"Very good and budget-friendly hotel near Hue Palace. The front desk lady in Ao Dai is courteous and very professional in handling guests. The room is clean and bed quality is nice. I had very good sleep in the quiet environment. Breakfast is excellent with several Hue local dishes available as buffet. The only problem is the alignment of bathroom things. The towels are placed too near from the shower and it becomes easily wet if I take shower. And shampoo and shower gel bottles are far away beyond toilet and I first didn't even understand they were shampoo bottles, and I had to bring those bottles to the shower room for taking bath. They should swap the places of towels and shampoo bottles. Other amenities are no problem."

"We traveled from Da Nang to Hue for this stay. Since the hotel is newly opened, all the facilities, equipment, and decor felt brand new and pristine.
Because we were on a tight two-day schedule, we utilised their luggage storage service. When we returned late around 9 PM, we were pleased to find they had already safely moved our bags into our room. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, especially the kind older gentleman.
I really enjoyed the minimalist and earthy aesthetic of the room. However, there was a design flaw: one of the windows could not be fully closed. Unfortunately, this allowed mosquitoes and small bugs to enter the room at night.
While the hotel does not provide breakfast, the location is excellent, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants for meals."

"This has been our favourite accomodation to date. Staff have been amazing. We arrived earlier than expected from an overnight bus (ie 4.30am!!) and we were able to drop off our bags before wandering around the city of Hue as it woke up. We were then able to check in early (around 9am) without any extra charge (lucky our room was available!) so we could have a nap before lunch!
Clean room with all we needed. We did have opening windows but no view but we got what we paid for and was in a relatively (we are in Vietnam!) quiet little side street close to walking street (but away from loud music etc). Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was made to order and delicious (can have as much as you like… recommend the mango smoothies 😊)"

"Khách sạn trang bị thiết bị đầy đủ và rất mới. Bố trí phòng tốt nên mặc dù diện tích nhỏ nên phòng vẫn không quá chật. Điểm cộng lớn nhất là nhân viên rất dễ thương và nhiệt tình. Vị trí cũng rất tốt gần chợ Đông Ba và sông Hương. Có thể qua kinh thành rất nhanh. Vị trí mặt tiền đường dễ tìm. Có đầy đủ phòng gym và bar.
Phòng thiết kế mở với kính lớn tuy nhiên view phòng ngủ và phòng tắm lại trực diện với khách sạn kế bên nên rất thiếu riêng tư. Đồ ăn sáng đầy đủ các món âu á tuy nhiên không quá xuất sắc.
Điểm yếu lớn nhất là giường kích thước nhỏ dài tầm 2m nên có thể quá ngắn so với một số người. Bể bơi cũng nhỏ đủ ngâm mình.
Overall thì trải nghiệm ở đây tốt. Recommend mọi người book với giá hợp lý."

We loved staying at Lumiere. Very modern and they were wonderful when we realised we had left our passports in the house after we had checked out. Very helpful. One downside was the pin numbers to get into each bedroom. We had to leave the doors ajar so that we could get into our children's room at night.
Also the house didn't have very hot water so the big beautiful bath wasn't as lovely and warm as I could have been.
The master bedroom was so luxurious.
Overall we loved our time here. Will be back if we visit Hue again!

A hidden gem in Hue. Very central to everything but as it just down a side street, it's very private and quiet. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe and I was taken very good care of by staff and owners who were all very kind and helpful.. They even upgraded me to a larger room with a balcony for free! The room and bathroom is very big and also very clean. Great price point for a budget traveller. Bonus is they also have a lift!!! I highly recommend and would stay there again next time I am in Hue.

全体的にとても良いと思います。まずフロントに日本語を話せる方がいます。といってもホテルとして用意しているというわけではなく、ただ個人的に日本に滞在したことがあるからだそうです。なので日本語を話せる方は1人だけで常駐してるかは分かりませんが、フエのツアーやバスの予約をとるときに日本語が使えるのはかなり楽だと思います。あと料金がめっちゃ安い。私の滞在では一泊700円ちょいでした。すごく助かります。この値段で設備も充実しており、シャワー、トイレ等は問題なく使えるし、コンセントもしっかりしていてガタつきませんでした。あと珍しくキッチンがあり、市場で買った果物や魚介類を調理したりできます。立地も良くて便利なので、文句なしです。おすすめします。

Strategically located at the central where the bus dropped off and close proximity to most of the attractions.
The room is huge and clean, bed is comfortable, the water pressure from the shower is amazing! I had a great shower! There's even a place for you to dry your clothes in the room. And a mini fridge.
There's bike rental service and tour booking service. Good rate when you stayed there. They even offer long term rental~
The staff are nice and warm, very cheerful.

The location is a little outside of the main part of Hue and is more rural as a result. The drain did not properly work in the bathroom so the floor was wet for a very long time. I had multiple cockroaches and ants invade my bathroom products as there is a vented window that never closes. A decent spot for solo travelers, but warnings to those expecting a standard hotel experience.

A new, simple hotel in the heart of Hue. It’s not trying to be anything it’s not. You order breakfast the day before but it is made fresh in the morning, there is a good selection to choose from. A nice pool on the sixth floor (although we found it a little heavy on the chlorine). All in all for price this is a great little hotel.

The hostel was clean and the rooms were very well designed.
The staff was friendly.
The location was in the middle of the touristy area so it can be kinda loud around.
We had a bad experience with doing laundry in the place though, we're backpacking and going around Vietnam on our motorcycle, and we needed to have almost all of our stuff washed as we've been on the road for a while, the rate was 80k for 5kg, we sent in 5.4 kg and got charged 100k, while getting dressed for adventure next morning we found out that all clothes that had a stain on them had the same exact stains and even more stains from detergent (one of the jackets had a sticker on it, and when we got it back it still had the sticker so idk if it was even washed), we sent them back again, got them back later and they were still very unclean and had the same stains on them, I talked to the staff but my issue was not resolved and I had to do laundry again in the next city.
It was kinda wasteful for our time and money tbh, but otherwise the place was nice.

I stayed in a single room, which was very clean and had a hot shower. Overall, it was a great stay. Lee was incredibly helpful and provided useful advice on anything I needed. The rest of the staff were also polite and accommodating. One staff member even brought my bicycle inside the hotel at night for added security, which I really appreciated.
The hotel offers a range of services. I used the laundry service, which was excellent, and booked a shuttle bus to Hoi An, and everything went smoothly.
The only downside was the noise. Renovations were underway, and work started at 7:30 AM, even on Sundays, which was quite disruptive. Hopefully, the renovations will be completed soon.

Spent 3 days at Leranda, we arrived early and left pretty late due to our flight but the host helped us to look out for our luggage. The whole stay was amazing, we felt like home staying here. Location is right in the Pedestrian street, however it stays apart from all the noise which makes it a hidden gem for solo travelers. Breakfast was so amazing, we did not skip a meal here. The homestay also offers bike renting, it’s a little pricey comparing to other places but considering the convenience and the bike’s condition, it’s acceptable for us. Would definitely choosing Leranda again if we come back to Hue next time!

We booked rooms for 1 night only, but faced multiple problems.
1. They rent bikes till midnight only! But nobody told us that information. And the next day in the early morning (7.40 am) I got a message from a reception with ”if you keep bikes now we are going to charge you for one more day”. Day before I asked at reception ”should we bring bikes back before chekout” and answer was OK! So remember that you have to bring it till midnight, if you rent for 1 day only. Otherwise they tell you that you rent for more than 1 day! And probably no one is going to say you this information before.
2. I paid all the prices online, but at checkout they asked me to pay by cash... So actually it was kinda annoying, cause we waited for a taxi, but i had to explain that I already paid online.
3. So there were few little mistakes/misunderstandings. For example my friends ordered breakfast while check-in, but tomorrow morning stuff said ”you didn't order breakfast” and stuff like that. Small problems, but it was a lot of them
But my room was nice, clean and with a perfect view.
The area is quiet and calm, but not much food around, you have to drive/walk for it.
