"The hotel is well-located, just a 7-minute walk from the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, offering stunning views if you choose a room with a river view. The breakfast is delicious and really nice. However, it's important to note that the hotel has an old decoration, reminiscent of 40 years ago, and is not well-maintained; it lacks soundproofing. If we didn't get a room with a view to the river, my experience could be worse. Considering these factors, I'm not planning to stay in this hotel again."

"We just wanted a place to sleep and store our bags while we participate in the activities of the grotto. So it was just the right place for us. Please just hire a receptionist who can understand English because there was confusion as to the booking because the male receptionist can't understand English and we can't speak French. "

"Vriendelijkheid van het personeel aan de receptie laat te wensen over. Ze laten gasten wachten en negeren ze, terwijl ze niks zitten te doen. Barpersoneel was daarentegen zeer vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was in vergelijking met een paar jaar geleden sober."

"Hotel have great location and just walk distance to Lourdes Sanctuary. Receptions staff friendly and quick response with our request. We have experience the aircon does not work in the afternoon and water heater does not work in the early morning. Hope they could better in the future."

"Outst!.anding experience in Lourdes - relates to very first day - my daughter & self walking towards sanctuary, and really looking forward to so much. I volunteer each year , but my daughter was never there before & at her suggestion we stayed in Ibis. Was v pleased with location for starters and we could go down steps & towards Grotto. However suddenly lady tapped me on shoulder to warn me that my bag open - back pack which I bought for trip. Immediately I knew - I would never leave a back pack open/ Panic set in quickly & I found all my walled, bank cards & mobile phone - so my good sense left me too & I just turned around and back to IBis. Up in my room I did not have a phone , but was too upset & just knew straight to police. With that - knock on door. It was Christophe from reception. He had got a call from a shop - St Joseph's under bridge entering San Michelle gates. My little holder with all my bank cards, details, my mobile, any cash also. So we quickly rushed down there to be handed my wallet & phone. They were such a sweet couple. Cash was taken but thank Our Lady the cards remained. I could not say enough about Christophe & Nathalie. They really cared & I did not need police. So I could only say IBIS staff were wonderful. People is the reason for going back to Lourdes and the bad ones drive everyone away. So I am voting for your staff on that account"

"Rất hữu ích cho gia đình. Gần vương cung thánh đường Lourdes, ga tàu cách tầm 1,5km. Siêu thị cũng gần đó. Có đầy.đủ nồi, nếp, chén, ly để dùng. Ks ko cung cấp sữa tắm và đầu gội nên mang theo nhé. Đã lưu trú ở đây năm 2016 , lần này quay lại vẫn lựa chọn ks tiếp. Quên chụp hình ks cho mn xem ạ"
