"A bit disappointed of the condition of our roo for the price we paid. The roof of the toilet is leaking as it rains. The wooden boards of the floor in the bedroom is also leaking water when you step on it. The bedsheets and the towel have stains on it... Called reception a couple times but no-one answered, their app is also useless. In the end had to flag down a staff which came to help us out. She couldn't fix it and tried calling the reception too but no avail. It took 2hours for the reception to reply your message in the app. The only silver lining is the view of the resort."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Serendipity! Our room, located right at the very top, came with a private pool and offered ultimate privacy — truly a peaceful escape. The beach is tucked away at the far end of Sunrise Beach, making it wonderfully secluded from the crowds and the long-tail boats. The food was amazing — everything we tried was delicious! We especially loved that breakfast could either be enjoyed at the restaurant or served right to our room for a more relaxing morning. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Plus, the resort provides free snorkel gear and kayaks for guests who want to explore the beautiful waters nearby. All in all, it was a superb stay — excellent service, top-notch views, and pure serenity. We loved it to bits and would come back in a heartbeat! 🌴✨"

"The hotel’s location is fantastic—right on the beach, with beautiful views and easy access to the shoreline. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which really made the stay enjoyable. While the overall experience was pleasant, the property itself feels quite dated, and the rooms and facilities would benefit from renovations and modern updates. With some refurbishment, this could be an excellent beachfront hotel."

"I had an amazing experience staying at Bundhaya Villa. The view was truly outstanding, making every moment feel relaxing and memorable. The room was spacious and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to unwind. I especially loved having breakfast with a stunning blue sea view—a beautiful way to start the day. The entire landscape around the resort is beautifully maintained, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. Another big plus is that the hotel is very close to the immigration area, which is convenient for travelers. Overall, Bundhaya Villa is a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it."

"The staff will pick you up from the pier and it's free. Upon arrival they will tell you the rules. Room is big and spacious, the only thing not good is the water pipe is leakage. The floor is quite oily and I almost fall down for few times. Other than that hotel facility is good, got a welcome drink upon arrival. Free snorkelling glass and kayak. Breakfast is good too . Forgot what's the name of the staff at the breakfast bar, but the curly hair boy did a great job serving the breakfast."

"This hotel truly surpassed all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm, genuine hospitality. Every staff member was incredibly attentive, making sure every detail was perfect throughout my stay—it felt just like home. The room was super clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, giving a true sense of serenity. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. Dining at the Season Restaurant is a must-try—such a scenic spot, and the pasta was amazing. The hotel also has a private beach with a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It really gave me the chance to fully rest and recharge. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Lipe, I highly recommend this hotel. Totally worth it, genuinely impressed! Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay so memorable."

He tarjosivat hiustenkuivaajan ja silitysraudan lainaksi.

"We had a very lovely time at Casa de Lipe. We even got engaged here so we will certainly be coming back. Pros: The staff are the loveliest people on Planet Earth No loud music at any time, very quiet Sensational food and service, very smiley staff ready to help with anything Private beach is a real bonus The setting is fabulous. Among the rainforest and with the sound of the sea rocking you to sleep Epic sunsets Great breakfasts Cons (being really picky): The air con unit in our room was a bit loud The pool in our room (honeymoon villa) was a little bit smaller than I expected The decor could be updated We’ll be coming back here time and time again for sure. Thank you Casa de Lipe for making our time on Koh Lipe very memorable!"
