"The hotel did not feel very 4 star and the toilet had leaks and cracks and the aircon did not work properly so i was perspiring every night. However the saving grace was always the employees. Dushan and Daniel was very helpful and professional towards us and assisted us each time we had a need during our holiday. On the last day the weather had turned very hot suddenly and I was beginning to feel unwell and Daniel was helpful towards us as we were getting to our late flight. I truly appreciated their assistance and kindness."

"My second time stay. I like the neighbourhood and public parking available across the lake. Plus the Cat yellow bus is just 3 mins walk. I got a bigger room this time. It’s a service apartment with small kitchen and amenities like washing machine but the condition of the appliances are well used. The bed was huge and comfy enough. Overall it was a decent and comfortable stay"

"The location is in the city - easy to find, however on the weekends the city centre is all but closed.
The hotel did not reply to my emails before arriving with questions and requests for my stay.
They provide filtered water in the restaurant which is great, however housekeeping never removed the bottles when they cleaned. They also changed my towels each day - despite the sign saying to leave them on the hook if you didn't want them changed.
The bed was extremely soft and not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy and too big.
Overall it was ok, clean enough and easy to find but I wouldn't return."

"I got checked into a room which already had a guest in it.
The desk clerk, all be a bit flustered, and sorted it out.
After departure, my credit card was charged for another guests room service dinner. After having to prove that I didn’t stay in the room they thought I did, as well as prove that the signature, which didn’t look anything like mine, wasn’t mine and that I wasn’t even checked in at the hotel when the room service order was placed, I received the money back.
Due to this, I doubt I will be back & I had stayed there plenty of times.
The room is a bit tired, but was clean."

Kaikki oli hyvä, paitsi ei ole hotellin oman pysäköintialueen ulkopuolella sisäänkäynnin, todella tarvitaan ottamaan mahdollisuuksia saada kadulla pysäköintipaikka lataus matkatavaroita. Julkinen auto on 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä.

AAnn Westerink 22This is the 3rd time here. Such a warm and friendly place. The facilities are awesome. From the outdoor pool, hot tub, shower, bbq area and bar, to the movie theatre, large kitchen, and pool table.
This was my family’s first time visiting. They loved it and said they’d be back for sure!!!

A quick walk across the driveway to the Casino and to the food court for a quick bite before heading out to go to the city or into the suburbs for shopping and other activities.

We had to call the hotel reception on arrival and the lady on call recommended us to get a taxi instead of waiting for her to investigate. The supervisor offered us some Marriott points at check out.

We were promised a voucher for 4 because our request for written birthday card for our kids in the room was forgotten but the voucher was also forgotten. We also noticed they do not offer any complimentary water bottle in the room. All in all we had a nice stay.

JJanelle12Stayed here for 4 nights and am pretty pleased with all the services and stay here. Especially we requested for a change of our room kettle and they change a brand new one for us which is definitely a plus point on that.
Location is also convenient to travel as well as walkable places for food and pharmacies like chemist warehouse to shop!
Found a food gem that i definitely would recommend to go which is Subi fish and chips! Their squid rings is a must try!

TThe CaspersLovely older hotel with character. Our room suited us nicely, great bar and seating area, inside and out. Breakfast was delicious. My husband uses a small mobility scoot and the hotel is very accessible. The parking situation worried me initially but turned out to be easy. Best of all is the location. The pool looked great too.

The bed was comfortable, fixtures and fittings utensils etc.. were basic.
Unfortunately we had to change rooms as the TV is all internet based and it was not possible to watch anything in the 1st room as the internet was so bad, we heard others complain about poor internet as well. Unfortunately in the 2nd room, the to programmes we watched did buffer quite a lot as the internet signal was very up and down.
