitettavasti sivukadun valot vilkkuivat koko päivän. Yöllä oli vaikea nukkua."

"I have booked this hotel for a friend who has stayed at the Recency several times before. This time it was the cheapest one in the airport area and very close to the airport. The rooms are quite big and reniovated. Itt provudes all the essentials of a stay like hair dryer, kleenex tissues, safe, desk and wardrobe. He didn't have breakfast since it had to be paid extra. There is also a cuban restaurant in walking distamce. All in all good value for price. Definitely will choose thisbplace again."

"Our room was very spacious and clean. We chose a two queen bed, but there was a big bed-sofa on top. So it was even more comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is about 7 mins to the airport. The quality of the breakfast was nice. There were many options and even my kids enjoyed it. The only drawback is that I chose parking in the app, and when we arrive to the hotel, I had to pay for the parking."
