The staff were exceptionally polite, warm, and always ready to help at any time, which made the stay truly stress-free. "My overall experience at Holiday Inn Suxian was very satisfying. The service was good, and I’d especially like to mention the auntie working in the laundry room—she was warm, helpful, and made the experience even more pleasant.
The hotel is very new and well maintained. Facilities include a self-service laundry (washer and dryer), a small gym, and a breakfast restaurant. There is also a small convenience store in the lobby (not 24 hours), and on the first floor of the same building you’ll find a supermarket, bakery shops, and food options, which is very convenient.
Although the hotel is not located in the downtown area, this actually turned out to be an advantage—it’s quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely choose to stay again in the future."

"我訂的房間是房費含門票，這樣節省一點費用。酒店就在景區門口挺方便的，房間乾淨衞生，花灑🚿出水快沖涼很舒服，早餐還可以吧，好吃的有殺豬粉，其他一般般。酒店的充電樁好奇葩，收費挺貴的要2.15元一度電，慢充，充完要馬上挪車，不挪車要繳費一分鐘收取一毛錢佔位費，充滿電需要7個多小時，那要半夜3點多去挪車，挺不現實的！充了半個多小時後，還是自已開車去附近的國網直流快充，45分鐘充滿，一來一去用了一個多小時，挺折騰的。高椅嶺景色不錯。"

"Excellent hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Afternoon tea served to the room was delightful. Staff was helpful and friendly. They helped arrange transport to MangShan. Breakfast buffet in the morning was a good spread was Western and Chinese cuisine. There are several restaurants around the Hotel. But there is a small restaurant situated in a Buidling on the left of the hotel as you walk out and it serves the most delicious Chinese food and very affordable. Overall Hotel experience is excellent."

"I had a fantastic stay at City Center Hotel. The location was perfect for sightseeing, just a 5-minute walk to major attractions. My room was clean and comfortable with curtains that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the front desk who helped with restaurant recommendations. Breakfast had a good variety, though I wished for more hot options. Overall, great value for the price and I would definitely stay here again”"

Their bright and cheerful attitude really lifted our mood.
We visited Qianzhou to go to Mangshan, and overall, the hotel was a good choice.
The room was clean, and the location is slightly tucked away, so it's quiet and peaceful.
There's a small shop on the ground floor where you can get snacks, and although it's mainly fruit wine, they even sell Korean soju.
Most things were great, but one issue: in some rooms, there was a noticeable smell from the bathroom.
It definitely needs improvement.
If that gets fixed, this place would be top-tier in terms of value for money.

It was well maintained.
The service was excellent as well. We used the self-service laundry but we did not have to monitor the duration of the wash. The staff will help to monitor and will transfer the laundry to the dryer after the wash. They will also sent it to the room after the laundry was dried. Although it was suppose to be self-service, they did almost everything for us.!

VVieraskäyttäjäVery impressed by the 2 front desk ladies who helped us changed our 3 nights booking to 2 nights. Didn't get their names, they worked the noon shift, 12-8pm, on 11 Dec 2025.
They could not understand Trip.com English and used a translation app to navigate through the otherwise fixed booking that did not allow for changes. It was a long process and they were very patient throughout.
Great service, highly recommended 👏

Room is large, clean and comfortable. And room heater operates smoothly. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and has many varieties. We were satisfied with our stay here and will recommend to our family members and friends.

VVieraskäyttäjä住了兩個不同酒店再來評價，2 7號入住的國際大酒店是碰巧路上遇到了酒店水療的小尹，她很熱情吃方面為我們推薦了五里堆路的燒雞公，玩推薦了九龍水寨還給我們看了她前幾天去玩的照片，風景確實不錯，衝著小尹的熱情我們退掉了一晚大屋裡去她推薦的酒店住了一晚，本來以為她是王婆賣瓜自賣自誇，但2 8號入住大屋裡後就對筆明顯了，網上預訂價格差不多，但國際大酒店進入大堂就感覺客氣大氣點，不論從房間配有一次性浴巾、歡迎水果、還是早上的自助早歺、員工的服務都要好很多，非常感謝小尹，為貴酒店員工點贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The counter staff seemed to understand very little English, and have difficulties checking my reservation, which was made under my name in English.
