"It was good , but one thing i did not get it , that it is not allowed someone to visit you , they have said that is like family Hotel ( which i do not think they have the right of that because it is not shown when you book the room) so if friend of you is coming if it is a girl , you need to appear a document that shows it is you sister or wife, other things it was good and clean and I recommend it"

"This is a great budget hotel suite, fantastic location and a massive room with fridge TV and air conditioning including tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were friendly and at a very reasonable price. The hotel suite deserves a 5* rating because of the location which is close to all the amenities however the bathroom room was of poor standard and a lot of insects were flying around especially in the bathroom. The drains needed sorting out as on one night the smell was very strong at about 1am in the morning. This hotel claims to be wheelchair friendly but unfortunately it's only wheelchair friendly if you are not travelling alone. I phoned the hotel on two occasions before arriving to inquire about facilities for wheelchair users and was told I can enter the hotel via a ramp used for luggage but unfortunately the ramp was very steep although they did offer to help me when needed. I also wasn't informed that the dining room was not accessible although there was a lift to the bedroom. They were kind enough to bring the breakfast to my room although it was tasteless. There was a ladies long hair on the bedsheet and the cleaning of the room could be improved. I do hope the management will take my advice and publish the correct information regarding facilities for wheelchair users especially for those who are traveling on their own like myself."

I believe the staff member who welcomed me was named Louay, and he was extremely professional. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. "I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The location is perfect and easy to access. Breakfast was tasty too. Definitely worth the price. I’d stay here again for sure in syaa Allah"
