半個多月前就在網上尋尋覓覓了好幾天，最後確定潿洲島之旅住宿地為雲宿，最看重的就是雲宿房間和所有用品都非常乾淨衞生，還有預訂的房間在床上就能看到大海。入住後發現確實乾淨衞生，對此次廣西之旅入住不同民宿遭遇到的各種檔次的衞生條件多少有點擔心的我，終於在入住雲宿的當晚睡了一個好覺👍👍👍還有，1號我查閲了天氣預報，顯示10—12號連續陰雨，心裏非常緊張，趕緊聯繫老闆娘想更改行程。老闆娘説你不用擔心，島嶼的天會陰一陣晴一陣，不會一直陰雨連綿，秉着相信專業的人做專業的事的原則，選擇相信了老闆娘，果然，進島的下午，天氣開始放晴，如願觀賞到了美麗的藍天碧海和鱷魚山地址風貌，日落時分在滴水丹屏欣賞了日落🌅，晚上還欣賞了遊客自發的煙火🎇秀。進島之前就請老闆娘幫忙推薦了追鯨之旅，老闆娘推薦了第二天下午五點的航班，也是運氣好，陰冷了一上午的天氣，下午又開始放晴了，下午在陽台上躺着享受近在咫尺的海景時，竟然被熱得趕回了房間😁😁😁下午四點多坐上老闆娘聯繫好的車子去南灣浪街坐遊艇追鯨，看到兩次🐋張嘴和多次噴水，第二日潿洲島之旅圓滿落幕。第三日上午準備前往五彩海灘，五點多看了一下天氣覺得看到日出的可能性不大，於是繼續睡覺到自然醒，慢節奏地起床洗漱，然後出發去五彩灘，幸運之神再次眷顧，我們到達五彩海灘時，天晴了😁😁😁拍了一堆照片，無人機也飛了一次又一次，為第三日的潿洲島之旅劃上了圓滿的句號😁😁😁回到酒店，跟老闆娘聊天，説起這次入住雲宿和潿洲島之旅，得出一個重要結論 那就是聽老闆娘的沒錯！！！😁😁😁對於講究入住品質的朋友們，雲宿是個好選擇，不僅離海近、衞生有保障，老闆娘還特別專業真誠，值得點贊👍👍👍已推薦給有需求的朋友☺️☺️☺️

I loved this hotel! The rooms were nice and clean, I especially liked the style. There is everything you need for comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are always some treats for the guests in the lobby. The location is relatively close to Silver Beach, can even walk there. We stayed on the first floor, next to the lobby and unfortunately it was a bit noisy, because of some of the guests. I complained to the front desk and they helped me to handle it. Even though some guests were loud and inconsiderate about other guests on some days at the quiet hours (between 10pm and 8am), the staff did their best.

Get this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave. Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play. The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way. The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned. The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture) If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe. I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China. However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too. These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host! I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

My recent stay at HaiXuan was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff who made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, with easy access to beach.Everthing was very clean and brand new, What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, always with a smile and a willingness to help. They even transfered us train station for free. If one day i return Beihai i will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend HaiXuan to anyone looking for a top-tier hospitality experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

五星強推！🏠 直接把潿洲島的家安在這兒了！ 環境是真的戳我！離海邊走路幾分鐘，我每天都去打卡看日出，雖然天氣不好，沒看成，但是小貝殼治癒了我！院子打理得特別清爽，種了好多花草，白天曬太陽超愜意，晚上吹海風消消食特別治癒。房間乾淨到發光，床墊軟硬度剛剛好，連洗漱用品都很用心，住着超安心！ 重點誇一下老闆和老闆娘！老闆的手藝簡直是民間大廚水平，看圖説話，老闆娘更是熱情到讓人心裏暖暖的，健談又通透，會聊當地趣聞，也會給超實用的避坑攻略，全程像在和認識了好久的朋友聊天，舒服到不想走！ 在這裏住的兩天，完全不像住民宿，就是來朋友家做客的鬆弛感。老闆老闆娘把客人當家人寵，情緒價值給得足足的！還沒離開潿洲島，我就已經開始懷念這裏的舒適和他們的笑容了！下次來潿洲島，必須鎖死這家，閉眼沖不虧！

Cute little homestay run by very attentive hosts. There’s a small pool and during Chinese holidays it’s best for families with young children. Host speaks some English, is very helpful and friendly and will communicate with you on wechat. Some issues were lack of WiFi, some bed bites although everything looked very clean and the walk to silver beach which although less than 10min, in Aug ’23 wasn’t very pleasant because of construction and large puddles in the alleyways. The breakfast was a nice taste of local specialties but could include some healthier items like vegetables or yoghurt to set you up for the day (chinese breakfasts usually include boiled sweet potatoes, corn and green veg) as it was a lot of rice wraps, dough and jelly cakes. A major plus is the use of the washing machine and dryer which most hotels don't offer.

The homestay is beautifully laid out and much thought has gone into the design. It’s very quiet and relaxing, and has lovely benches and swings outside surrounded by beautiful plants. The owner is very eager to please. You can walk about 10 minutes to get to the beach - the beach and the park next to it is beautiful and stretches for miles. When I stayed in March/April, the weather was miserable and cold so I didn’t make use of the pool. One thing to keep in mind, is that this is a homestay catering to Chinese people - that means breakfast is standard Chinese and the mattress on the bed is also Chinese-firm. Neither of the owners speak English, but you can add the lady on Wechat to communicate with her. Being a homestay means less crowds and more relaxing. The owner was very kind to refund me one night when I decided to shorten my stay due to the crappy weather. I really appreciate that she was flexible and accommodating with this.

這次入住體驗簡直超棒！從前台小高，小靜，小嬌，熱情高效的辦理入住，到客房服務人員貼心地整理房間、補充用品，都讓人倍感温馨。房間乾淨整潔，設施一應俱全，床品舒適得讓我一夜好眠。酒店位置便利，出行方便。下次來這邊一定還選這家，強烈推薦給大家！

I stayed for two nights (originally three). Unfortunately there were no ferry getting there in the first day, therefore I was just able to stay there for two nights. In the end, they offered me to refund one of my nights, which was very nice of them. The room was nice, clean and very silent (except of the AC). the stuff was friendly and the hotel had a great pickup service. The hotel is a great place to chill and calming down. There are even some Restaurants and Shops close by (10 Minute walk) and the beach is just a few meters from your room, therefore directly at the hotel. (1minute walk). I truly can recommend this hotel. 😊

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel but I would not recommend to non-Chinese unless they are really well enculturated - some of the staff attitudes and practices were very ”local.”  It was a great location for an old-fashioned, relaxing, few days by the sea, easy walking distance of the Old Town, Underwater World, Golden Beach and directly on the sea front promenade.  Breakfasts were solidly local with little variation and the only drink was hot soy milk (we got our morning caffeine fix at the friendly Keyhole Cafe close by.  And I agree with the other reviews about the wonderfully comfortable beds and bedding.
