In the morning, we decided to have a light breakfast at ”The Lounge”: we ordered, among coffee and other items, a smoked salmon bagel, which was delicious and served by our host Osman, whose demanour, knowledge, and overall attitude and customer engagement was outstanding - six stars for him! One word about the smoked salmon bagel: as a bagel connoisseur, and despite the dish's excellent taste and presentation, I'd like to note that the dough used for the bagel is not the typical stiff, high protein, yeasted dogh normally used when baking bagels. I recommend to use the correct dough in the future, slightly toast the bagel before serving, and also add a bit more cream cheese as well as a sprig or two of dill - otherwise, the dish was top notch, and as I already mentioned, the service was exceptional!"

"Gorgeous, gorgeous! The Shangri La chain never disappoints us. We stayed in the Qaryat Al Beri located on Yas Island (the other one is downtown). A beautiful large lobby in a classic symmetrical layout, the end of which spills over onto the balcony/terrace. It’s not that big, but the view onto the creek and Grand Mosque is wonderful. The level below is the infinity pool onto the creek with bar and sun loungers and to the right is a little man-made beach. ROOM Our room consisted of a large bedroom, balcony, office, dressing room, separate toilet (with toilet douche of course), separate shower room and bathroom: all in perfect circular Feng Sui as you’d expect from this Chinese hotel chain. Room had all the 5 star amenities and a full fledged minibar (crisps, chocolate cookies, nuts, local dates and various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages). The balcony was spacious and sufficiently tucked in out of the sun. We got the room with the view onto the Grand Mosque! SERVICE Excellent service as we know: the concierge went the extra mile helping me find my phone charger which they eventually found left behind in the room after checkout. FOOD Bar, buffet restaurant, room service: the whole lot. We didn’t have the breakfast as we woke up late: around midday we sat on the lobby balcony eating pizza and pastry from the bar menu. LOCATION Yas Island has strips of resort hotels of which Shangri La is one. There is a ‘soukh’ mini local mall a stone throw away but we stayed out and relaxed in the hotel’s public areas"

"This hotel is perfect for a stay in Abu dhabi. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and catering staff accommodated me being vegan. They gave me a selection of vegan options every morning. We ate at two restaurants in the hotel, Indigo (indian) and Prego (Italian) both were very nice. The hotel is attached to Abu Dhabi mall which was vegan convenient having a toddler with us, many child friendly places in the mall. The hotel also has a baby pool and kids play room which was nice. Overall really happy with the stay, excellent hotel in a great location. Definitely recommend staying here."

During the Christmas season, I spent several delightful days at the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, the very same Park Hyatt where Liu Yifei once stayed, and it turned out to be my favorite place where I lingered the longest during this trip. Coincidentally, the room number was the same as my birthday (a rare occurrence for someone born in January). *Highlights: The hotel boasts its own private beach, free from the hustle and bustle of tourists, offering a tranquil and comfortable atmosphere with a great vibe. *Relaxation: There are multiple swimming pools, restaurants, and a library, all exquisitely beautiful, and you can enjoy the sight of eagles during breakfast. *Activities: Morning yoga classes are available, along with tennis courts, a golf course, a gym, and a spa. *Service: The welcome gifts included a large box of chocolates and a fruit platter—the chocolates were absolutely delicious. The staff were all very warm and provided attentive service. *Amenities: The toiletries were from Le Labo, a brand that I adore. *Location: The Louvre is nearby, making it convenient to visit. *The rate during the Christmas season was approximately $1100 per night. *Drawback: It was so comfortable that I ended up staying in the hotel for several days without venturing out, missing many of Abu Dhabi's attractions.

My family and I had a splendid stay here in Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi. We were greeted with beautiful smiles, not on our 1st day only, but every single day. Their warmth and hospitality tells you, you're coming back here again! Special shout out to Syeda from our breakfast and Tere too. They were simply amazing people who made our holiday even special. They would help in every way they could to make our experience amazing. The hotel management even gave us the space to wash up after our desert stay! That was such a help as it meant a lot to my family since my parents, who are quite elderly, needed a comfortable space to freshen themselves! Ouh wells, they're not as adventurous as us😉 On our last day, the breakfast team even presented a full chocolate cake to us. It was such a heart-warming moment.

Services is good and quite responsive. Rooms are quite spacious. Breakfast is good but could have more varieties. We stay in marvelous room and the view was superb. Overall experience is good.

Our experience at the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island was outstanding in every way. Travelling as a group of three, we were delighted to receive an early check-in alongside a complimentary room upgrade, which made settling in comfortable and seamless. The room itself was spacious, luxurious, and spotless, with all the modern amenities and views you would expect from a five-star property. The biggest highlight of our stay was receiving complimentary tickets to Yas Island’s iconic theme parks—Warner Bros. World, Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, and SeaWorld Abu Dhabi—one for each day of our stay. Getting these tickets added amazing value, with easy collection at check-in and hassle-free entry to the parks—no need to pre-book, just scan and go. We especially loved the convenience of a free shuttle service, making it simple to visit the parks and return when we wished. Staff throughout the hotel were warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making our experience memorable. From prompt housekeeping to concierge support, every team member took care to personalize our visit and ensure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, and the pool and recreational facilities, while busy, were well-maintained and enjoyable. Overall, our Hilton experience combined five-star comfort, thoughtful perks, and unbeatable access to Yas Island’s world-class attractions. The upgrade, early check-in, and free theme park tickets truly set this stay apart. Highly recommended, especially for families or groups looking to enjoy Abu Dhabi’s best entertainment in style.

We booked through the Trip website and were offered a great deal. The hotel did not meet my expectations, despite being one of the most expensive hotels on Yas Island, affiliated with Hilton, and located in the capital of the UAE, Abu Dhabi. Although the room design was beautiful and the hotel opened in 2018, we encountered several issues. First, the bathroom had multiple problems, as shown in the attached photos. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and there was dust on the shelves and tables. Additionally, the receptionist, an Egyptian employee whose name I do not recall exactly (I believe it was Kirillos), was not as welcoming or courteous as the other staff members. Karolos offered us a free upgrade to a room with a bunk bed for children, rather than a room with better size or view as one might expect. The room was not in good condition, and we even found leftover chips in the upper bunk bed. He also tried to convince us to take a suite for an additional charge, which was not something we wanted to discuss after a long flight. Moreover, no welcome gesture was offered to us or our child. On a positive note, the breakfast staff were exceptionally attentive and provided outstanding service with great kindness. However, I will not repeat this experience, as the price paid does not reflect the level of service or comfort provided.

Came back to EP after 3 years after Covid and I enjoyed my staying a lot. Staffs were helpful and friendly in general, but they were not those sweet sweet kind… just friendly, maybe some people would find them rude… Anyway, the package was super good and good value for the price. Many activities were included. Basically you could spend all day in the hotel without going out… I enjoyed their fine dinning restaurants: 1.Hakkasan-modern Asian fusion, if you like typical Chinese food, not the right one… 2.Broadway-western, American style… loved their cauliflower salad… steak was okay, maybe I ordered wrong one, should have tried the wellington… but staffs were super friendly… 3.Lebanese Terrace-somebody told me it was the best Lebanese restaurant in town, so I went have a try. It was so good… but the staffs were not friendly… 4. Vendome-the best breakfast buffet in town for me… (tried Park rotana, St Regis, Conrad, four seasons, rosewood, W hotel, Hilton… )still think it is the best one For someone who stays in the hotel like 300/365 days, this is the best hotel in abu danbi. I found it difficult for me to stay in any other hotels in Abu danbi 🥹

The location is great, close to popular sightseeing locations, the breakfast is great, got a lot of options for food and drink, the room is spacious

Beautiful internally the hotel comprises of different ample sitting areas and small cafes scattered around the hotel. The bath had a crack in it and the shower wasn't great. The staff all around the hotel were great and courteous. The resort is great but a bit far from the hotel and to walk in the sim is difficult, i think an overpass would be better and convenient. Ps the Zipline activity is never available when I have tried to book it the last year or so. Lazy river is really lazy so keep that in mind lol. Generally it's an okay resort could do with an update to trip.com advertising with new pictures etc.

Gymn room is large with wonderful view outside. In addition, there are a lot of machine. There is rich of food for breakfast while the restaurant is large enough for guests to relax with the meal. The hotel provides free bus to the main attractions and with the request the hotel also provided us return bus back to hotel, which is great.
