"Great location right next to the train station and underground. Great breakfast and the bed is very comfortable. Easy walk to the old town. The only slight comment is the size of the room is a bit small."

"The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros."

"This hotel is excellent close to 5 stars standard. I am actually surprised it's 4 stars. It has a perfect spot next Genova Brignole which gives you good travel options by trains and buses"

"A little difficult to find even with GPS, though this is due to an overhead pista confusing the GPS. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating when we requested a quieter room. At every juncture the front desk was extremely professional. The breakfast exceeded expectations with an incredible assortment. The room had good city and harbor views and is quite secure. I would not hesitate to stay there again."

"Amazing amenities. The room was big and spacious. There was a floor for fruits, beverages and terrace as well as a lounge. There was also a billiard room but I didn't get to visit. Location is good however parking is a 8min walk away. Don't get fooled and try to drive to the hotel as we did and get stuck in the alleys for pedestrian only. Alleys are night are filled with youth and seemed dangerous. Try to avoid."

"the location is excellent right across the Milano Brignole Rail station, and there are plenty of eateries and shopping nearby. The room is clean, and drinks and snacks in the fridge are free to guests. This is impressive and well received by both me and my wife. The room is quiet, even though our room is right across the elevator. The elevator is one of the oldest I have seen, and it works perfectly. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Since I booked this hotel more than a month ago, so the tariff was quite reasonable."

"Sijainti on 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä kaupungin nähtävyyksistä, ja pysäköinti on ilmaista. Siellä on oma ravintola, ja tilaamamme cocktailit olivat varsin anteliaita. Palvelu oli hyvää, huoneen sisustus oli hieman vanhanaikainen, mutta huoneet olivat tilavia."
