Very nice and helpful people. Because of my different phone number used, I did not get the check-in procedure from them but lucky enough we arrived during the housekeeping time and met a very nice cleaning lady to help us contact the staffs and sorted everything out. Very nice and clean room with all amenities needed even with free coffee and water in the minibar. It looks just like how the photos displayed on the website. Fast and easy check in and check out. Free luggage locker in the apartment before check in and after check out. Location is pretty good, Metro M4 that goes directly to LIN airport is just around the corner and it takes only 15 min by foot to the city. But the mobile signal in the building is a bit weak, if the cleaning lady did not allow us to use the wifi, it’d be difficult for us to use our own mobile data to open the doors.

I could not recommend this wonderful hotel more highly ! I had a single room which was newly renovated and seemed larger then the advertised size. Appreciated the in-room safe and fridge, as well as the strong internet. My room faced into the spacious internal courtyard (see pic) so was very quiet. Enjoyed the guest break-out area with complementary coffee machine and water (see pic). A special shout-out to the excellent staff for their help with information about all things Milano!! Many many dining options within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. My only regret being that I was only there for one night! An excellent hotel in every way!!

The room, bed, bedsheets, and bathroom were all spotlessly clean—truly the cleanest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff at reception were incredibly kind, sweet, and helpful, which made the experience even better. I was welcomed with a coupon for free drink and had the chance to join a fun painting event where I got to take home my own painted tote bag. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. Was an excellent experience with everything you need. Even when you go to the pool you receive a special Towel. The bonus was the cart taking you back and forth to the train station. Highly recommend

IF you don't mind a hotel room in the same building as student dorms, the hotel is cool. The rooms are large, the ac is actually one of the best I've found in Europe (but don't take that to mean it will be chilly by any means), the showers are excellent and walk in, there is plenty of space to store and sort open luggage, room and surfaces to work, good lighting and fair, firm beds that are so-so comfortable, albeit great if you like firm. Also, there is 24 hr food and drink options and friendly staff. It's a bit tricky to find so I recommend you do a Google Earth view to know what you're looking for. Signs are there, but they are small, distant from the street, and if you're carrying luggage from the metro and getting tired and hot, they are easy to miss. But great, comfortable, cool rooms. I'd book again for sure.

Täällä on kaksi aamiaisvaihtoehtoa: 8 € ja 4 €. Valitsin 4 €:n vaihtoehdon, mutta mitään ei tapahtunut hetkeen. Hänen naispuolinen kollegansa, jonka englanti ei ollut kovin sujuvaa, otti maksun ja antoi minulle kahvin. Myöhemmin he antoivat minulle tyhjän paperipussin aamiaiseksi. Kun aloin käyttää pussia, miesjohtaja kertoi minulle toistuvasti, että aamiainen sisälsi vain ”yhden kahvin ja yhden croissantin”, hän sanoi sen ainakin kolme kertaa. Vastasin myös, että olin saanut tyhjän pussin eikä croissantia ollenkaan. Sen sijaan, että hän olisi selittänyt kohteliaasti tai ratkaissut ongelman, hän vain toisti itseään ja käveli pois tekemättä mitään. Hyvä hostelli Milanon keskustassa, lähellä päärautatieasemaa. 20 minuutin kävelymatka katedraalille. Huoneet ovat siistejä, mutta tunkkaisia, ei ilmastointia. Suosittelen, jos sinun täytyy viipyä Milanossa muutaman päivän.

The best thing about this hostel is its location, just one stop from Lampugnano Bus Station. However, I didn’t really like the hostel as it gave off a creepy vibe. The walk from the station is very quiet, though you can trust Google Maps to guide you. The hostel is tucked away in an alley off the main road. The shower room has only a plastic cover, not a proper door, and wasn’t very clean. The room reminded me of a prison or rehab facility, and even the living room had an unappealing, old-fashioned style. The shared kitchen isn't clean. Additional charges include €3 for a large towel, €2 for a small towel, €3.5 for using the washing machine, and €3.5 for the dryer.

С трудом смогли найти. Вечером в районе, где находится отель лучше не выходить на улицу, не безопасно. По-русски вообще не разговаривает никто. Спасибо мужчине, кто встретил нас на ресепшне за помощь через переводчик он всё-таки сделал всё чтобы нам помочь! Очень трудно найти вывеску с названием отеля из-за чего в поиске потеряли ещё добрых минут 15-20 минимум (ходили кругами).
