"This homestay was our best stay during our trip to Yunnan. First of all the staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful . They provided us with tips to book our visits to different attractions. Communication was easy even though we did not speak the same language via a Wechat group. It was very practical to ask anything we needed and the staff was very fast to answer. Second, our room was simply amazing. It was very spacious and clean, with an amazing view over Yulong Snow Mountain. It was decorated with taste and toiletries of very good quality were provided. The bed was big and comfortable. Third, we enjoy the location next to a farm, on Baisha's main street, but away from the noise and hussle because the hotel is further down the street. Breakfasts and night snacks provided were delicious! Thank you guys we really enjoyed our stay"

"The hotel is in a walking distance from Lijiang railway station. Even the hotel is not located in the old town area but it's good for us to mobilize from the hotel to the attraction places. Highly recommended for travel using China high speed railway services."

"It was a wonderful experience. It was our first time, so I have lots of questions, the staff were very cooperative and attentive to our needs. The heater in the room was particularly good. I love the small details and gestures. They packed us snacks as we didn't eat breakfast to visit jade dragon snow mountain. It was close to baisha town and had lots of food options. "I had a truly memorable stay at YUNDU and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, tastefully designed, and warm place to stay in Lijiang. Overall, the experience was very positive, with excellent service, cozy design, and many thoughtful touches. There were a few minor areas for improvement, but they did not take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was excellent and honestly better than many meals I had outside. The local auntie who prepares breakfast is incredibly warm and friendly. The mixian is very foreigner-friendly, light, comforting, and not oily or salty like many outside options. I requested extra vegetables and additional boiled eggs, and she was more than happy to accommodate. This care really stood out. YUNDU’s Samoyed dog, Sanjin (三斤), is truly the heart and mascot of the hotel. He is extremely friendly and intelligent. Staff would say things like “去拍照，去跟姐姐玩” and Sanjin would immediately come over. During my afternoon tea, he quietly came over and sat beside me, which was a very heart-warming moment. Upon checkout, I even received Sanjin fridge magnets and a Polaroid photo, which was incredibly thoughtful. First impressions were great. As part of the package, YUNDU arranged an airport pickup from Lijiang Airport using a clean, comfortable EV. The driver was friendly, chatty, and helpful, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, perfect for morning stretching, and included a large and very clean bathtub. Bath balls and a sheet mask were provided, which was a lovely winter touch. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me, but there were firmer ones available, and layering them worked well. The blanket was thick, soft, and warm, and even during power outages, I stayed comfortable. Facilities were well thought out, including a Laifen hair dryer with strong airflow, a large high-definition TV facing the bed with VIP streaming access, and a large humidifier suitable for overnight use. The bathroom layout was excellent for winter, with separated toilet and shower. The electronic toilet has heating and auto-flush, and the shower area includes warm air from above. The mirror lighting is also great for makeup. There were some minor layout quirks. There is no floor heating, and the slippers were placed far from the entrance. The electric kettle was placed on a cabinet with no power socket nearby. Service was one of YUNDU’s strongest points. Staff helped with luggage, provided room tours, and checked in regularly via WeChat. When I mentioned possible altitude discomfort, they even gifted me an oxygen tank. The boss was friendly and happily helped me take photos with Sanjin. The only small gap was the butler service. I only realised who my butler was on the last night, and one included service, a butler-accompanied visit to Baisha Ancient Town, which never happened — neither I nor the staff remembered it until I reviewed my package later on Trip.com. That said, my butler was extremely efficient in arranging transportation to Lugu Lake, with smooth coordination and reasonable pricing. The entire property is tastefully decorated, cozy, and inviting. The fireplace in the lobby is a highlight and perfect for winter evenings. During my first two nights, there were power outages. While this delayed some of my work, the room stayed warm. The upside was zero light pollution, and I could see a sky full of stars, which became one of my favourite moments of the stay. I strongly recommend YUNDU to anyone looking for a beautiful view, thoughtful design, warm service, and a cozy yet affordable stay in Lijiang. If you love Lijiang, come to Baisha. If you love Baisha, come to YUNDU."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The host very helpful — He collected our Taobao parcels in advance and placed them neatly in our room before our arrival, which was a nice touch. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Baisha Old Town. As soon as you step out of the hotel, you’re greeted with a stunning view of the snow mountain. The rooftop was another highlight — perfect for enjoying the sunrise and soaking in the mountain scenery. The hotel itself was spacious and comfortable. Both the living area and bathroom had plenty of room. Water pressure was decent, and the hot water supply was reliable throughout our stay. Overall, a peaceful and well-located stay with thoughtful service. Would definitely recommend!"

"這一家民宿真的大大超出我們的語氣了，必須好好寫一下評價。 酒店工作人員：每一個人都非常的熱情，提前2天就聯繫我們了，幫我們聯繫了接機的車，下飛機就有接機師傅聯繫我們，非常好。到達酒店後工作人員非常熱情的幫我們把箱子拿到了房間，想去白沙古鎮轉轉，但是不想走路，車接車送到白沙古鎮路口，下襬渡車後兩三分鐘就到了白沙美食街，很方便。 酒店的位置也很好，距離束河古鎮 雲堤岸咖啡 方盒子咖啡 香巴拉牧場 都很近。 最驚艷 就是這個價位也能定到可以看到日照金山的房間！！！性價比超高 房間裏的設備設施也非常好 全屋智能 熱水出水很快，天貓精靈可以控制屋裡的全部燈光，窗簾。天貓精靈還可以播放音樂哦，一邊放着音樂 一邊化粧，很棒的體驗！！"

"The hotel is located perfectly in the old town of Baisha, but be careful the car cannot enter the old town just like other old town of Lijiang. The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 1:45pm so they requested us to stroll around the town and come back in 40 minutes but it's still not ready when we came back 1.5 hours later. The room was spacious but we were surprised to see the towels (for shower and for face) are both one-off style, meaning the ”thick paper” ones you can find from convenience stores which are not too bad in water-absorbing but it was a surprise for us. What people should be mindful is that, the so-called ”golden sunrise view on the snow mountain” only happens in winter because it's a reflection against snow. The reason for me booking a hotel in Baisha was because I wanted to see that golden sunrise so I was disappointed, which is not the fault of the hotel indeed. Another thing I advised the hotel was, if they provide afternoon, they should remind / ask the customers of this complementary service (which was featured on the trip.com booking) when they check in. I read again the WeChat long ”points to note” message they sent me after I had checked-in, and found it - ok, but still I felt losing something. When I asked them the evening before I checked out, they tried to remedy and gave me another plate of fruits which was fine to us in the end but still, this is still something the hotel staff should have in mind."
