"Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is good and less than 10mins walk to the Zhong Tian Men. Very convenient for climbing Taishan. Unfortunately customer service is not well trained. One of the young man was using his mobile as I was asking for information. They were unaware of breakfast take-away frm 6-7am. Asked 2x with different CS the day before if such service is provided at 6.30am, a flat ”No” was given. However saw a notice board showing such information when checking out the next morg."

"Overall, my stay was good. However, the Xiao Du device didn’t work throughout my visit, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there was one day when housekeeping forgot to make up my room. Despite these issues, the front desk staff provided good service and were always helpful and polite. The location is also quite close to Dai Temple, which makes sightseeing easier."

"I arrived at midnight, exhausted, and needed a place to sleep before hiking Mount Tai. The smart room I booked was quiet, spotless, and very well equipped. Regular rooms offer excellent value, and the hotel is only about 15 minutes from one of the entrances to Mount Tai. The night-shift staff were professional and welcoming, which made a late arrival hassle-free."
