"Location: OK. It’s a bit far from the city center, but transportation is well developed, so it’s not a problem. The sea-view rooms are quiet, and the new buildings being constructed below were not operating during our stay.
Room: Small. It feels a bit tight for four people. Since the hotel is new, the room is clean, and the materials and furnishings are of good quality.
Breakfast: Good, with a reasonable variety of choices.
One thing we would like to mention: we hope the swimming pool could be made free of charge, as it is shared with the neighboring hotel under the same group.
Instead of providing three vouchers that are not really useful, it would be much better to offer free access to the swimming pool. We kindly ask the management to consider this suggestion."

"We had a great stay. The location was ideal for walks along the lovely beach. It was easy to find cheap and wholesome food. The breakfast was excellent with really friendly workers and excellent choice. The gate workers were friendly. The room had all the facilities necessary to stay for a week, I liked the nearby guest laundry. The view was fantastic. Most of all Xiao Luo was brilliant, helping us at every occasion. Would recommend. Shame the pool was closed as it was advertised to stay open until the end of November."

"房間面積很小，唯一的優勢就是距離沙灘很近。
但服務挺一般的，前廳餐廳都很冷漠，完全沒有笑容，公事公辦，懶得搭理的樣子。早餐沒找到荷包蛋説了幾次也都沒人搭理，水煮蛋蛋白是發黃的，口感也很差，水果每天都是沙糖桔小番茄，很敷衍。服務員看着在巡視，其實在走神，眼裡沒活，也不熱情。
這是去廣西住的第四家酒店，也是唯一一家一定要收小孩早餐費的酒店。收也就算了，還挺貴，早餐也一般。
房間設備比較老舊，桌子的大理石上有黃黃的污漬看上去積了很久了，是自己拿個紙掛掉的，就是沒好好打掃，噁心。電視機非常老式也比較小，居然沒法投屏。陽台有個晾衣架還很實用，可惜太矮了，掛衣服褲子裙子得拖地了。"

"This was my second time checking in for this new homestay. The boss is very kind to pick me up from the Beihai jetty after I returned from my trip to Weizhou island. The room is very clean and beautifully decorated. He was also very responsive when I requested slippers and clothes hangers. This Homestay hotel is strategically located near the silver beach. I strongly recommend travellers or tourists stay here to see the beautiful homestay place and the boss is also kind enough to allow cooking in the kitchen. I also did my sweet and sour pork and chicken meats in my first 2 days stay here. I gave the boss and this homestay place considered 5 stars for the best value for money."

BBubbleChimpCute little homestay run by very attentive hosts. There’s a small pool and during Chinese holidays it’s best for families with young children. Host speaks some English, is very helpful and friendly and will communicate with you on wechat.
Some issues were lack of WiFi, some bed bites although everything looked very clean and the walk to silver beach which although less than 10min, in Aug ’23 wasn’t very pleasant because of construction and large puddles in the alleyways. The breakfast was a nice taste of local specialties but could include some healthier items like vegetables or yoghurt to set you up for the day (chinese breakfasts usually include boiled sweet potatoes, corn and green veg) as it was a lot of rice wraps, dough and jelly cakes. A major plus is the use of the washing machine and dryer which most hotels don't offer.

環境是真的戳我！離海邊走路幾分鐘，我每天都去打卡看日出，雖然天氣不好，沒看成，但是小貝殼治癒了我！院子打理得特別清爽，種了好多花草，白天曬太陽超愜意，晚上吹海風消消食特別治癒。房間乾淨到發光，床墊軟硬度剛剛好，連洗漱用品都很用心，住着超安心！
重點誇一下老闆和老闆娘！老闆的手藝簡直是民間大廚水平，看圖説話，老闆娘更是熱情到讓人心裏暖暖的，健談又通透，會聊當地趣聞，也會給超實用的避坑攻略，全程像在和認識了好久的朋友聊天，舒服到不想走！
在這裏住的兩天，完全不像住民宿，就是來朋友家做客的鬆弛感。老闆老闆娘把客人當家人寵，情緒價值給得足足的！還沒離開潿洲島，我就已經開始懷念這裏的舒適和他們的笑容了！下次來潿洲島，必須鎖死這家，閉眼沖不虧！

VVieraskäyttäjä整體從環境到房間都很滿意，泳池旁邊還有一顆楊桃樹，店裡有網勾，想吃的話隨便勾；泳池的另一邊是一顆菠蘿蜜樹，上面剛剛結了一些超小的果實，果實成熟要到六月啦～
送的歡迎水果是沃柑和聖女果，都很好吃。
早餐很贊，都是套餐，不夠了可以加，衹要不浪費就行。三明治搭配的牛奶，每日堅果，紅薯和玉米；麪雖然是清湯麪，但是味道很好，還配了九宮格小菜；粥我們沒點，不過也是搭配的九宮格小菜，還有饅頭和雞蛋。

VVieraskäyttäjäGet this hotel!!! We were supposed to stay for a night and then decide what to do - we ended up staying 3 nights and were very sad to leave.
Every so often when you travel your hotel experience significantly improved your holiday - this was one of those cases! First of all the basics, we were looking for a nice family friendly hotel walking distance from the beach - and this certainly fit that category. The rooms are fine, you could see the sea from the windows, comfortable beds, pretty clean, slippers, plenty of towels, wifi everywhere etc. There was also a small playground for small kids and hammocks (picture) etc which was cool, we also saw mahjong tables, but didn't have the time to play.
The hotel is located near a fairly large field, filled with exotic birds, butterflies and crickets etc. There were also geckos everywhere (love them), but we didn't see any inside the room. There were some mosquitos outside on the terrace (don't love them), but the repellent took care of those and we didn't have any in our rooms. Felt like you were near nature, in a good way.
The kids loved to play on the beach, it's great for sand castles (the hotel had buckets and shovels free of charge) and searching for crabs, fish, shells, sea snails etc... The moms loved it too, especially to walk around and explore during low tide. (the hotel also provided equipment to catch crabs and other sea creatures etc if you wanted to - they also had a service to cook them for you) We especially enjoyed playing under a nearby pier during low tide to avoid getting badly sunburned.
The supermarket across the street sell dozens of single malt whiskys and beer from all over the world (they also have ice cream and other stuff) - and the dads recommend the roof terrace for that after the kids are asleep. (picture)
If you know how to ride a scooter/ebike they rent them across the road too, and it's the best way to explore the island. The small roads (almost devoid of cars) were awesome to drive on, just remember to stay safe.
I don't usually care much about breakfast, but the included breakfast was great! (picture) The kitchen staff was also super laid-back about the whole thing - this whole hotel radiated a very laid back tropical island feel that made you forget you were in China.
However the reason I write this review is because of the owner. (last picture) (I'm not sure if he speaks English though, but I'm sure you'll manage) Super chill guy! Immediately after booking he contacted us to arrange the transport from the boat. He helped us buy tickets for the trip back. He was willing to come and pick us up at any time if we got lost on the island. He had great recommendations about basically everything, and whenever we made plans we were sure to ask for his advice. He was basically always reachable over wechat too.
These are just some of the things that he didn't have to provide, but did (or offered): unlimited cold drinking water, ice, proper glasses, a coffee grinder, buckets, shovels, hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, aloe vera plants, flashlights, mosquito repellent etc etc and it feels like we only scratched the surface. It feels like whenever I asked him for something he always had a solution that exceeded my expectations. Great host!
I've traveled to almost 100 countries and while this wasn't the fanciest hotel I've stayed in by any means, this was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I've ever had. If anyone I know plans to visit this island I will for sure recommend this place.

LLawcchThis homestay hotel is an excellent choice for me and other travellers who like to explore Weizhou island. Mr Lin is the owner who ensures the guests feel welcomed and comfortable staying. He is a kind and generous guy who takes effort and time to send me to the scenic areas because he cares for his guest's safety as I don't really know the places and traffic conditions in the island. The location of this homestay is about 1.5 km away from the island passenger jetty and hawker stalls. He also provides scenic areas of island exploration tips. He even waited for me to pick up from and drop off at the passenger jetty when I arrived and departed the island. The hygiene or cleanliness of the room and toilet is top level. I highly recommend to all travellers to stay at this homestay which offers the best value for money.

WWonderer in this worldExcellent service - the hotel staff organised a pickup from the pier for us, provided information about a natural phenomenon that was happening on the island while we were there (blue plankton蓝眼泪 or ”blue tears”).
The location is perfect, very close to the beach and away from crowds. There is a lovely man living in front of the hotel and renting scooters. You can rent one from him and explore the island.
The only drawback is the walls are very thin and you can hear people outdoors and in the corridor. Also, the smell in the room is a bit musty.

No daily room service , the hotel is clean but don't expect any will come to clean the room , you need to do it by yourself
Towels are not available, they provide 2 small towels , no one came to provide new one next day.. come ready
We find around there is other hotels , more nearer to the beach and with swimming pool.. next time will not come to this one , will book another
Family who run the business are nice , they tired to help , I think they can do much better if they have more regular cleaning service and add simple breakfast

In total , wasn't bad experience, as if you come , you will only sty at the hotel to sleep and the rest of the day at the water
