Baarilliset hotellit kohteessa Perth

The location is in the city - easy to find, however on the weekends the city centre is all but closed. The hotel did not reply to my emails before arriving with questions and requests for my stay. They provide filtered water in the restaurant which is great, however housekeeping never removed the bottles when they cleaned. They also changed my towels each day - despite the sign saying to leave them on the hook if you didn't want them changed. The bed was extremely soft and not comfortable and the pillows were lumpy and too big. Overall it was ok, clean enough and easy to find but I wouldn't return.

The hotel forgot to arrange an airport transfer for us. We arrived with no one picking us up. We had to call the hotel reception on arrival and the lady on call recommended us to get a taxi instead of waiting for her to investigate. The supervisor offered us some Marriott points at check out.

Unfortunately not a fan. Booked holiday inn after a great stay at Shanghai but this rendition was disappointing. Positives: location is convenient and is near the shopping streets, food, cafes and Perth station if you’re taking the train from the airport. Three lifts which was pretty good, never had to wait long. Shampoo / body gel / cream smelt decent Negatives: toothbrush provided only upon request, only two bottles of water given for the stay - the rest had to be obtained from the water cooler at reception, room carpet felt icky and no bedroom slippers were provided, room lighting was insufficient. Dated power points (no usb) Booked a king bed room but was given two double beds. I didn’t like it but didn’t wanna make a fuss. Room had zero views and was facing another hotel (?!), machines and I didn’t feel safe opening the curtains. NOISE - could hear the next door opening and closing the cupboard, bathing, talking etc Even within the room, there was ALOT of noise. From the aircon, fridge etc which gives one scares esp when trying to sleep, it sounds like someone else is in the room. Staff were relatively friendly but seems to be understaffed where reception only has one staff manning the counter. Overall; I paid a higher price point than surrounding brand name hotels expecting similarly wonderful rooms / service as holiday inn Shanghai but I half regretted staying here as soon as I got to the room. Previously stayed at doubletree Hilton which had a better room at a lower price point though location wise, holiday inn is better.

We enjoyed our stay when we started our trip to Perth and very happily to return at the end of our trip a month later. We love Quest and it’s our preferred place to stay wherever we travel. The facilities standard is consistent throughout the chain and we can easily make it our home. We also like the location as it’s next to the Jacob’s ladder that leads to King’s Park. The free laundry including the laundry detergent is great. Kitchen equipped with cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher are also my favourite.The parking deal is very good $25/24 hours at the nearby Wilson Carpark (10 mins) walk as the street parking is $6.70/hour.

Everything was excellent except for the parking it’s a bit of a walk, not the end of the world but a long walk and when I was there a car had run into a sign outside the front of the shopping centre which meant I couldn’t access the car park through the shopping centre and I had to go the whole way around the block. It was night time there were people around it was just a bit normal not a dealbreaker but be aware of that. The standout was the staff. They are brilliant. Nothing is too hard, they are polite and happy actually one of the best experiences I’ve had and I stay at a lot of hotels and I’ve done so for a lot of years Oaks Perth whatever it is that you’re doing as far as Training is concerned and dealing with your staff you are doing a brilliant job. They all seemed happy and contented and not one person made me feel like they were just at work. They really impresses me with positive attitudes and genuine helpfulness so well done for that. My only negative is the stupid car park. Other than that you guys are ticking every box and kicking goals. Keep it up

Courtesy bus service from all airport terminal, excellent restaurant. Rooms are well equipped and exceptionally clean  Staff are always available to with a smile  Definitely worth booking if you’re begging or ending your vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Crown. Their online check in is very convenient. We were promised a voucher for 4 because our request for written birthday card for our kids in the room was forgotten but the voucher was also forgotten. We also noticed they do not offer any complimentary water bottle in the room. All in all we had a nice stay.

First time going to Perth.Had a short getaway in Perth.Stayed in ibis Perth central.The place was fanatic and at CBD area convenient located. Shopping was great at this area.Metro was at walking distance and made my traveling easier.The weather was super cool and nice weather throughout my stay here.The staff was very helpful and gave good advice.Easy to check , had good buffet breakfast.

The hotel did not feel very 4 star and the toilet had leaks and cracks and the aircon did not work properly so i was perspiring every night. However the saving grace was always the employees. Dushan and Daniel was very helpful and professional towards us and assisted us each time we had a need during our holiday. On the last day the weather had turned very hot suddenly and I was beginning to feel unwell and Daniel was helpful towards us as we were getting to our late flight. I truly appreciated their assistance and kindness.

Sijainti oli ihana hyvin hiljainen ja lähellä Swan Valley viinitarhoja. Huone itse oli tilava, erittäin mukava vuode ja hyvä koko kylpyhuone. Keittiöllä oli kaikki mitä odotit, vaikka se oli melko pieni, joten ruoanlaitto huoneessa ei ole kovin käytännöllinen. Tärkein lasku oli puhdistus. Huoneita puhdistaa vain joka kuusi päivää, mitä emme tienneet ennen varausta. Voit vaihtaa pyyhkeitä päivittäin, mutta se on siitä. Kun saapuimme, pyysimme lattia tehdä, koska ne eivät selvästikään ollut puhdistettu asianmukaisesti se oli edelleen alle laatu hotelleja. Vaikka matot näyttivät uudet, ne eivät olleet puhtaita- oli toukkia ja popcorn aikaisemmilta vierailta matolla, ottaisin vastaanottoon pyytääkseen asianmukaista puhtautta, mutta kerrottiin, että Sebelin sääntöjen mukaan puhdistus tapahtuu vain kuuden päivän välein. Jos olisimme tienneet tämän ennakolta, emme olisi varmaan varanneet. Uima-allas näytti mukavalta, mutta maassamme oli paljon lintuja ja kananpoikasia, mikä teki sen epämiellyttäväksi. Käytimme sitä kerran, mutta ei tuntenut, että se oli puhdas tarpeeksi mennä takaisin. On golfkenttä lähellä niille, jotka kiinnostavat, mutta paikan päällä kahvila oli varma pettymys ylihintainen ja keskimäärin parhaimmillaan. Mieheni tilasi, mitä oli lueteltu skottifilettipiirakka, mutta jopa huora myönsi, että se oli oikeastaan minuutti piirakkaa. Pyysimme korvausta, koska se oli syömättömäksi (kaikki rasva), mutta ne hylättiin, koska “he söivät sen” vaikka hän kosketti vain papuja ja leivän rulla. Joten, olennaisesti, se oli kalliita siru voileipä. Kokonaisuudessaan, vaikka paikka näyttää houkuttelevalta ja asennus on kaunis, kokemus ei oikeutettu kustannuksia.
