My family and I had a splendid stay here in Marriott Hotel Downtown Abu Dhabi. We were greeted with beautiful smiles, not on our 1st day only, but every single day. Their warmth and hospitality tells you, you're coming back here again! Special shout out to Syeda from our breakfast and Tere too. They were simply amazing people who made our holiday even special. They would help in every way they could to make our experience amazing. The hotel management even gave us the space to wash up after our desert stay! That was such a help as it meant a lot to my family since my parents, who are quite elderly, needed a comfortable space to freshen themselves! Ouh wells, they're not as adventurous as us😉 On our last day, the breakfast team even presented a full chocolate cake to us. It was such a heart-warming moment.

Our experience at the Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island was outstanding in every way. Travelling as a group of three, we were delighted to receive an early check-in alongside a complimentary room upgrade, which made settling in comfortable and seamless. The room itself was spacious, luxurious, and spotless, with all the modern amenities and views you would expect from a five-star property. The biggest highlight of our stay was receiving complimentary tickets to Yas Island’s iconic theme parks—Warner Bros. World, Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, and SeaWorld Abu Dhabi—one for each day of our stay. Getting these tickets added amazing value, with easy collection at check-in and hassle-free entry to the parks—no need to pre-book, just scan and go. We especially loved the convenience of a free shuttle service, making it simple to visit the parks and return when we wished. Staff throughout the hotel were warm, professional, and genuinely invested in making our experience memorable. From prompt housekeeping to concierge support, every team member took care to personalize our visit and ensure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, and the pool and recreational facilities, while busy, were well-maintained and enjoyable. Overall, our Hilton experience combined five-star comfort, thoughtful perks, and unbeatable access to Yas Island’s world-class attractions. The upgrade, early check-in, and free theme park tickets truly set this stay apart. Highly recommended, especially for families or groups looking to enjoy Abu Dhabi’s best entertainment in style.

We stayed already from bab al qasr we just transfer in Hilton to Experience how was it here. We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. We know already Hilton Branches from Germany. The hotel is nice and very big, our experience there when we check in is not too busy in the lobby and the warm greeting from the staff is not too warmed just like they treated us like just only the guest that payed for the room . My husband do the check in and from the FO staff tell that our breakfast is not included, then later on we check our booking since we booked it by trip.com and we showed them the booking confirmation that our breakfast was already included . Still she insisted that they can’t find it and she need to call the reservation department to confirm it and after that they said it’s already included . Then we are fine, since we have a small kid and need some food to put in the fridge we requested to the FO staff in the evening that we don’t need the minibar and they can removed it so that we can used it. The staff said he will send someone to remove it,we waited till next day because Nobody come . We go again to the lobby to follow up. We meet one lady there I think she’s from the reservation team, I think her name was Lisa. She help us to follow up about the minibar and she call the housekeeping department to clean our room. She’s very helpful and friendly. My daughter likes her too 😊The breakfast buffet in Hilton was very huge you have too many options and the food is also good. My daughter loves pancake she always go to the pancake station, the cook who make the pancake he’s a guy I forgot to get his name 😅 he’s very friendly and always smiling when we ask for some pancakes . Just only one thing we observed that the hot drinks is always takes time to come and sometimes is double. Maybe the communication should make it more better,so not much thing needed to throw and the time much more efficient . I would like to thank to shariah and Jee Ann from breakfast hostess they greet us every morning when we go to the restaurant and ask us if everything is fine.The simple warmth greetings always make a day.They have kidsclub to offer so that you can bring your own kids to play or you can leave there for awhile. On our 3rd day we ask about late checkout in FO for our 5th day because we had a late night flight they requested it to the reservation agent to to ask the availability and the price. They tell us that we need to inquired it again on our 5th day they make a note for late checkout. So we go to FO on our last day ask about the late checkout, I think his name was Ronald he told us that they don’t have any information, we are disappointed because the communication in this hotel is not working. But thanks to Ronald that he helped us to make a late checkout and extend our stayed for a couple of hours. Of course you need to Pay for late checkout. About the our room was very nice sea view,but it’s much better if you booked it with sea view and you can see the Emirates palace view or City view. We jus thought if you book sea view its automatic that you see the Emirates palace view and sea view but it’s not you just see the pool view and sea view.

VOGO / The Lounge • review 11 SEP 2025 Our Room was impeccable. In the morning, we decided to have a light breakfast at ”The Lounge”: we ordered, among coffee and other items, a smoked salmon bagel, which was delicious and served by our host Osman, whose demanour, knowledge, and overall attitude and customer engagement was outstanding - six stars for him! One word about the smoked salmon bagel: as a bagel connoisseur, and despite the dish's excellent taste and presentation, I'd like to note that the dough used for the bagel is not the typical stiff, high protein, yeasted dogh normally used when baking bagels. I recommend to use the correct dough in the future, slightly toast the bagel before serving, and also add a bit more cream cheese as well as a sprig or two of dill - otherwise, the dish was top notch, and as I already mentioned, the service was exceptional!

Came back to EP after 3 years after Covid and I enjoyed my staying a lot. Staffs were helpful and friendly in general, but they were not those sweet sweet kind… just friendly, maybe some people would find them rude… Anyway, the package was super good and good value for the price. Many activities were included. Basically you could spend all day in the hotel without going out… I enjoyed their fine dinning restaurants: 1.Hakkasan-modern Asian fusion, if you like typical Chinese food, not the right one… 2.Broadway-western, American style… loved their cauliflower salad… steak was okay, maybe I ordered wrong one, should have tried the wellington… but staffs were super friendly… 3.Lebanese Terrace-somebody told me it was the best Lebanese restaurant in town, so I went have a try. It was so good… but the staffs were not friendly… 4. Vendome-the best breakfast buffet in town for me… (tried Park rotana, St Regis, Conrad, four seasons, rosewood, W hotel, Hilton… )still think it is the best one For someone who stays in the hotel like 300/365 days, this is the best hotel in abu danbi. I found it difficult for me to stay in any other hotels in Abu danbi 🥹

Beautiful internally the hotel comprises of different ample sitting areas and small cafes scattered around the hotel. The bath had a crack in it and the shower wasn't great. The staff all around the hotel were great and courteous. The resort is great but a bit far from the hotel and to walk in the sim is difficult, i think an overpass would be better and convenient. Ps the Zipline activity is never available when I have tried to book it the last year or so. Lazy river is really lazy so keep that in mind lol. Generally it's an okay resort could do with an update to trip.com advertising with new pictures etc.

Hotel front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. We have been delay over 6 hours arrived Dubai international airport because of cyclones. We got the rental van drive 2 hours direct the hotel to catch up lost time, lucky we arrive hotel and check-in and just enough time to catch the breakfast before they close for the day. The food are very nice and good with many choice to choose. The room are very nice and clean.

*Check in was fast with Kim, who explained well about the amenities and all. *Location is good, along busy street, lots of restaurants and stores around (currently under renovation around the property. *Room had adequate space, noticeable smell upon entering, smelling old room but looks clean and presentable. * Restaurant had good varieties, nice food. I enjoyed the miso soup. * Outdoor pool, pretty decent but too hot to swim so we used the bathtub inside the room to refresh.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area,up on my arrival is was received very professionally,the valet gentleman guided me to reception ,the gentleman that assisted me at reception was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing ,my booking confirmation didn't take long ,the valet assistant escorted me to my room . To be honest ,the room was not properly cleaned as it still had dirty dustbins in the room and toilet,didn't seem like the beddings was changed as I was scratching the whole night and since I booked for only one night ,I really didn't have the energy to call housekeeping to change my bedding,the room had carpet and it didn't look like the carpet is regularly clean,the room had an unpleasant smell The bathroom towels were dirty and unchanged so I opted not to use them , the bathroom floor was filthy as well. The air conditioning kept blowing dirty air so I opted to switch it off to avoid getting sick , don't know if the air conditioning is regularly cleaned or maintained. Since my car was parked at valet and I want to drive out so I went to reception gave my vehicle ticket for the valet assistant to bring my car ,at that moment there were many people checking in , instead of him bring my car out ,he insisted that I go get my vehicle in the basement,I told him I don't even know we're the basement is but he was aggressive and said it's easy in a loud voice,just go to the basement you will see your car,that was very strange however I continued to do that,that was very unprofessional from the valet assistant. I realized that this valet assistantent was different to the assistant that initially assisted me up on my arrival . It's strange to have one person determine the Review of the hotel but I also have to be honest to avoid this from happening nxt time.
