"Very convenient hotel for those travelling by train. They were really nice and prepared take away breakfasts for us at 6:30 because our train was leaving before the breakfast opens in the morning. There is a good restaurant called Baifushun teahouse nearby to eat noodles for lunch and barbecue in the evening. Right down the hotel on the right, there is a convenience store. I really liked the 2 paintings in the room. I recommend this hotel who is very close to the railway and bus station."

"喜歡桔子酒店的裝修 很温馨 很時尚 也很乾凈 到酒店門口 門口的大爺 不知道是不是保安 反正就是很熱情 幫忙找合適的停車位 幫我們拿行李幫我們開門 酒店大堂在連鎖酒店裡看起來算大的了 還有獨立的空間 酒店給我們免費升級了房型 住的也挺舒服 房間很暖和 加濕器都有配備 早餐這方面的話 種類雖然不算特別多 但也夠吃 唯一想提個小小意見 烤麪包那邊能否配個小黃油塊 衹有草莓醬和藍莓醬 個人覺得實在太甜了 還是黃油和烤麪包最搭了 咖啡很好喝 用餐環境也不錯"

"The location is wonderful if you need the train, as it is literally just outside the train station, less than 10 minutes' walking from your train. We needed the day room to rest between the morning and evening trains, and it works well for us. However, there are some issues we did not like. 1. We booked and paid through Trip, but at the receipton (we checked in early, which was great!) the receiptionst requested 100 rmb, which he said was a deposit that must be paid on the spot, and will be refunded in the morning. This was suspicious to us because nothing of this sort was stated on Trip, and no other bookings in China we made through Trip ever required any deposits, even less so in cash. When I showed him the original booking and payment, and insisted that we are only taking the room for the day, he stopped insisting on the ”deposit.” 2. The room used to be very nice, indeed, and preserves some of that niceness still: the bed is wonderful, with crispy linen, multiple different pillows, and very clean. the bathroom is nicely decorated and contained basic amenities, and the storage space is wonderful and spacious. However, like in some other Chinese hotels we stayed, the indicators of maintenance are the shower and the carpeting. In this room, the bed is super clean, but the bathroom and carpeting are either poorly cleaned, or not at all. We found hair and even a wrapping in the shower, while the carpeting in the room, elevator, and corridors was not cleaned in a long time. And yet, there are some such nice touches in this room, like the living creeper placed in a small vase in the bathroom, or the very nice wardrobe. The room is currently missing a fridge (although there is space for it), and it has not AC, although the corridors are cooled well. Instead, there is a fan, which in the afternoon heat barely helped."

"在這個價格能住到這樣的酒店，真的很好了，在其他地方這樣的酒店可能都200多塊錢了，酒店裡麪非常的乾淨，一次性用品也非常齊全，還有一個一次性的刮鬍刀真的太讚了，早上出門的時候，前台小姐姐還送了兩個小禮包。這趟旅程也非常的愉快！"

"It was an absolute pleasure staying at the Campanile hotel in Xining! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed. Despite my early arrival, the staff, especially Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma, were so kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in without any hassle. The thoughtful touches throughout my stay truly made it exceptional. The welcome fruits upon arrival were a lovely surprise, and the complimentary breakfast was a fantastic start to the day. My room was not only sparkling clean and incredibly comfortable but also offered a great view of the city – a real treat! What truly sets the Campanile apart is the exceptional service. Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma were always ready to assist with a smile, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The added bonus of free laundry facilities was also incredibly convenient. To top it all off, the farewell gift was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. It's clear that the team at the Campanile in Xining genuinely cares about their guests' experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and extend my sincere thanks to Marie, Xiaojing, and Xiaoma for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be choosing the Campanile again on my next visit to Xining! I forgot! It is walking distance from the bus and train station"

"Wissler Hotel on erittäin mukava ja olen erittäin tyytyväinen. Hygieniatiedot ovat hyvin puhtaat. Reception sisar on hyvin kohtelias ja ihmiset ovat erityisen hyviä. Hotellilla on oma ilmainen pysäköintipaikka, erittäin mukava. Huoneen suunnittelussa on uudet huonekalut, vuodevarusteet ovat täysin uudet, vuodehuoneet eivät ole pehmeitä eikä kovia! Lähellä uutta aluetta Sea Lake on hyvin hyvä valinta, ja kadut ovat hyvin hyviä. Hotelli on mukava syödä ja juoda elinalueella. Suosittele pysyä, matkustaa täällä, on asunut toisen kerran, ja seuraava matka on järjestetty!"

"Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it. The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean Breakfast provided for every day too."
