"Upon check-in at around 1200, we requested an early check-in because I have a PWD with me, and we were given 1 room, though I booked 2 rooms, acceptable because early check-in depends on the availability of the room. Thank you for the help.
The facility is clean, and our room cleaner in room 9004 is commendable, but the other room was not cleaned, unsure about the standard cleaning procedure (daily or as per request).
Some staff members are courteous, but others are not.
Upon check out, the check-out policy was 1200 due to unavoidable circumstances. We were delayed checking out. I requested a little bit of delay but hotel insisted that we need to vacate the room as the next occupant is ready to check in. Question k lang nong kmi ang mag early check-in is d pwede dahil ndun pa ang ocupant pero nung kmi ang nadelay pramg ang higpit nila at we don't have a choice. Kaya prang unfair man.

"The location is near the city center, like 10 minutes away from SM but the problem is traffic. So it will take up to 30 minutes from the city center. Everything is fine, we were able to book on the same day and check in late at around 8pm, Breakfast is included but it's not appetizing, my concern is with the bathroom, it smells like cockroach when I tried to open the cabinet below the sink where the heater switch is located. I hope it was more accessible, since the bathroom is small it was hard for me to crouch down and turn it on, plus the smell of the cockroach. Overall if you just want to sleep for a night it's a good choice."

"Everything was fine and great. Staff were very nice with good services. Location is great, easy to reach the main touristy spots. There was renovation during my stay, so heard some noise but not a big deal. The sound proof was considered okay. Very tiny noise from the renovation I heard and also when people passed by the corridor and talking.
There was no separation between the shower and toilet bowl, but the shower water was hot enough. There was also water dispenser for you to refill water and provided with their glass jar, which is great! Overall, I had a good stay!"

"The area was very ideal with good view. The crew were also courteous and approachable. However, the amenities were poor, especially the bathroom. The shower head and tissue dispenser were broken.
It was also mentioned that the breakfast was buffet style but it was not. It was ”buffet-assisted” where the crew will dish out for you. You can only have what they dish out. Not a problem for me but I just hope they made clear information on that.
Hopefully they can work out on these issues."

"nice hotel with breakfast buffet and heated swimming pool good for family bonding, unfortunately the staff was not that friendly and the bellman seems like you need to give him a tip after his service and also the receptionist but I would like to commend the housekeepers, lifeguard and parking staff for always greeting us.
I would definitely come back because of the hotel amenities"

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient — close to restaurants and attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I also enjoyed the breakfast; it was delicious and had a good variety. Overall, an excellent experience. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We returned hoping for improvements after our last critical review, but found significant service failures persist. Management must urgently address these issues before our planned January visit.
* Room Welcome: Cookies appreciated, but a Baguio Rose flower stalk would be a more meaningful gesture.
* Housekeeping: Towels placed on the floor for replacement were simply re-hung; we had to call for clean ones.
* Front Desk: Only one staff member on duty led to three unanswered calls at night. This poses a serious safety risk in an emergency.
* Food (Breakfast): HORRIBLE quality. The buffet lacked creativity, was visually unappetizing, and items like the sausage were inedible. The Chef needs immediate supervision.
Management/GM: Please give these critical points your special attention. We need to see positive improvements in January; otherwise, we will seek other accommodations.

112MariaThis is our second stay at the log cabin, with the first one being a delightful experience in Q4 of 2017. This time, we booked the Pine Suite, which impressed us with its amenities and a terrace overlooking the Botanical Garden.
While the log cabin itself seemed a bit older, I appreciate the exclusive parking at the front lobby.
The free breakfast buffet was a bit of a letdown, so we opted out after the first try.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would likely return, but might skip the breakfast buffet again unless there are improvements.

Specially for the Pool area/Gym Area - Poor ventilation has caused the area to smell damp and moldy.

Suggestions: Timely repairs are necessary to maintain guest safety and provide a relaxing stay.

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

AAnonyymi käyttäjäWe had a wonderful 3-days stay at Lee boutique hotel. The atmosphere feels homey and welcoming, making it easy to settle in right away. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless, with fresh sheets and towels, which added to the comfort.
I especially appreciated that the TV comes with Netflix, perfect for winding down after a day out. Our room also had a AC, a balcony with a lovely view, which made mornings and evenings extra enjoyable.
The staff were consistently kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth really elevated the experience.
The only downside I noticed was that the bathtub can be a bit slippery, so guests should be cautious.
