酒店設施十分完善新淨，早餐的口味是我在這一趟十多天的青海行程裏所有酒店裏面最好的！酒店前台接待人員十分有禮，房間中央空調自帶加濕不用再開加濕器十分好評！酒店的電視十分大觀賞舒適投屏方便，又可以前後轉動！有點小小小瑕疵洗澡時候沒人在房間時房間會關燈！停車方便酒店對面就是商場裏面有很多東西吃！維持希爾頓一貫水平！下次前往西寧都會優先選擇入住！

The property is conveniently located about 1.5 km from Kunming Railway Station, making it an ideal choice for travelers heading to Lhasa via the Qinghai-Tibet Railway. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast offered a variety of tasty dishes. The reception staff were very helpful and enthusiastic; they assisted us in hailing a taxi and communicating with others. They gifted us some small cute things as thankful for customers. Good hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. For the price it's great. However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty. The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside. The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building. The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty) Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff.

I chose Park Plaza as it was convenient to both the train station and airport. The price was also excellent value for money. My train from Lhasa arrived at 6.30am and I caught a taxi the short distance to Park Plaza without issue. I checked in around 7am and was shown my room. It was beautiful, very spacious with a large window, and it also had a freestanding bath. Unfortunately I could smell cigarette smoke, which is not uncommon in Chinese hotels. I asked for a different room and was immediately shown one . This room was identical but the bed covers were a children's design and there were some toys and teepee in one corner . I simply folded the bright yellow covers down and had a lovely tasteful decor again. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was very quiet. The buffet was beyond excellent and the head chef and his small team were very friendly and attentive. Clearly they were very proud of their fabulous buffet and presentation....as they should be. It was my best in China.. I found a lovely walking trail behind the hotel beside the river, 5 mins away. The area in general was nice to wander around, very different from my stay in the centre of city when on my way to Tibet. I will most definitely choose Park Plaza when I return to Xining.

Was told I am given a free room upgrade, but honestly I can't tell the difference. Also the room in the listing image was larger and brighter but the actual room I received was extremely rather grim looking, not to mention it doesn't even look like half the room size in the listing image. I also can't seem to adjust the aircon temp as it will remain at room temperature no matter what I set, however xining is quite cooling in general so it's still acceptable. In the room I was give, the glass panel at the washroom side had a severely cracked side which seem like it will break if I had closed the glass door too hard. I took a video immediately before using the toilet in case it really does get shattered, but luckily it did not Very unsafe nevertheless. The shower was the worst, every night I had to gamble if it will be cold or scalding hot water. I set the shower value slightly towards the warm side, and the water became scalding hot within seocnds, and if I move it to the cold side, it became freezing cold within seconds. Even if I set it exactly in the middle, it will give me either one of the extreme temperature. Had to keep adjusting from hot to cold so that it stay at a comfortable and safe temp range. The toilet bowl flush in a very stupid manner too, by first flooding the bowl from bottom up, this means that if you took a dump and it's a slightly sticky one, it's gonna stick. The electric kettle was so noisy when turned on that it sound like a train passing right beside my room. And speaking of noise, the sound proofing of the room was one of the worst of every single hotel I stayed in before. You can literally hear new occupants dragging their luggage or family chattering non stop right after they exit the lift. FYI, my room was literally the furthest away. Every time your neighbors from 3 room away turn on their tap water, you can hear it, even if that's like 4am in the night. The hairdryer is a safety hazard too. Tried to use it once and after plugging in and turning it on, smoke immediately came oozing out of it, so I immediately switched it off and remove the plug. Never used it since. Oh yes one last thing I have to say is that as a hotel PLEASE NEVER USE MOVEMENT OR VOICE CONTROLLED LIGHTINGS. While I wash up every day, I had to keep waving my hands like an ***** every few minutes in order to prevent the lights from going out. The detection is sooooo off that unless there's a huge action at the correct spot, it will not turn the lights back. This was absolutely annoyance. However the things I mentioned above are although not welcomed, but can be tolerated. Personally, the only thing I really love about this was the free tea. And that is also a highly recommended must try. I believe that's ******* black tea which is also a local specialty. I regret not trying earlier because at the latter of my trip, I no longer pass by stores that sells ******* black tea. Recommendation to the hotel is include a way to buy some of this tea. Overall, I will only recommend the hotel to someone who do not have any other choice or have a lower budget in mind.

Had a Wonderful Stay . My stay at Enraton Hotel was made truly memorable thanks to the helpful and attentive staff, especially Alan at the front desk. He even helped with my luggage, arranging pickup and drop-off. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a team of staffs that genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. Thank you, Alan and the Enraton team. I’ll definitely be back!

You can go to wangfujing department store by walking from the hotel… the receptionist is very humble.. will help you anything you ask for👍🏻👍🏻the picture is the view from our room..

This is really an International Hotel with 5 star standard. Service, amenities and room toiletries is of premium quality except the central aircon is not switched on so the room temperature is at 25°C cannot be adjusted much lower, only can switch to fan full blast but not cold. When I lodge a complaint, the staff says they don't switch the central aircon for month of May but advise to just open the window as it gets cold in the evening. The cold air do come in through the window to keep the room cool.They will switch on the central aircon in month of June and July when it's very hot. Overall I love this hotel as it's next to the railway station and many local street food around the hotel. Highly recommended!

The hotel had a gym, cafe, and a morning breakfast buffet. The room was large and gave a nice view of the city. The staff helped with any questions or requests. They helped me setup their address in the Chinese delivery app *******. They also turned up the heating in the room when I requested that too. The buffet is norming 58 RMB per day, for the food offered this is quite high. The bread was stale and a lot of the food was cold or had an old taste too it. Luckily I was there in the winter when it was free and had no cost. Perhaps in the summer with the cost of 58 RMB the food is fresher. However, I would say that the food available had a lot of variety, with both Chinese and Western options. Room: 10/10 Staff: 10/10 Location: 8/10 Buffet: 6.5/10 Now I would upload images of the hotel but I only filmed it and didn't take photos and trip.com only allows photos.

This is honestly the best deal in town. I have been coming to Xining for 10 years, stayed in different hotels each time. This is for sure my favourite one and the best deal in this range of prices. First, the location. Right in the city centre, with a lot of taxis coming by (this can be an issue for hotels in other locations, where taxis are more rare). It is super convenient and one can reach any part of town efficiently and quickly. There are many buses that go from here to anywhere in town. Second, the quality of the room, of the bed (super super cosy and comfortable, which is really nice after travelling roughly for two weeks in the nearby countryside), the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Very good hygiene products, not cheap toothpaste and soap like in other hotels. Third, and most importantly, the quality and warmth of the service. At the reception, the employees are very friendly and understanding, very warm-hearted, You feel really welcome in this hotel. They have helped me in several ways. especially Mrs Jane and Mrs Sunny Bai: fantastic people! They also speak English! Makes the whole stay memorable, enjoyable, relaxing. I will surely come back here next time. This is an upper-tier hotel made available with affordable prices. Thank you!
