We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden Inn very much. It was one of the best decisions we made during our trip, to change our reservation from another hotel to this one. The hotel is chic and clean. All staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than our check-in time that day and the front desk staff helped us store our luggage. The process is systematic, with luggage tags and tickets for us to claim them back easily and quickly after we returned the hotel from Universal Studios. There is also shuttle bus services available to Universal Studio, which is very convenient. Even if you miss the bus, the hotel is at close proximity to the theme park, about a 5-min drive only. We enjoyed the whirl pool very much. There are clean towels at the pool, and there’s no need to bring towels from your room. The tiki bar and camp fire pit look lovely, but we hope there are more seats, since it’s packed with people every time we wanted to get a drink. Service wad very efficient. We encountered toilet blockage during our stay, and we called the front desk for help. Support arrived and solved our issue swiftly. 100% will stay here again if I return to Orlando. I am already missing the cozy beds and spacious room.

Great hotel for reasonable price. Ideal location very close to Universal area. Quite close to centre (about 12 USD/Lyft ride) and airport (about 35 USD/Lyft ride). Good breakfasts and cleaning each day. i can recommend the hotel. It is a good choice!

We were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.

Supposed to stay in this hotel for 3D2N but we keep extending. As I’m typing this review I am considering to extend 1 more day. This hotel has shuttle buses to the Disney land and Universal Studio! Just opposite the hotel it’s the premium outlets!

Good location. It's in between Disney and Universal so it's good for travellers who are going to both aforementioned attractions. It even has shuttle bus service!

Our hotel room didn’t felt clean and it’s quite dark even when all lights were on. We had issues with our tv - it couldn’t be on, so we called the front desk and they said they’d send someone to fix it in 10mins, nobody came till the next morning lol. Only good thing about this hotel is the free breakfast it came with, it’s near disney and it has shuttle services.

We checked in around 7 pm with a gentleman that has a unique name should have told him to write it down I apologize but I hope you get recognition he checked us in and we were on our way to enjoy the resort unfortunately 3 hours later we noticed our ac not working and I told him about he said I'll said a tech when we came back in wasn't fixed so I called front desk and James answered apologizing about the situation and that unfortunately he couldn't do anything till the mornin, in the morning Zoe and Jillian helped my family with our extension and were able to move us to a more comfortable room with a working ac thank you all so much for going above and beyond we had a blast!! Definitely going back!!

I’ve stayed here plenty of Times , breakfast is great compared to other hotels. I ultimately love the atmosphere and will be coming back again

Pretty good only thing was no microwave in room to heat food buffet had spoiled milk so kids couldn't have cereal pool was awesome room was very clean
