It is on a 2-acre lot, has incredible 360-degree views, a hot tub, and is a great value!Tucked away in the Redlands community of Grand Junction you will find our spacious house with room for everyone to spread out. It is across the street from the Tiara Rado Golf Course, within walking distance to many hiking and mountain biking trails, the Colorado river, and is a short drive to Powderhorn Mountain Resort for skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing.THE SPACEViews, views and more views and nearly every window has one! We have wildlife that visits daily, including many deer and rabbits. The kitchen is well stocked with quality items and appliances, sharp cutlery, plenty of pans, spices and oils. The house is organized with two large bedrooms on each wing (four bedrooms total) which are separated by the common area. There is a large 4K TV and gas log fireplace in the living room along with large windows to take in the views in all directions. There is a warm and welcoming basement with an additional couch, two large reclining chairs, a bar, and a Foosball table. In short, there is space for everyone in a large family or group to spread out. You will have access to a large garage that can be used to store your outdoor gear securely; most commonly mountain/road bikes or river gear. There is no through traffic on the road and it is quiet and peaceful all day and night long. The home is located within a short drive to all the amenities you would need, including the downtown area for any wanted nightlife. There are MANY hiking and mountain biking trails close by. Fruita, CO, most known for its incredible access to world-class mountain biking trails, is only 10-15 mins drive away. Nearby Moab, UT also has an impressive offering of hiking, mountain biking, and Jeeping trails. If you are looking for day trips for skiing/snowboarding then consider Powderhorn Mountain Resort as the closest option, which is 38 miles from Grand Junction.
