"One of the best value for money hostels in the area. I stayed in a private room that was very spacious. It also included small but pretty balcony which was as nice surprise. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom also was clean. The only two slight negatives being that it’s around a 25 minute walk to the centre , so you kind of have to commit if your going to pop their for the day but large issue if you enjoy a walk. Secondly the walls were a little thin and my bedroom was located next to the shared bathroom so I’d sometimes wake up in the morning to the sound of people on the toilet. Besides that on the whole was a good hostel."

"一般的なホテルの広い敷地内にあるホステルで、チェックインなどはすべてホテル側でします。徒歩1分くらいです。ホステルはとても清潔でベッドもしっかりとした快適なベッドでした。 シャワールームやトイレも清潔です。グランドフロアが個室タイプ、2階がドミトリーのようです。私が滞在した時はゲストがかなり少なく大変静かで快適に過ごすことができました。 初日はグランドフロアに3組ほどのゲストがいたので廊下での声や足音が聞こえてきたり、トイレの使い方が悪かったのか不潔でした。2日目3日目はグランドフロアが貸切状態だったので静かでトイレも清潔でした。 困ったのはヘアドライヤーがなかったことです。シャワールームにも部屋にもなく貸し出しもしていないため、シャワー後は自然乾燥必須です。長い髪の毛の人は風邪を引かないように気を付けてください。 建物は入るとすぐに暖かく、部屋もとても綺麗で暖かかったです。半袖で過ごすことができます。リネン交換は依頼すればしてくれます。私は一式もらっておいて好きなタイミングで自分で交換しました。 ホテル側に行けばティーサービスがありましたが、なぜか3日目になくなっていました。レセプションでお湯をもらいました。レセプションスタッフさんはとても親切です。 公共交通機関から遠い、とありましたがクラクフ中央駅（Kraków Glowny）から125番のバスに乗るとほぼホテルの目の前に到着してかなり便利です。トラムよりも125のバスが近くて便利です。トラムでもバスでも料金はPLN4です。 またクラクフに滞在するならここに泊まります。とても良かったです。"

The on-site café serves great coffee and snacks. While basic, facilities met my needs. Perfect for those seeking a clean, centrally-located spot to explore Poland without breaking the bank."

"This hostel is very comfortable and is in the center of downtown and only 1.3 kilometers away from the main railway station. Each bed has a locker with a key to store your stuff which is great. The bad thing is the shower area is small if you are a tall or a bit muscular or overweight individual. You feel like you have no hand or leg room. Also the beds are not that comfortable."

"Was there for one week .very small hostel and very bad service . I was staying there for 7days which never fulling booked and my bed was up and I asked can they change for me .I waited two night get changed and I went to out when I get back the reception asked me to change my own bed sheet I was shocked but don't want to argue because I know I cannot get my money back.if I didn't booked for 7days I will just walked out. One girl checked I talked here about it. She said her bed was dirty and before she live she take of the pillow cover and bed cover she said she want to make sure when next one come can have clean one.hopefully out side of the reception steps never been cleaned very dirty .. The cleaner tell people don't work around when she cleans quite funny to be honest.she is cleaning for few mins and stop go eat.if u only stay one night u will not noticed for that . Only two good points one is kitchen breakfast was good. Location is very good too ."

"Tämä hotelli on vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rautatieasemalta, mutta koska se on niin suuri ja sijaitsee ostoskeskuksen sisällä, tulimme ulos väärästä ovesta. Käyttääksemme toista ovea meidän piti kulkea koko rautatieaseman läpi. Niinpä otimme taksin hotellille. Seuraavat päivät sujuivat ongelmitta. Pääsimme kävelemään rautatieasemalle ja linja-autoasemalle ja jopa ottamaan bussin Auschwitzin keskitysleirille ja suolakaivoksille. Vanhakaupunki on kävelymatkan päässä. Hotellihuoneet ovat pieniä, mutta yksinkertaisia ja moderneja. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja puhuu sujuvaa englantia. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kuuman ja kylmän veden annostelija. Ateriat voi nauttia rautatieasemalla tai lähistön ravintoloissa."

"Let's start with address; difficult to find even people living there could not find it easily. The entrance is disguised by some lady selling various objects.(see photo) You have to be mind reader to find your room and bed as receptionist doesn't move her ass to show, instead mentions the wrong door with a punch code(it is obvious that it happened before as the code is still on the punch pad). The correct pad is actually on the handle of the next door that you need magnifier to find it ,if it is your first time. Then writes down 1/1/1/ which is supposed to be 1st door,1st bed and 1st locker. Skip this hostel if you are light and early sleeper as the tram line passes next door and it turns is quite curvy so the nise is quite annoying and happenes periodically. There is also noise from wooden floor and bed brames each time you move, Basically you have tiptoe to in order to make less noise. However, the major drawback is the bathroom cailities rather the lack of it only one bathroom for so many guests. I had to wait more than one hour and eventually gave up. On the plus side, it has great location only few minutes to the old town centre. It also is quite clean. For the price you pay which is about half the average hotel, next time I would definitely stay in a hotel. It is your choice."

"When I booked the reservation there seemed no choice for a single gender room. I thought maybe they will arrange so in fact, but I actually got a mixed gender room. This should not be blamed on the hostel of course because I did not confirm that when I checked in. So this is an advice for the future clients that if you want a single gender room, make sure to ask for one when checking in. Otherwise you may get a stinky room after waking up. Overall it’s a nice place. It’s within walkable distance to all attractions (for me). The view on the street was also very nice!"
