Uima-altaalliset hotellit kohteessa Madrid

Great location, fast wi-fi, comfortable bed. Laundry room was a really nice bonus. As for the downsides... On the first day people kept entering my room with their keycards, and not all of them were hotel workers, which was creepy. One night some neighbours were **********. Good for them, not so good for my sleep — so the soundproofing could be better. And I also got allergic to the shower gel which never happened before. So it really was a 50/50 experience

Beyond my expectation in Madrid hotel, its first time for me to stay in Hard rock hotel and I felt so comfortable to stay here 3 night. its make my day. Unique design and functional hotel. I love bathroom is so big and powerful rain shower. Bed is so comfortable , Amenity like shower and body lotion are good smell and soft. Overall comparison as price I am happy to stay here.

Very impressive! Friendly service. Room was a very good size for our family of 3 adults. Breakfast buffet was excellent!! Location was very good walking distance to many restaurants and stores.

Tämä on vakava valitus tämän hotellin Market-ravintolasta. Vietin täällä tällä kertaa kolme päivää, ja joka kerta istun siellä yli 10 minuuttia vain odottamassa palvelua. Muille länsimaisille turisteille tarjoiltiin vettä heti. Tarjoilija jutteli myös heidän kanssaan, mutta minä? Kaikki tarjoilijat jättivät minut täysin huomiotta! Minun täytyy soittaa heille, sillä juuri tilattuani voileivän tarjoilija nappasi minulta ruokalistan! Minun täytyy juosta hänen perässä pyytääkseni teetä!

Aamiainen, pysäköinti Parking Nortessa ja sijainti olivat täydellisiä. Sänky ja tyynyt olivat kauheat. Siinä oli rikkinäiset jalat ja pyörät, joten se liikkui jatkuvasti ja piti paljon melua nukkuessani. Tyynyt olivat niin pehmeät, etteivät ne tukeneet päätäni lainkaan.

The biggest disappointment is that there is no sauna. Breakfast is okayish, small variety but tasty anyways. During lunch time there is no food around in walking distance. Free airport shuttle and 10 minutes walk to a nearest metro station. Overall fine for a few nights between connecting flights.

The hotel is very close to the metro system, which makes it convenient for getting around the city. The design is truly interesting – each floor has a different style, which makes the hotel unique and fun to explore. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Breakfast is decent with a good selection. However, due to the focus on design, some comfort and functionality are a bit sacrificed. We stayed on the 3rd floor, which is quite dark. The room itself felt small because of the large marble table and fixed bench that take up a lot of space and can’t be moved. The pillows are also quite unusual and could definitely be more comfortable. Overall, it’s a stylish and memorable place, especially for design lovers, but travelers looking for a more practical and cozy stay might find it less comfortable.

We came to the apartment at 3pm (check in time) and found out that a cleaner was still in the mid-way of cleaning. We talked to reception who immediately sent one more cleaner to help and said the apartment would he ready in 10 mins. We got into the apartment like 20 mins later and felt like that the floor might not have been mopped. I stayed there for 5 nights and found that the sole of my slippers were blackened, which always left dirty slipper print in washroom after shower. We had stayed in a 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms apartment. The furnishing however was very strange. While the master bedroom was equipped with 2 single beds placed together, the other small bedroom with only sliding door was with a double bed! My friend stayed in a 2 bedrooms 1 washroom apartment got a much better configuration which is a normal double bedroom and a twin room (as advised in website). Besides, the living room was a bit dark. On the whole, the stay was still fairly satisfactory. Reception staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Provision of basic cooking essentials including oil was good. Stuff in cleaning kit and toilet paper however was inadequate for a long stay. We needed to go to reception (opens only 0900-1700) to get additional supplies. Wish the cleaner would stock the place according to stay duration of the guests. The apartment is situated in a very convenient location. 5 mins to Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 mins to Atocha train station, 2 mins to Carrefour Express, 7 mins to Lidl supermarket. There is also another big supermarket Dia nearby. Above all, the building provides free luggage storage facilities in 3,4 & 5 floors. You need €1 to operate the locker but you can it back when returning the key. That’s real convenient.

Clean, clise to airport, spacious, quiet. Perfect for overnight early morning flights. Could have used dish soap/sponge, would have done the dishes instead of leaving for housekeeping.
