"The location is convenient. The staff are friendly I like the public area on the ground floor, if there could be more charging place would be nice. However, only 2 bathroom for 12 people is not enough. One of the bathroom only have cold water and the sink is outside the toilet. I think it is a fair option for such a price in the city, still there is an improvement. If you are a solo traveller that need a short stay, it is an acceptable choice."

"Breakfast was awful and a rip off for the price. No plates readily available and had to be asked for. Food was cold as the hot plates were not hot enough. Coffee machine ran out of milk and took an age to be noticed and refilled. Teaspoons ran out and when replaced only 2 were brought out despite breakfast still being open."

"This was my second stay at this hostel and it's still amazing. One of the best hostels I have stayed at in Europe. It is well located - right off the Mayor Plaza. Close to bus routes and not too far from the subway. The hostel staff are super friendly and always available - 24hr front desk. They are hapy to have a chat with you and make recommendations and give advice - or just sing along to whatever is playing from the bar. They weresuper gracious and helped to arrange my friends and I in the same room - even though we all had individual bookings. The rooftop is excellent. We spent several siesta's up there; reading and chatting and having a drink. Just note that the rooftop bar is a public space and at times sections of it are booked for events. But otherwise the view of the rooftops and the church dome are worth it. The rooms are spacious enough, as is the private bathroom. There are additional bathrooms on each floor - gendered. The bunk ladders are a little steep on the steps - my shorter friend struggled getting up to her bunk - we had to use the foot stool to assist. But the ability to have two people using the bathroom in the room at a time made for easy use - especially with only 6 people in our dorm. The free margarita making each night from 9pm and the bar crawl are worth checking out. My friend also also did the walking tour - and said she found it super informative and. chill. Lots of food recommendations and the group all grabbed lunch together after the tour."

"the location was amazing, right in the center on gran vía and well connected with public transportation. the rooms were as pictured, with locks on storage under the beds which had lots of space. the bathrooms are shared with everyone staying in the hostel (unless booked a private bathroom) so the cleanliness could have been better but not too much of an issue."

"Great hotel in a perfect location! Everything was spotless clean and very comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is that the shower and toilet doors are transparent, which might be a bit inconvenient if you’re staying with friends."

The hostel is beautifully decorated and has a very pleasant atmosphere. Everything is very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The hygiene standards are clearly very high. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They made the whole experience even better with their kindness and professionalism. "It was a very pleasant trip. The staff was very patient. The 24-hour front desk could provide timely help and service. The environment of the 6-person girls' dormitory was very clean and tidy, and the blackout curtain was also very good. There was no need to worry about affecting others."

"Located in Lavapies not far from the main attractions in city center and at walking distance to Atocha train station, it has a rooftop with a bar - it closes at night though and another cafeteria-like social area with a good kitchen by the lobby. As a large hostel it tends to have groups of first-time travellers but it is still possible to socialize; they promote games, walking tours, pub crawlings etc Beds are perfect, capsule style with curtains and air conditioner on all day long."

"It’s a very nice location with almost all attractions in walking distance. The only drawback I can say is that no certain for each bed so less privacy. Anyway, I do enjoy the stay in Madrid and if I go back to Madrid somehow I’d love to stay here again."
