nice hotel with breakfast buffet and heated swimming pool good for family bonding, unfortunately the staff was not that friendly and the bellman seems like you need to give him a tip after his service and also the receptionist but I would like to commend the housekeepers, lifeguard and parking staff for always greeting us. I would definitely come back because of the hotel amenities

Returning Guest Disappointed – Urgent Improvement Needed Stay: 15-17/Nov/25 Status: Returning Guest We returned hoping for improvements after our last critical review, but found significant service failures persist. Management must urgently address these issues before our planned January visit. * Room Welcome: Cookies appreciated, but a Baguio Rose flower stalk would be a more meaningful gesture. * Housekeeping: Towels placed on the floor for replacement were simply re-hung; we had to call for clean ones. * Front Desk: Only one staff member on duty led to three unanswered calls at night. This poses a serious safety risk in an emergency. * Food (Breakfast): HORRIBLE quality. The buffet lacked creativity, was visually unappetizing, and items like the sausage were inedible. The Chef needs immediate supervision. Management/GM: Please give these critical points your special attention. We need to see positive improvements in January; otherwise, we will seek other accommodations.

Everything was fine and great. Staff were very nice with good services. Location is great, easy to reach the main touristy spots. There was renovation during my stay, so heard some noise but not a big deal. The sound proof was considered okay. Very tiny noise from the renovation I heard and also when people passed by the corridor and talking. There was no separation between the shower and toilet bowl, but the shower water was hot enough. There was also water dispenser for you to refill water and provided with their glass jar, which is great! Overall, I had a good stay!

We had a great experience at The Chalet. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in is nice and spacious. We also love their breakfast buffet. It's very near the Victory Liner terminal. We'd definitely book this again and it's highly recommended..

It was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel was conveniently located at the heart of Baguio. It is also very near Camp John Hay which our family really loves. It is reactively new so it was very clean and so beautiful. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Everyone was so amazing. It was such delightful experience for our family, we enjoyed the hotel so much even the food at breakfast was so good. I would give this hotel an excellent rating as they also treated their guests with 5-star service. Kudos to everyone and we will surely be back. We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant. The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well. Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown. As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming. We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat. Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

Wala msyadong Taxi kaya no choice magpapabook k tlga ng GRAB (200+ ang taxi fare pag grab pero pag regular nsa 100 or less) One thing nakakahilo yung paakyat s main lobby ng hotel, spiral ramp ksi tpos ang tarik pag di sanay un mgdrive mhhirapn tlga ska sana may nag aassist dun sa pag akyat at pagbaba ng sasakyan pra di nagkakasalubungan at maiwasan yung disgrasya.

Rooms, hallways, and common areas are spotless, and you can tell that housekeeping takes pride in their work. The rooms are well-kept, comfortable, and provide everything you need for a relaxing stay. Another highlight is the location. The hotel is conveniently situated—close enough to the heart of Baguio for easy access to popular spots, yet far enough to enjoy a calm and peaceful atmosphere. It’s a great balance for both relaxation and exploring the city. The unlimited breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The food was tasty and filling, giving us the energy we needed to start our day of sightseeing. A bit more variety in the menu would be nice for guests staying multiple nights, but overall, it was a great perk. What we really loved was the view from the hotel—absolutely beautiful and one of the things that makes this stay memorable. Waking up to the cool Baguio breeze and a nice view is definitely a bonus. Overall, Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) exceeded our expectations. Clean, well-located, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and great views—everything you’d want in a Baguio getaway. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!
