The location is in the city - easy to find, however on the weekends the city centre is all but closed. The hotel did not reply to my emails before arriving with questions and requests for my stay. They provide filtered water in the restaurant which is great, however housekeeping never removed the bottles when they cleaned. They also changed my towels each day - despite the sign saying to leave them on the hook if you didn't want them changed. The bed was extremely soft and not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy and too big. Overall it was ok, clean enough and easy to find but I wouldn't return.

The hotel forgot to arrange an airport transfer for us. We arrived with no one picking us up. We had to call the hotel reception on arrival and the lady on call recommended us to get a taxi instead of waiting for her to investigate. The supervisor offered us some Marriott points at check out.

Quest is a nice and clean service apt with good location however, I encountered an extremely unpleasant experience on the last day when I checked out. I had booked via Trip and had fully prepaid for the stay but hotel staff, Pablo, informed me curtly that the stay has not been paid. He threatened that the cost will be deducted against my security deposit if the hotel does not receive the payment. This is an issue between Trip and the hotel but I am being harassed for the supposed non-payment. Pablo was extremely rude and condescending and marred the whole service experience.

Overall, the hotel was okay. Clean, modern, and the location was next to UWA, where we needed to be every day. Not close to downtown or other services such as restaurants, so we had to eat at the hotel restaurant or order out. My main issue was that there wasn't a printer available for guests. Due to flight delays caused by bad weather, we had to stay longer after the 10:00 am checkout (until 7:30 pm) and were charged a full day (at a higher rate), despite the staff not understanding the situation and not prorating the charge. Disappointing, 

Everything was excellent except for the parking it’s a bit of a walk, not the end of the world but a long walk and when I was there a car had run into a sign outside the front of the shopping centre which meant I couldn’t access the car park through the shopping centre and I had to go the whole way around the block. It was night time there were people around it was just a bit normal not a dealbreaker but be aware of that. The standout was the staff. They are brilliant. Nothing is too hard, they are polite and happy actually one of the best experiences I’ve had and I stay at a lot of hotels and I’ve done so for a lot of years Oaks Perth whatever it is that you’re doing as far as Training is concerned and dealing with your staff you are doing a brilliant job. They all seemed happy and contented and not one person made me feel like they were just at work. They really impresses me with positive attitudes and genuine helpfulness so well done for that. My only negative is the stupid car park. Other than that you guys are ticking every box and kicking goals. Keep it up

Courtesy bus service from all airport terminal, excellent restaurant. Rooms are well equipped and exceptionally clean  Staff are always available to with a smile  Definitely worth booking if you’re begging or ending your vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Crown. Their online check in is very convenient. We were promised a voucher for 4 because our request for written birthday card for our kids in the room was forgotten but the voucher was also forgotten. We also noticed they do not offer any complimentary water bottle in the room. All in all we had a nice stay.

The room was OK, but considering the cost, over £200 per night for what is basically a Travel Lodge by UK standards, I expected it to be a lot better. The bed was comfortable, fixtures and fittings utensils etc.. were basic. Unfortunately we had to change rooms as the TV is all internet based and it was not possible to watch anything in the 1st room as the internet was so bad, we heard others complain about poor internet as well. Unfortunately in the 2nd room, the to programmes we watched did buffer quite a lot as the internet signal was very up and down.

The hotel did not feel very 4 star and the toilet had leaks and cracks and the aircon did not work properly so i was perspiring every night. However the saving grace was always the employees. Dushan and Daniel was very helpful and professional towards us and assisted us each time we had a need during our holiday. On the last day the weather had turned very hot suddenly and I was beginning to feel unwell and Daniel was helpful towards us as we were getting to our late flight. I truly appreciated their assistance and kindness.

Sijainti oli ihana hyvin hiljainen ja lähellä Swan Valley viinitarhoja. Huone itse oli tilava, erittäin mukava vuode ja hyvä koko kylpyhuone. Keittiöllä oli kaikki mitä odotit, vaikka se oli melko pieni, joten ruoanlaitto huoneessa ei ole kovin käytännöllinen. Tärkein lasku oli puhdistus. Huoneita puhdistaa vain joka kuusi päivää, mitä emme tienneet ennen varausta. Voit vaihtaa pyyhkeitä päivittäin, mutta se on siitä. Kun saapuimme, pyysimme lattia tehdä, koska ne eivät selvästikään ollut puhdistettu asianmukaisesti se oli edelleen alle laatu hotelleja. Vaikka matot näyttivät uudet, ne eivät olleet puhtaita- oli toukkia ja popcorn aikaisemmilta vierailta matolla, ottaisin vastaanottoon pyytääkseen asianmukaista puhtautta, mutta kerrottiin, että Sebelin sääntöjen mukaan puhdistus tapahtuu vain kuuden päivän välein. Jos olisimme tienneet tämän ennakolta, emme olisi varmaan varanneet. Uima-allas näytti mukavalta, mutta maassamme oli paljon lintuja ja kananpoikasia, mikä teki sen epämiellyttäväksi. Käytimme sitä kerran, mutta ei tuntenut, että se oli puhdas tarpeeksi mennä takaisin. On golfkenttä lähellä niille, jotka kiinnostavat, mutta paikan päällä kahvila oli varma pettymys ylihintainen ja keskimäärin parhaimmillaan.
