The I-70 interstate nearby will make you only 20 minutes from Palisade, known as Colorado wine country. Within an hour you can be at the amazing Powderhorn Ski Resort on the beautiful Grand Mesa. To the west is Fruita with its world class mountain biking. The Lakeside is the perfect home base for adventure or for a relaxing getaway. The open concept in the main living space is clean and inviting. Warm up in the winter time with a hot cup of tea by the cozy gas fireplace after a great day on the slopes. You can breathe in the fresh Colorado air from the small private balcony. Enjoy a glass of local wine while overlooking the lovely courtyard below and its peaceful waterfall. Next door, is the complex’s private wellness facility offering an indoor salt water pool, hot tub, sauna and a small fitness room. There are restrooms,changing rooms and showers available. Take a refreshing morning swim to get your day started right. The key fob will open the door. Please be aware that the pool is open from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm and is closed on Mondays for cleaning from 9:00 to 4:00. Access to the pool or other facilities are not guaranteed.
