"A pretty good hotel centrally located near the Changchun train station. Great for one night if you flew into Changchun and have a train to catch the next day. Room was clean and spacious and equipped with drinks, toiletries, robes, and slippers. The heat was very high though and I could not figure out how to lower it. The lighting system was a bit confusing. There was no window but that was mentioned in the listing. The walls were too thin and I could hear my neighbors but that was solved with earplugs. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall a decent stay and good value for the price."

"The hotel is a bit distance from Changchun station, about 15 minutes walking distance but it's worth to stay at this place. There's actually buses from Changchun station but I didn't take it. The room and toilet in the room is clean. The water pressure is good to have a good shower! The staff in the hotel are friendly especially the 大姐who are serving the breakfast! You can always see the smiles on their face! The breakfast at the hotel is yummy too! Overall, this is a nice hotel to stay! You will never regret to stay here. Price is affordable and their service is good. Oh ya, not to forget! There's washing machine and dryer here in the hotel and it's free of charge! 😀"

"Go out must take taxi. Walking distance only got few restaurants. This area is neighbourhood area. Not suitable for tourists. Walking to Hong Qi street need more than 30mins. The design of hotel entrance is really unfriendly. Winter time the main door not open, only left door is open. I am carrying my large 30’ luggage and push thru a narrow slope, then need to open 3 door manually myself only can enter to hotel lobby. Hotel don’t have workers to assist to open door and take luggage. Hotel is clean. Staff not friendly, asking questions about the restaurant nearby this area. They just reply don’t know, not local people without offering help to us. 😓😓😓"

"Hotel is right opposite Changchun train station, however there is a huge round about which have to walk a long way to get to hotel. I very impressed with her firm and rejected 3 guests who believe not hotel guests trying to smoke in for free supper section which meant for hotel guests only. Overall stay was present."

"The location is great, convenient to metro station, park, shopping centre, restaurants and Puyi (the last Chinese emperor) Royal Museum. The hotel is facing a park, so my room has a beautiful park view. Metro station is just about 200m away. Wanda Shopping Centre is about 12 mins walk, and the museum is just about 30 mins walk. Changchun Train Station is only 1 stop apart by metro. The staff were very nice and friendly. The room was clean, but small. Breakfast was included, and there's a good variety of food. However, the room was stinked with cigarette smell!"

"一家三口去的，還給升級了房間，房間的衞生和整體設施都不錯，在商場裏面也方便，累了就可以回去休息。最重要一點我想説這家服務人員簡直都太好了，每個服務人員都有求必應，我説房間冷，不厭其煩的給我找暖和的房間，我説不換了還主動問詢是送電暖氣，貼心的給延遲了退房，帶孩子溜達完了還回酒店睡了一覺，簡直太貼心了。前台有個氣質很好的姐姐送我們到的房間，走的時候也幫忙拿袋子裝東西。經常出門，很少評價，見過五星酒店服務好的，這麼貼心的真的很少見，強烈推薦！！！"

"Great hotel within 10 min walk from Changchun railway station. Hotel staff upgraded our room to include breakfast for free on our second night here. Breakfast spread was good and varied . First night we were assigned rooms that are on the lower floor but second night our rooms were on higher floor - Floor 9. Rooms in floor 9 are refurbished and more modern feel . Overall good stay and value for money"

My teenage daughter and I stayed at this hotel in a double room for 5 nights. We were impressed with the comfort of the beds, the breakfast and the service (although you will need to use a translation app if you do not speak Chinese). The breakfast was excellent in my opinion (wide variety of delicious Chinese dishes, salads, soup noodles, fried eggs, friend noodles and rice), but there was also toast and jam. While they did not have any knives to spread the butter and jam, we were able to purchase one across the road at a small but decently stocked supermarket. The hotel is located within walking distance of a unique mall (The Hill), many restaurants, and a very professional place (Oudi) for foot and body massage. Although don't expect anything to be open for dinner on Chinese New Year's eve. There was a snowy view out the window, and we were glad to be able to open the window sometimes as well as the rooms were well heated. While the hotel is right opposite a bus stop, it was far from a metro stop, so expect to take taxis everywhere. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Changchun.

The staff were overall very polite and hospitable during our stay. For instance, they helped fixed our room’s defective thermostat and promptly delivered us additional toiletries to our room by request. The breakfast area had a large selection of foods to choose from, allowing guests to customize their own plates to their liking. There was also a professional chef present to cook up additional dishes, such as fried eggs and noodles - both of which were excellently made. The room we were given, however, did not have a good ventilation system as there were multiple instances where the smell of cigarettes flooded into our room. Consequently, this forced us to open our window to air out the room. Our bathroom door also could not lock - let alone close at all. We hope that only our room was affected. With all said, our overall experience at this hotel was pleasant and we would recommend anyone visiting Changchun to come stay at this hotel.
