The host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one. This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did. We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

trip time: 16feb-17feb 2026. As a rider, I didnt expect the security guard to be so friendly and polite during my trip. i arrived at the hotel to verify whether there is motorcycle parking. yes indeed , even for motorcycle - i could just use the roadside parking but probably due to my phobia or unfamiliarity as a foreigner with the place. So, SGreans welcome over here, is safe! Despite not booking the hotel at that point of time yet, the security remain polite and patient when i try to ask for shelter as it was raining. Yes, once inside the lobby, i immediately went to buy drinks for the guard and book a room immediately. well , i book through 3rd party app seems to be a increase in 10+ sgd but is fine can afford it - moral of this sentence is book early. The receptionist is welcoming, smiling:) They speak fluent English, wasted should come work in SG. facilities wise considered sufficient- didn't manage to use their facilities . spacious room which includes a working desk, mini chair. what they emphasize was their pillow, was more comfortable than their hardened bed. given 4 pillows just for 1 person. yes, i slept on the pillows instead of bed. for those that driving or riding, this hotel is very accessible via the highway. less than 100-200metres away. shopping facilities and eateries are all nearby. Overall, the experience was quite pleasant, and the staff were all very friendly. I didn’t see any slippers in the room, but you can collect them from the front desk in the G lobby. The room provided a directory of nearby shopping areas and restaurants, and I really liked the scent of the shampoo they offered. The room was fairly clean, though the shower facilities may need some maintenance since the showerhead couldn’t stay in place. I also noticed reviews mentioning that the hot water wasn’t warm enough. Honestly, if you expect very hot water for showering, that might not be realistic. But for me, it was still warm and usable, and overall the bathroom was clean. The room had a nice view, and there was a chair by the window where you could sit and watch the egrets. The TV was somewhat disappointing, as it only offered local channels with limited options and no access to other networks. Another thing worth mentioning is that some earlier reviews said the air-conditioning wasn’t cold enough and was noisy. My experience was the opposite—it was definitely cold. Even with the temperature set to 21°C, it still felt chilly, though it was comfortable once I was under the blanket. The bed was comfortable, but the bedsheets may need to be replaced, since white fabric makes any stains very noticeable. I unexpectedly fell asleep early and had a very restful night. In the morning, I definitely didn’t want to miss breakfast, since that was one of the things I was looking forward to. The selection was quite good, though the drinks felt a bit limited for me. The rooftop sky garden had no lighting at night, so I decided not to go up. Before checking out in the morning, I went to take a look. The space isn’t very big, and it’s a pity that much of the view is blocked by wooden decorations, though the other side has a nice open view. There’s also a small lounge area in the G lobby with drinks and snacks. Drinks naturally attract ants, so I did notice some—but it was still within expectations. We booked a Premium King Room for one night. The room was clean and came with basic amenities such as disposable slippers, toiletries, TV, small desk for work, dining / coffee table for two, safety box and mini fridge. There’s also plenty of parking space just outside the hotel, and a nice western food store within walking distance. Check-in was at 3 PM and check-out at 12 PM. The front desk operates 24/7, and the staff were friendly and able to speak both Malay and English, which made communication easy. There’s also cctv installed along the walkway outside the room. However, there was no hair dryer provided in the room. The biggest downside was the room location. We were given the last room facing the main road , and it was extremely noisy. We could clearly hear cars and motorcycles passing by throughout the night. I only managed to fall asleep around 4–5 AM due to the constant noise. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but the road noise seriously affected our rest. If you're a light sleeper, we recommend requesting a room away from the roadside.

The neighborhood around the hotel is really good especially if you're looking for a quiet yet convenient one because there are a lot of food/drink stores including MacDonald right in front of the hotel, convenience stores like 7/11, Family Mart and even a gym in front of the hotel as well. Both the room and bathroom are quite spacious and clean also. Another good thing is that the hotel not only give new water bottles on every housekeeping but also has a water dispenser at the lobby for everyone to refill water anytime. The only bad thing I experienced was that the rooms are not that sound-proof at all since I can hear the guests speaking from the room beside us at night and early in the morning as well. Overall, the hotel seems reasonable for the price with its location and cleanliness for me.

Although bed sheet, pillow are clean but it is noticeable that those have been use for long time. Overall stay is pleasant and cleanliness is well maintained.

The location was strategic with a lot of eateries, convenience shops and located next to Regency Hospital. I checked-in late night and found that the curtain hooks were broken. I called the guy in the reception to fix also mentioned to him that my room has a bit of faulty smell. He came up immediately to fix the curtain hooks and passed me the air freshener for the room. I stayed for one night and left early morning for my meeting. Overall, my stay was Ok.

Understood they just open for the open market recently, probably not really ready yet to welcome guest. Informed the hotel receptionist on things to improve. Facility is relatively old but clean but got some fungus as seem on the wall between toilet and room. Breakfast is semi buffet Got washing machine and dryer for 2 bedroom type. Might return again to see if any improvement. Location wise is suitable if got car.
