"Cosy historical building done up very nicely. Room was well renovated, owner super friendly and very accommodating, we asked for more water, toilet paper, different type of breakfast etc all happy to oblige. 10 minutes walk to light show, 10m walk to center of ancient city where most of the historical sites were. 10m walk to outside where the best food is..DO NOT eat inside the old city, food outside much better. Owner also arranged for car to take us to Wang Family compound and Shuanglian temple at much better price than I could find anywhere online. and private transfer to/from train station as well. Very happy I booked to stay at this location. Breakfast was EXCELLENT"

"I had a truly wonderful stay at this charming courtyard hotel in Pingyao, a perfect 10/10 experience. Although it’s a small property with only about 6–8 rooms, everything about it feels thoughtfully done and beautifully presented. The hotel is newly renovated, with tasteful decorations that blend traditional character with a fresh, comfortable atmosphere. What impressed me the most was the owner. He is incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful, his service goes far beyond expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of, and his sincerity really made the stay special. Location is superb! The room was spotless,  one of the cleanest I’ve experienced. I actually walked around and looked at a few other motels in Pingyao, and I can confidently say this one stands out as the best in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and overall quality. On top of all that, the price is very reasonable for what you get. It’s rare to find a place that offers such great value together with such heartfelt hospitality. Highly, highly recommended ,  I would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful old-style building in the tourist center of Pingyao. The room was small but had what we needed. The staff was very kind and offered many tips for our visit to Pingyao. As well as free pick up and drop off to the train station. Chinese breakfast and a bottle of local vinegar was provided."

"This place is a lovely gem of a place to stay right inside the ancient city walls and very close and walkable to the heart of the ancient city. We have really enjoyed our stay here, the hosts are incredibly hospitable, they arranged to pick us up and drop us off at the train station and are very accommodating and kind. The rooms are beautiful and it is great to stay somewhere that feels very traditional."

"We had a great stay at Yunzeju. All the staff we met were lovely and very helpful. The location is great and the rooms are very comfortable. The surroundings of the guesthouse are beautiful. Included in the price is 1hr Hanford dress up for 1 person for free and a little gift bag given to you when you check out. The breakfast offered for an extra 10yuan per person is very tasty and there is a good amount of choice! We left very early on our last day and the staff arranged a taxi to pick us up outside the guesthouse and he even arrived early. We couldn’t have asked for more from our stay. It was great!"

"Hotelli sijaitsee aivan kaupungin seinien sisällä, paikka on upea ja suuri, jos haluat joitakin muistomerkiviä kuvia tai vain jäädä mielenkiintoiseen ja eri ympäristössä. Vain kaksi kommenttiamme ovat melu, koska paikka on niin kaunis, turistit tulevat valokuvat yöllä ja se voi saada hieman äänekkäästi, mutta se ei kestä liian myöhäistä, koska valot sammuvat ennen keskiyötä. Ja toiseksi, jos tämä ei ole jotain, mitä pidät, matriisi on erittäin vahva ja se tuntuu lähes kuin olet nukkumassa kiinteässä maassa.Aamiainen on pieni ja yksinkertainen buffet, syömme hyvin. Henkilö, joka oli työssä, oli erittäin avuksi ja toi meille lämmön, kun lämpö ei toimi huoneessamme. Varmasti paikka, jonka suosittelemme, saat paljon halvalla hinnalla ja kaikista kysymyksistä, paikka on kauneus ja sen sijainti enemmän kuin meikki heille."

"這家酒店位置絕佳，步行可達城隍廟與市中心，逛街出行都特別方便。房間乾淨整潔，我們訂的親子房床超大，睡得特別舒服。老闆人帥又熱情貼心，預訂後還幫忙代訂《再見平遙》演出票，每張立減20元。 我們當天自駕到店較晚，老闆提前安排管家在城門口停車場等候幫忙停車；擔心我們趕不上演出，管家主動幫忙把行李送回酒店，老闆還親自開車繞路送我們去西門，十分暖心。 看完演出回到酒店，得知我們衹停留一天，老闆特意手繪了一份遊覽攻略，路線規劃合理，串聯起核心景點，完全不繞路，省心又實用。非常感謝老闆和管家的周到服務，強烈推薦！"

"Just not perfect because there was no luggage rack, or place to land my luggage other than the floor. The hotel is brand new, spacious, very clean and comfortable. 15 minutes walk from the ancient town gate. The young staff struggled with the English communication, but was very open to support. I’m sure it was the best pick for me!"
