"Reserved this room for my brother, and here was his comment: Waited until 4 pm to check in because they were supposedly cleaning the room. However, upon entering, not only was their hair on my bed, but the bathroom was definitely not clean. Slept in my clothes that night and sanitized the bathroom with my own supplies."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. "It is very nice place. Reception was quite helpful. Only problem was mold. Unfortunately, it triggered my allergic rhinitis. However, the hotel understood my medical condition. I left the hotel a day earlier and hotel paid the difference."

"The room and overall hotel is average at best. The best part was the waffles at breakfast and coffee available 24 hours/day. The room portion was clean from what the eye could see other than a hole in the wall by the AC unit that looked like someone had rolled off the bed or been pushed into the wall. No sign of repair, just covered by the curtain. As far as the bathroom goes, hair from the previous guest was still on the floor and black mildew was visible on the ceiling in the shower. Checkout is at 11:00am, yet housekeeping disregarded the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the door and knocked shortly before 10:00am. The cherry on top was our room keys being deactivated while we're loading our belongings up in our vehicle, also before 11:00am. When we went to the front desk to advise they had been deactivated before checkout time and we still needed to get in our room to verify we didn't leave anything behind, we were met with a snobby, passive aggressive response from the desk clerk on duty. Paired with everything else, her attitude and handling of the situation is what ultimately made our decision that we'll reserve at the Spark by Hilton located next door our next stay. "

"I’m not happy that the resort fee was 25% higher than suggested on this app. Probably the best renovated room I’ve stayed in a motel before. Especially the bathroom was well renovated. Only issue was a noisey AC unit. Housecleaning was also good. I’m also not sure why it said the hotel was completely sold out when it only seemed 15-25% full. Location was incredible as it’s walking distance to everything you would need nearby such as liquor store, brunch, dinner, fast food. They also gave you 20% off the nearby Denny’s."

Quartos ponto negativo que é tudo carpete e vidros lacrados então fica com muita concentração de pó, ideal seria remover carpete. Cama um pouco ”cansada”. Ótima localização, próximo do comércio e muito próximo da Universal. Acredito ser a melhor opção da região por conta do café da manhã que faz diferença. Serviço de limpeza passou todos os dias no quarto."

Very good.  There's a shuttle bus service from hotel to airport. Nice service.  In addition,  the breakfast is pretty good,  it's like a buffet,  eggs,  meat,  bread,  yougut,  fruits.  As well,  there's daily room service applied.  The location,  face to the main road,  little bit noisy if you can not handle the noisy during the night,  you can require to change the room.  In all,  it's pretty good hotel.

Super hôtel! Personnel très accueillant et proactif! Très bonne amplitude horaire pour les départs et arrivées Service de navettes gratuites que ce soit aussi bien pour se rendre à EPCOT (non testée mais à partir de ce parc il est possible de se rendre notamment à magic kingdom via le monorail super pratique) et à Universal Studios. Les horaires sont tôt le matin pour arriver et commencer dès l’ouverture Enfin, l’hôtel est tout proche d’Universal Studios, très pratique pour rentrer potentiellement en taxi ou autre et profiter des nombreuses boutiques et animations le soir

來環球影城玩訂的酒店，打車到環球10分鐘車程8刀左右。裝修比較舊，像國內20年前的三星大酒店，但是房間非常寬敞，衞生也不錯，就是沒有提供飲用水，樓層裏有自動販賣機可以買。有免費早餐，但是種類非常簡單，衹有麪包蛋糕華夫餅之類，不過填飽肚子還OK，但是酒店都這個價格了還要啥自行車。推薦推薦！

Old hotel. I was there for one night only and I wanted to have a good rest, but the room was old, ac was not working properly and overall I did not feel the confort I wanted to have. You can definitely have something better for the same money.

I originally chose the hotel across the street and somehow accidentally chose the Palms. Same price different hotel altogether. Main AC must have been broken doors open to lobby and another side door broken off the hinges. Our room was decent and our ac did work. No breakfast. Our room was not what we ordered but the staff did work with us and got us what we needed.

I stayed here for less than 24 hours due to proximity to the airport so I didn’t get a full sense of hotel amenities (I had to leave for a flight before breakfast eg) but while I was there, both the WiFi and the TV didn’t work for me and I was too tired to solve the issues. The location was right off of a busy road so the road noise woke me up a couple times. Average experience for the price. Staff were friendly, it was a convenient place to stay.

It’s a good location to stay for Universal Studios. Because we don’t have to stay all day in the hotel. The hotel is just 6$ by uber to go to Universal Studios. Compare with the price is okay, don’t expect anything from them. Cleanliness is the worst, we can’t walk without shoes in the room but bed sheets and towels are okay. They have 24/7 front desk but you have to call them because staff is not there.

We got a room around the back near the barrage that was overflowing. Inside the room at first sight I thought the floor was dirty but it was actually dirty looking. A centipede died in the standing shower and roaches crawling out from behind the toilet to behind the mirror. Air condition chips out sometimes and the room never gets cold. There is a small table and two dirty chairs in the room at two burner built in stove and a full size painted fridge. The bed was clean, but this isn’t somewhere to call home about somewhere to sleep for the night and get out.
