"Clean hotel with clean room. Good hairdryer, dries hair quickly. Good tv and comfortable bed. Many eateries all around the hotel vicinity, there’s also a laundry shop near the hotel. Massage shops also just next door. Easy check in and check out. Eco hotel because the toiletries are in permanent bottles so zero waste on toiletries that way. Toothbrush and coffee available at the reception to take if needed. There’s lift at hotel for easy floors access. However the toilet is really very small and the arrangement of toilet bowl and sink is quite uncomfortable, too tight a space. Also the shower head angle is very bad and difficult to adjust. Bad toilet experience due to the layout of toilet and facilities. Other than that, it’s quite a nice stay"

"The location was strategic with a lot of eateries, convenience shops and located next to Regency Hospital. I checked-in late night and found that the curtain hooks were broken. I called the guy in the reception to fix also mentioned to him that my room has a bit of faulty smell. He came up immediately to fix the curtain hooks and passed me the air freshener for the room. I stayed for one night and left early morning for my meeting. Overall, my stay was Ok."

"The check-in counter staff was very friendly and helpful. The family room we had -- Rm # 201 was spacious and clean.The bed was very comfortable.The room was surprisingly quiet; maybe it was because it was a cul-de-sac room. Bathroom was basic but clean. The only thing I dislike was the shower head, which had a spray setting so spread out that caused us to take longer to shower. The bidet water pressure so strong that it's 'hard to use. If the hotel could fix these two problems, it would have sweeten the deal even more. The room cost around $37 at the time of my booking. Overall the hotel makes a good choice in this price range for a one to two nights' stay. P.S. The hotel is located very near to Aeon, where an overhead bridge leads to the other side of the road with lots of f&b offerings."

"We booked a Premium King Room for one night. The room was clean and came with basic amenities such as disposable slippers, toiletries, TV, small desk for work, dining / coffee table for two, safety box and mini fridge. There’s also plenty of parking space just outside the hotel, and a nice western food store within walking distance. Check-in was at 3 PM and check-out at 12 PM. The front desk operates 24/7, and the staff were friendly and able to speak both Malay and English, which made communication easy. There’s also cctv installed along the walkway outside the room. However, there was no hair dryer provided in the room. The biggest downside was the room location. We were given the last room facing the main road , and it was extremely noisy. We could clearly hear cars and motorcycles passing by throughout the night. I only managed to fall asleep around 4–5 AM due to the constant noise. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but the road noise seriously affected our rest. If you're a light sleeper, we recommend requesting a room away from the roadside."

"As an environmental conscious person. It is good to see that the hotel didn't provide the small cleaning items such as disposable toothbrush and small tooth paste. All the necessary items are provided. It is unfortunate that there is a electricity black out in my room before 8.30am and not fix by 10.30am when I came back. But the staff provided me another room before my check out at 12 noon. As I need to use electricity. The staff are friendly. Worth to stay there for non fussy people."

"Good for a short stay.Not much attractions nearby,but good choices of restaurant within walking distance.Comfortable bed and room size is reasonable with the price."
