"Hotel entrance and Customer service was really good. Disappointed with the room though. It was very small, outdated and bathroom was the worst - it could do with a refurb. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Although the room was clean but as it was outdated and old, it felt dirty. The view from the room was amazing!"

"Tres bel hôtel idéalement situé en face de la gare, accès direct au bus sanctuaire et aéroport. Beau jardin, piscine chambre impeccable. Le restaurant est  bon avec mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner (gargantuesque)."

"Esplanade Edenin hotellissamme kokemuksemme oli vain upea, - ja alusta lähtien henkilöstömme sai meidät ystävällisyydestä ja ammattitaitoisesta, - joka sai meidät tuntemaan kotona. Sijainti on täydellinen: muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Pyhäkkö, mutta riittävän kaukana nauttia rauhasta ja lepoa. Huone oli hyvin varustettu, mukava ja hyvin mukava sänky ja kaikki tarpeellinen rento oleskelu. Lisäksi näkymät ikkunasta oli kaunis, taustalla Pyrinea. Aamiainen oli toinen vahva paikka: monipuolinen, laadukkaita ja tuoreita tuotteita. Korostamme myös kaikkien laitteiden puhdistus ja jatkuva huomiota henkilöstön varmistamiseksi, että meillä ei ole mitään puutteita. Toistaisimme varmasti oleskelumme tässä hotellissa. Ihanteellinen sekä pyhiinvaeltajille että niille, jotka haluavat poistaa pari päivää mukavassa ja huolellisesti huolellisessa ympäristössä. ¡ Erittäin suositeltavaa!"

"Will recommend due with convenience location. It’s very close to the Grotto of Lourdes the main attraction. But hotel is very old and mouldy in bathroom window. I a breakfast, I went down nearly 10 for breakfast and already finished I was told. But still charge me 10 euro. I tried to requested a crossaint I was told all finished. And nothing left , apart from square brown bread baguettes. I said I don’t eat baguettes it’s hard. Reception told whatever is there that’s all they got. He charged for 9 euro for 2 slices of brown bread and a cup of coffee. Not happy ☹️"

"Outst!.anding experience in Lourdes - relates to very first day - my daughter & self walking towards sanctuary, and really looking forward to so much. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account"

"Bel albergo,pulito,ottima posizione vicino al santuario, personale gentile, colazione discreta ma qualcosa da mangiare si trova...da ritornare"

"Posizione eccezionale a circa 150m dal santuario, circondato da tanti locali e ristoranti. Di fronte all’hotel è possibile prendere in prestito le sedie a rotelle, qualora ci fossero persone disabili. Buona la colazione internazionale. Personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio e ci tornerò sicuramente."

"No está lejos del santuario. Es una zona mas tranquila, pero si quieres no andar, no es el adecuado. La habitación es pequeña pero esta bien. Limpia."

"Stayed there for 3 days with family Close to church. The receptionist was very polite and helpful.had buffet 2 days however not many options in that.better if they could add few more options in buffet ."
