Location was good. Walking distance to 这有山The Hill,红旗街，many eateries & shopping malls nearby. Hotel cleanliness is good. Reception staffs are helpful and polite. Breakfast was fine too. Room size is perfect for 2+2. However, room felt humid during our winter stay as they are not allowed to on aircond. Need to open the door for air circulation.

Pros: - Great location with access to many small convenience stores and restaurants around - Hotel is housed within one of the highest building in Changchun - Breakfast selection was great and service of staff there was superb - Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city - Room size was big despite having a small window space - Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries) - About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54 Cons: - Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area - Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep - To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets Overall (Summary) - Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. Cheers

Whenever I'm in China I'll give Ibis first choice for accommodation. My preference is based on comfort, cleanliness and hospitality, which I have had very satisfactorily enjoyed in most of its branches. Changchun Ibis is the finest I had stayed so far. Impressive layout and design, big clean comfortable room and, most of all, the very warm hospitality of its manager and staff. A big thank you to Mr Li for going beyond his duties to make my stay a memorable experience. I strongly recommend this hotel to budget travellers.. Value for your money.

Rooms are very spacious - better than average. During our stay unfortunately our room had an over bearing and awful smell of cigarette smoke left by previous occupants. The lingering odour of cigarette smoke is clearly embedded in the room’s furniture. I would suggest the hotel deodorize the furniture and place an air freshener in the room to at least disguise or ideally remove the odour. Another negative was the faulty tv system. At first we thought it was isolated to our room, but unfortunately the occupants from the neighbouring room had the same problem. Hopefully they can fix this.

Там просто плохо принимает интернет 5G, если у вас сим-карта. Как раз жил в таком номере. Но там хороший кондиционер и вентиляция. Холодильника не нашел, не знаю, был он там или нет в номере. Душевая хорошая. Есть горячая вода. Хороший напор воды. Просто внимательнее все уточняйте при бронировании. Отель очень хороший. Персонал добрый. Мне все помогали. Бесплатный фитнес зал и комната для стирки белья. Я там гладил. Очень хорошая кухня. Завтраки там хорошие! Есть Wi-Fi. Гостиница занимает первые пять этажей здания. Рядом много такси и железнодорожная станция. Мой номер регулярно убирали уборщицы. Все двери закрываются электронными замками с отключением всей электрики после ухода. Мне все понравилось, рекомендую данный отель! Good hotel for its price! When booking, keep in mind that there may be rooms that do not have windows facing the outside of the building, but the windows overlook the corridor of the building. They just have poor 5G internet reception if you have a SIM card. I just lived in such a room. But there is good air conditioning and ventilation. I did not find a refrigerator, I do not know if there was one in the room or not. The shower is good. There is hot water. Good water pressure. Just check everything more carefully when booking. The hotel is very good. The staff is kind. Everyone helped me. Free fitness room and laundry room. I ironed there. Very good cuisine. The breakfasts there are good! There is Wi-Fi. The hotel occupies the first five floors of the building. There are many taxis and a train station nearby. My room was regularly cleaned by cleaners. All doors are locked with electronic locks with all electricity turned off after leaving. Nice location walkable to metro station and restaurants.  Odd setup with the lobby and elevators shared with the office tower leading to long wait times for elevators during peak business hours. Staff could be friendlier. My room also had a smoky smell even though I asked for a non smoking room. This is typical in northeast China and is a big annoyance for non smokers
