"Stayed at Sunshine Bay · Westside Homestay and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless and quiet, the location is convenient for transit and the host was very warm, very responsive, and very helpful. Great value—would definitely stay again!"

"I called the hotel before my flight to ask about the shuttle bus service, and the girl who answered was like a robot in her answers and didn't seem interested in giving me very detailed or friendly answers. I was a little worried about finding the bus and asked if there was anything I needed to know about how to find the bus, and instead of explaining that the bus would have the name of the hotel on it (which was the case in the end, but isn't always the case in my experience- and I have travelled a lot) she just very robotically said to go to the charter pick up area. The shuttle bus was the main reason I booked this hotel, and I was a little bit choked by this interaction. The room was okay, it was clean, but confusingly unlit. The only light connected to a switch in the room was by the door, the rest of the room was lit only by 4 lamps (one of which didn't work) and it was incredibly dark in the room, even in the morning hours after the sun rose. The comforter on the bed was just a piece of batting sandwhiched in between two white flat sheets rather than a duvet cover. It would have been a nice service to have brought me a toothbrush to my room when I called down to the front desk and requested one, instead they made me come to the front desk in my pajamas for one. The hallways stunk of **** covered up by perfume. The guy who checked me in was nice and friendly, even though he had a lineup of people waiting to check in late at night and that must have been a little stressful for him. Overall, I felt the customer service at this hotel could be improved. Even if $120/night is not wildly expensive for Vancouver, it's still a lot of money, and the customer service doesn't need to suffer as a result."

"Hotel a bit outdated, soundproofing not very good. But apart from that, everything went well, location is in a safe and convenient place for public transpo. Cozy room. Only wish 2 things were available: slippers (bec the floor becomes very cold) and drinking water."

"Staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. The room was amazing, great view and very clean and quiet. We loved the complimentary coffee! My only complaint is paying 30$ for parking overnight. I feel like if i’m paying almost 300$ for one overnight stay parking should be free. Otherwise everything was perfect!"

"I got a very great stay for 5nights at Accent Inns Vancouver Airports Hotel. First of all, the cleanliness is not like some bad comment on the google review or any other hotel apps, it was super clean and the bed and pillow is so comfortable which make me have a very good sleep every single night without waking up. And there is airport shuttle which make me save on Uber, besides there is a bus stop walk for 4min, and nearby have McDonald, 10min walking distance to A&W, and the hotel have great great coffee, hot chocolate, and tea serve for 24hour🤭"

"Perfect location and value for money! Just in the heart of Granville Toronto Downtown and few steps away from line train stations. Huge selection of food chains everywhere. Very accommodating staff and will consider booking again here!"

"Service was good, room was clean and well equipped, although short on coffee pods. The decor was dated as were all appliances and fixtures. Chairs and coach were all low (not good for a bad back), the toilet was also old and low. Best feature was close proximity to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Worst ”feature” was being told the room had a king bed, but no, just a queen. The isn't the only hotel that misrepresents their beds, what an annoying trend. The onsite restaurant pub is very average. Fries were greasy but my Buffalo Chicken Wrap and my wife's Bacon & Tomato Soup were ok. Service in the restaurant was excellent, very helpful waitress."

"About a 20 minute drive from the airport and close to the bus station. The owner is kind, the room was clean and everything you needed was available. The owner was also always available and was able to give recommendations for things to do in Vancouver. The only improvement I would give is more options for breakfast but the main area was comfortable. Overall, great experience with zero issues."
