Our stay at The View was an amazing experience that showed us the hospitality of Vietnamese local. Khoa and his family was so warm and lovely, making conversation with my mum & grandma even though there’s a language barrier. The room is big with ample space, and the shower has great water pressure & hot water! Location is a bit off the side of road and gets a bit tough with old people as we had to walk out to the street to get picked up by Grab. But the warmth and hospitality of Khoa and his family makes up for everything. Will definitely return if I visit Hoi An again, and will absolutely recommend this place for everyone!

WHAT A ABSOLUTE HIDDEN GEM!! Had an the best time staying here. We was abit hestitant to book this at first as it is fairly new but WOW so glad we did! The staffs were so lovely and attentive. Breakfast was really nice and you can choose from set menu which has mixture of local Vietnamese dishes and Western. The room itself was very clean and the pool on the roof was a bonus. Loved it!

Good room, nice view, good service, good location, good to travel when I arrived the hotel to early I just waited around 30 min and then I can got my room before time to check in thank for ur kind and service the room price is very cheap so i’ll be back there lovely

Advice to anyone that reads our feedback. YOU MUST STAY HERE!We walked around the market, the town, the beach, etc., both during the day and at night, for a total of 40,000 steps! It was good exercise. We recommend the boat ride and the lantern floating.

Place is awesome for the price you pay. Hotel is almost new, rooms are clean. They have 24/7 guards and front desk staff, basement parking for bikes. In case you leave the bike outside they will bring it in for you. They don’t offer laundry service, but they introduced shop across the street. They didn’t ask for any deposit as well. Only negative think I would say is that cleaners come too early in the morning 9-10 so if you’re on vacation you would skip it all the time. I didn’t try the breakfast even tho it was included so I can’t comment.

Trải nghiệm ấn tượng với khách sạn. Dù phòng không quá mới nhưng rất sạch sẽ và tiện nghi. Đặc biệt có bếp nấu nướng, có cả máy giặt máy sấy. Vị trí thì n*** biển chỗ khu phố tây An thượng tấp nập. Nhân viên rất thân thiện, dễ thương. Chắn chắn sẽ quay lại lần sau.

this place was very lovely and clean, especially for how cheap it was unfortunately during the heat we found it was impossible to walk to the old town or the beach, but we just got taxis which only cost about 50.000 dong so not a deal issue the only issue i had is that when we wanted to do laundry there was no one around at the reception desk, and the only contact number we'd been given if we needed anything was the number for that desk all in all, a very enjoyable stay, and we just had to do laundry somewhere else thanks to our hosts!!

I have been staying at this hotel since the 29th of last month until today. Honestly, the hotel is very beautiful and located in an excellent area close to everything. The overall atmosphere is great, and the two receptionists are always smiling and helpful, which I truly appreciate. However, there are some issues that management should pay attention to because they negatively affected my stay: First: Since my arrival, I have only received bottled water once, on the first day. This is not acceptable, especially for a long stay. Second: There is a cleaning lady who works in the morning, but she shouts very loudly across the entire floor. This caused serious disturbance to guests. On several occasions, I couldn’t sleep because of the noise. Today, I even opened the door and politely asked her to work quietly, but she continued shouting. This happened around 8 AM. I believe the hotel should better supervise the housekeeping staff and respect guests’ comfort. Third: I lost my room key card on the third day after accidentally leaving it inside the room, and I had to pay 200k for a replacement. I find this amount extremely high. There was also another issue when my friend tried to extend his stay. He was unable to book online, and at the reception, he was asked to pay a higher price. This is unusual, as direct bookings are usually the same price or cheaper. Overall, this hotel has great potential to be much better if attention is given to these details and customer service is improved. Ps : 3 Star Only for Ladies in the reception

Huoneessa on kylpyamme ja se toimii. Tässä hintaluokassa se on keskimääräinen hotelli, he eivät siivoa päivittäin ja se heijastuu myös huoneen laatuun. Mutta sijainti ja saavutettavuus ovat hyvät ja paikat varsin kohtuulliset.
