Het personeel begroette ons met warmte en professionaliteit, wat meteen een gevoel van comfort creëerde. De kamers waren een oase van luxe en rust. Elke hoek was doordacht ingericht, met oog voor detail en comfort. Het uitzicht vanuit onze kamer was adembenemend - een panoramisch uitzicht over de stad en de omliggende natuur. De voorzieningen waren van topklasse, en we genoten van ontspannen momenten in het prachtige zwembad en de weelderige spa. Een van de hoogtepunten was de culinaire ervaring. Het restaurant bood een verfijnde selectie van gerechten die onze smaakpapillen verrukten. Elk gerecht was een kunstwerk op zich, bereid met verse ingrediënten en een creatieve twist. Wat dit hotel echt onderscheidt, is de aandacht voor gastvrijheid. Het personeel was altijd bereid om te helpen en onze wensen te vervullen, waardoor we ons echt verwend voelden. De algehele ervaring was niets minder dan magisch. Dit hotel is zonder twijfel een juweel dat elke reiziger zou moeten ervaren. Het heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen en creëerde herinneringen die we voor altijd zullen koesteren. We kijken al uit naar ons volgende verblijf in deze betoverende oase van luxe en gastvrijheid.

The room was clean. Front desk staff are pleasant and respectful. I have faced an issue while checking in because the room type advertised was not what I got.. I paid extra to get the third bed that was included in the room type I paid for, When extending my stay, the hotel have refunded that extra amount which confirmed I was right from the beginning. The breakfast is very disappointing: pastries are sad looking, cold cuts don't' look appetising, only two types of bread no sourdough loaf or baguette, also, the staff are horrible there, no good morning no smiles and especially the creepy chef behind the glass making the eggs!! he acts shocked when you talk to him and ask him for an omelette and then makes it in a different way than then you choose!! The hotel was great when I visited in 2023 but now it's really sad to see them in this state. Finally, I came once to the room at night and the windows were left wide open, my guess was that housekeeping left it that way from the morning. The room was freezing of course because it was January. 

The hotel itself is outdated and needs renovations. It's not that bad for a short stay. The only thing that really bothered me is the music sounds that kep pumping till morning from the next building club (disco). It was so bad that I had to call reception around 3:30AM. The reception manager was very apologetic and tried to help as much as he could, but it's not in his hand. He offered me a different room but it was already nearly 4AM and there was no point to move all my stuff to another room that will also be the same or slightly better. Other than the noise it was not bad, but definitely not worth the price. In my long experience of rating hotels and apartments, I'd give this place a 5/10. I don't thing I'll book there again unless the noise issue is fixed.

The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to Amman's major attractions and dining options. The staff was always ready with excellent recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. In summary, the Almond Hotel and Apartments exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Amman.
