"Lovely part of Lipe, you can do to the water and do snorkeling right away. I got a room near the beach on the first floor. Spacious with all windows so you can make your room quite bright. The problem is you can hear everything than happens on the second floor , it was quite annoying when people came and started walking and it woke me up. Breakfast is so so but eatable. Coffee and tea are free the whole day. One manager was extremely helpful and everytime was coming to ask her she was more than willing to help or solve my problems! I will post her picture here she was really great!"

"Castaway is by far the best resort on Koh Lipe. It's quiet and tucked away from the busy walking street. It is perfect for anyone who is looking for a relaxing place to unwind and read a book and just check-out from busy life. A shout out to the Joy and Saul at the dive shop. Most resorts advertise having a dive shop but in reality what they have is an arrangement with a local dive center who pick you up and drop you off. Castaway's dive shop is in the resort and very friendly and professional. If you are a diver go talk to Joy, she's an amazing teacher."

"From the moment we arrived via boat to the most beautiful setting, we were breath taken! The private beach is great for snorkeling and safe for kids. Our room (no. 6) was a good size, nice balcony, some sea views and comfortable. Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful, especially the receptionist who was always smiling and super friendly. Of our 8-day stay in Koh Lipe, we spent 3 nights here. By comparison, the hotel we moved to next was marginally cheaper, also with a high (but not as high) rating. Ten Moons was the better deal!!! Pros: - Stunning location - Large glass water jug in the room (which was refilled daily using a 5 gallon water bottle rather than multiple small plastic bottles). Great to see the hotel reducing the use of plastic! - Great breakfast selection - Food available all day - Clean - Staff helpful and friendly - Life jackets, beach toys, snorkels, etc available for use for free - Quiet location/very peaceful and relaxing - Lovely sand (sand texture tends to vary in Koh Lipe however it was great here!) - Walking distance or ferry ride to walking street and more livelier areas Cons: - One of the few hotels not showing a sign or communicating/educating tourists NOT to step on coral. The by-product is that there isn’t a lot of live coral to see although there is still a lot of fish life. By comparison, we saw a hotel further down actively promoting not to stand on coral with staff educating tourists - No pool (although not needed as the sea area is more than ample to swim in) - No kayaks (available for hire at THB200 per hour nearby, less than a minute walk away) - Not for people who struggle with stairs (although there are a couple of villas on the beach without the use of stairs) We would most certainly stay here again!"

"Although I give the resort good marks overall I still have somewhat mixed feelings. For two days of the trip we stayed in a superior bungalow which is obviously the oldest part of the resort accommodations. They are really very small and there is very little room for bags and clothes and the bathroom is very small. Also our room was back to back attached to another bungalow and there was very little sound proofing between the rooms. After two nights we upgraded to the newest part of the resort near the pool....and yes...it cost a bit more. But the rooms overlooking the pool are much more spacious and have adequate closet space and bathroom . They gave us a discount on the upgrade and it was well worth it. The breakfast was adequate but not extensive. The staff was very helpful. It's in a good location on the beach near the ferry port....which was handy."

"Perfect Chill Spot 🥰 We had an awesome time at Lipe Beach Resort! Since we went during the low season, it was super peaceful and just what we needed. The view from our room was stunning, and our cozy bungalow was right on the white sand beach 🏝️ — paradise! 🌊 Breakfast was a la carte with some good options to choose from. The bed was comfy, there was hot water, and they even upgraded us to an AC room, which was a nice surprise. The staff were really friendly and made us feel right at home. Getting around was easy with taxi boats right at the resort — perfect for exploring the island and snorkeling. Oh, and the furry friends around the resort were adorable — always ready to say hello and get a belly scratch! 🐱 🐶 All in all, I’d definitely recommend Koh Lipe Beach Resort if you’re looking for a chill, beautiful spot to relax. ☀️"

"We enjoyed our stay in The Green Hotel Koh Lipe. The room was spacious, but a little dated. The room was clean but had some mosquitos and flys as the bathroom wasn’t fully sealed from the hallways and the light drew them in. Located about 10 minutes away from all beaches. Staff were friendly but not always present. Pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room but were offered an upgraded room while they fixed it which we really appreciated."

"Modern concept of the building, the room is spacious and clean. You can still get some view of the ocean from the balcony. The staff are very polite and helpful. Easily contactable through official email to give update about arrival and the reply was fast. Breakfast is served on the balcony at your preferred time starting from 730am. There is option for halal meal for muslim guests. The water pressure for the overhead shower is a bit low, but you can use the smaller shower head with tiny holes which gives strong pressure. The water also drains quite slowly at the shower area, which makes it easily flooded. Not sure what's the problem with the draining hole. Hope the management could address the issue (room 205). Overall, it was a very nice stay and i would definitely come back here again."

"This is my 2nd time stay here. The hotel is very close to the jetty and night walk. Easy access to restaurants. We got new rooms as they are renovating the resort. I was disappointed with the breakfast. Food not replenish fast and the place not sufficient. The only table for us to sit for breakfast was under the sun and asked for the beach umbrella ti be plsced near the tsble but was denied but later was provided to others. Its ok as I hope the next visit there is sufficient shaded place for breakfast. I love the pool which is overseas the sea. Its a very good place to stay."

"Absolutely love this place. Clean rooms with ample space to run around/play ball right by the beach! Sunrise at your doorstep. Restaurant on the beach! With affordable prices and good taste. Quiet enough for peace and privacy. The sea breeze room is spacious with large comfy bed with seat to nap outside. The standard room is slightly smaller but has the same amenities - fridge, TV, clothes dryer line, hammock etc. 5 mins walk to main street for shops/ restaurants. Friendly staff all around. We also stayed at Anda and San Pita and Salisa goes top of the list. Staff will wait to transfer from pier to hotel and return for free. It s not a fancy place by any means but has everything for a fun Lipe holiday. ."
