When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. "Very convenient hotel for those travelling by train. They were really nice and prepared take away breakfasts for us at 6:30 because our train was leaving before the breakfast opens in the morning.
There is a good restaurant called Baifushun teahouse nearby to eat noodles for lunch and barbecue in the evening. Right down the hotel on the right, there is a convenience store.
I really liked the 2 paintings in the room.
I recommend this hotel who is very close to the railway and bus station."

"喜歡桔子酒店的裝修 很温馨 很時尚 也很乾凈 到酒店門口 門口的大爺 不知道是不是保安 反正就是很熱情 幫忙找合適的停車位 幫我們拿行李幫我們開門 酒店大堂在連鎖酒店裡看起來算大的了 還有獨立的空間 酒店給我們免費升級了房型 住的也挺舒服 房間很暖和 加濕器都有配備 早餐這方面的話 種類雖然不算特別多 但也夠吃 唯一想提個小小意見 烤麪包那邊能否配個小黃油塊 衹有草莓醬和藍莓醬 個人覺得實在太甜了 還是黃油和烤麪包最搭了 咖啡很好喝 用餐環境也不錯"

"It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Campanile hotel in Xining! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. Despite my early arrival, the staff, especially Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma, were so kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in without any hassle.
The thoughtful touches throughout my stay truly made it exceptional. The welcome fruits upon arrival were a lovely surprise, and the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic start to the day. My room was not only sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable but also offered a great view of the city – a real treat!

After a long day guests can head to the on-site bar to unwind with a beverage.For those travelling on business there are a number of meeting rooms at your disposal as well as the services of the business center.In their spare time guests can make use of this Xining hotel's spa, sauna and massage facilities, or hit the gym for something more active. In the evening pay a visit to the on-site nightclub or belt out some tunes in a private karaoke room. Parking is provided for free.
"The hotel room and its bathroom are very large spacious and they would meet four star hotel standard if they were kept clean and well maintained. But the carpet throughout the hotel needs to be changed and only one (and two later) out of four elevators was (were) working that caused big problems when all room were occupied. Guest reported the problem to the local police and a second elevator started to work one day later. Overall a great asset but very poor managed."

"I booked a room with a window. I spent more than friends to have a better room. However their cheap room had a window but mine did not. Instead it had a glass wall that looked into the hallway. When I first arrived the room door was open. They solved that problem and my friends and I went out to eat. When we returned (3 hours after checking in) none of our room keys worked. I had to go downstairs to reception twice to get it working. Then at breakfast a man started smoking in the breakfast area and no one stopped him. I would pass on this hotel the next time I’m in Xining."

- It’s very close to TANDAO 637, surrounded by many shopping malls.
- The room was spacious and clean.
- The staff were kind.
CONS:
- No air conditioning. It’s hard to sleep at night, because we cannot even open the window.
- The room was quite old.
- Staff cannot speak English. Google translate app is needed. But, no problem.
- heater opens all night.
- Poor lighting
I got a room upgrade, because the staff misunderstood about my visa.
I recommend this hotel for anyone who stays during winter or early spring.

TTravelfreeGood hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. For the price it's great.
However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty.
The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside.
The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building.
The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty)
Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff.

Location was excellent, very central in an older part of city, though a bit noisy with traffic. Hotel has washing machines but no dryer, which i was not told at check-in even though i asked specifically about them. Most of the staff seemed distant. Breakfast was quite good.

Great quality for the price. The hotel is a bit dated but still very nice. The room floor was not the cleanest but the room was very comfortable and had everything we could need. The bed was the best.

But to find the entrance to the hotel was confusing because it's at the back of the building. The room is very old and they tried to decorate it with an American theme with old furniture. But the walls seem to have recently been re-painted. The jacuzzi might suit some people but we find it a waste of space. One of the staff speaks English so it's a bonus. Breakfast was good with a variety of selections.

We needed the day room to rest between the morning and evening trains, and it works well for us. However, there are some issues we did not like. 1. We booked and paid through Trip, but at the receipton (we checked in early, which was great!) the receiptionst requested 100 rmb, which he said was a deposit that must be paid on the spot, and will be refunded in the morning. This was suspicious to us because nothing of this sort was stated on Trip, and no other bookings in China we made through Trip ever required any deposits, even less so in cash. When I showed him the original booking and payment, and insisted that we are only taking the room for the day, he stopped insisting on the ”deposit.”
2. The room used to be very nice, indeed, and preserves some of that niceness still: the bed is wonderful, with crispy linen, multiple different pillows, and very clean. the bathroom is nicely decorated and contained basic amenities, and the storage space is wonderful and spacious. However, like in some other Chinese hotels we stayed, the indicators of maintenance are the shower and the carpeting. In this room, the bed is super clean, but the bathroom and carpeting are either poorly cleaned, or not at all. We found hair and even a wrapping in the shower, while the carpeting in the room, elevator, and corridors was not cleaned in a long time. And yet, there are some such nice touches in this room, like the living creeper placed in a small vase in the bathroom, or the very nice wardrobe. The room is currently missing a fridge (although there is space for it), and it has not AC, although the corridors are cooled well. Instead, there is a fan, which in the afternoon heat barely helped.
